Right off, she was combative and hostile, wouldn't tell me her name. She said she was the owner/GM. She interrupts throughout my telling, making excuses for what occurred. Says "if I had to deal with you..." Told me I am not allowed into any Keva in New Mexico, Colorado, or Nevada and said she refunded my money, when in truth she refunded ONE drink. I have never had these issues at any other Keva in Albuquerque. I would just avoid this location like the plague.
