Inside of the place isn't much to talk about. It was missing that cozy cafe vibe that we crave but nonetheless we got a couple of drip coffees to try. It was definitely an acquired taste as neither of us quite found the unique taste of Piñon to be that delightful. Having said that, we did grab a bag of their Biscochito to brew at home and it was wonderful. It had notes of sugar, cinnamon, and anise flavors and they all went together really well. Coffee is a pretty subjective topic. Some folks are perfectly happy with Folgers while some require single source beans from an organic farm in Guatemala. Give Piñon coffee house a try and maybe you'll find your next favorite coffee!
