I placed an order at 10:38 , I received a confirmation and everything. By the time I got here and checked in, the worker said they haven't started it yet, which is fine.. as long as they get to it.. right? Well, they actually took 3 separate orders that walked in after me, made those first, made themselves some drinks, then told me "if I have an order, I need to tell someone......." Which is ridiculous because I did just that as soon as I walked in. I ended up waiting for about 40 minutes because I kept being told, they're working on it, they're working on it.. I wanted to just cancel and get a refund.. well as soon as I asked for that, magically my order was ready. This was absolutely insane and ruined my morning for sure. I came in to get a smoothie and there was only one girl working. after waiting for a bit another girl came out of the back didn't greet me and just asked what I wanted. She had a horrible attitude and she then proceeded to walk back to the back and leave the poor girl at the front to do the rest of the orders. I talked to the other worker and she was super sweet. I came with my friend and got a berry green, which is supposed to have strawberries, banana, blueberries, and some greens in it. The drink literally has berry in the name so you wouldn't think it would be just a flavorless, bitter cup of dirt. Good product, how ever, if you're trying to order 20 minutes before they close don't bother. They will simply tell you they're closed and don't want your business. It would benefit them to change the store hours. But then again they would just close 20 minutes before store hours. It's no wonder places go out of business. I tried the acai bowl today. Tasted great and the container is great for takeout, but a wider bowl would allow for actually mixxing the toppings into the acai. Once I ate the bananas, granola, blueberries and coconut off the top, I just had 3/4 cup of plain acai. Bring your own bowl or take it home to mix. read more

I absolutely love this Keva location! I have a go to order that is what most would call "complicated." I know of at LEAST 4 employees at this location who know my order by heart. There is one young man who knows my truck and had my smoothie going before I even walked in the door tonight!! I LOVE that!!! That is the kind of service I always tried to provide when I worked in customer service - being on the customer side of such great service makes me realize just how much those little things make a BIG impact for someone. It really made my evening, especially because I usually go in to Keva when I need a pick me up. Chris is a great manager and has done a great job training everyone who works there. Staff is always friendly and fast. The ingredients are fresh and tasty. Love coming here, my day is not complete with out a fruit smoothie. Love the new additions of the juice but have not got a combination that I love, but look forward to continue tasting my way through the juice portion of the menu. Every time and I mean every time I come here I always am satisfied , so I'm pregnant and ginger is good for the baby as well as morning sickness , so I asked if they had ginger and as we know ginger doesn't have the best taste so I asked what drink would help with not tasting the ginger , she recommended the " all that raz " with a ginger shot . This is a place my family and I come to when we want a treat. It is, however, completely hit or miss. Some times the smoothies are delightful and other times (more times than naught as of late) they are runny and not so great. Another hit or miss aspect - if they are busy then you will wait FOREVER....and a day. I don't really ever have a consistently good experience here -- so I'm rating it as Ok. This has nothing to do with the taste of the smoothies because everything I've had has been pretty yummy -- when they aren't watery and runny. My daughter likes using the frozen yogurt machine (the price is done by weight) and if you come after a certain time (in the evening) then it is half price. Also you can get a punch card to get a free smoothie. In spite of its transgressions we continue to come here.....so I guess it's not all that bad! read more

The smoothies here are awesome! They're tasty, have a nice cinsistency, and are made to order from fairly good ingredients. The service is generally quick. It can be a busy day and you can be in and out with a smoothie in your hand in less than 10-15 minutes. The people working behind the counter are competent and usually nice, although sometimes a little impatient. The environment is loud, to say the least, because your smoothie is made right in front if you in industrial style blenders, which are not the quietest things in the world. It's a pretty small place with a table and small bar style seating inside and 2 or 3 tables with umbrellas outside. On busy days it can be hard to find a spot to sit, but the Starbucks nearby usually has a few open so one can walk over there if they want to hang around fir a while. This place may be small, but it gas a bathroom which is clean and apparent right as you walk in the front door. It is a little awkward to use, though, because the door to it opens up right into the waiting area where everybody else is. Other than that, it's nice. The one thing that keeps this place from getting 4-5 stars us the price, which is a little high for what you get. Last time I was there it was $4.25 for a regular smoothie, which is a bit steep for everyday consumption. However, these smoothies are filling and I have replaced breakfast with them once or twice without hunger immediately coming back. Overall, it's a very good joint for a quick treat, a small fruity meal, or a casual date. read more
