The older gentleman behind the counter was courteous and friendly. We waited there, in person, at the restaurant. Another time I called to order a muffaletta. The girl on the phone had no idea what I was talking about. Then she said there's no such thing on the menu that sounds like that. I get put on hold. I wait for 6 minutes then someone else answers the phone and says it's not the day of the special (they changed it). I call to order a sub. They no longer make subs past a certain time, but that's not updated on the menu on their website. We call and at times no one answers the phone. So we have to call a few more times to only have the phone answered by an exasperated employee. I can't keep up with Sergio's. Sergio's has left us in the dust lol I truly wanted to love this place. The food is good, the prices great, and the first time we went was so fantastic that we held onto that experience despite all the issues that kept happening afterwards.
