Electric berry lemonwood with boba - to sour need a little sugar. Overall great taste and would recommend

It was my first time here as I was told I have to give Dutch Bros Coffee a chance. So I decided to go to the walk up window to take my time to look at the menu and not hold anyone up in the drive-thru. As I was looking at the menu, an employee asked if she can help me and I told her it was my first time at a Dutch Bros and what I was kind of looking for in a drink. I did ask several questions, ask for recommendations, and it seemed like I was bothering her. I finally chose a drink and asked for a receipt. She became very short and ended our service quickly. Once she handed me my drink, I asked one more question and walked away without giving me my receipt. So I had to stand there and ask for another employee who gave me my receipt so I can leave. Overall, drink was fine but probably won't be back unless someone else takes me there. I feel that customer service is a plus and I didn't feel that today. read more

Dutch Bros has won me back as a customer thanks to their new drink selections and the ability to create your own drinks. TikTok has been a big influence too, with so many fun and creative drink ideas that turn out to be both delicious and unique compared to other establishments. They offer a wide variety of options--different syrups (including sugar-free), milk alternatives, energy drinks, coffees, and an overall extensive menu to choose from. The staff is always friendly, chatty, and eager to connect with you. All in all, it's definitely worth stopping by every time! read more

The Dutch I frequent most often. Most of the time everything is good, there are some mess up's on occasion where you can clearly tell the drink was made incorrectly but they are helpful to correct. Tip: usually better to place an order for window pickup but overall Dutch needs to fix this. Some people are there to order, some to pickup. Those who are picking up should be cleared first and foremost, then help those placing an order. This is not how it's done at any Dutch bros I've visited in state. read more

Great coffee. First time here on the recommendation of a 99 year old who still drives and loves her coffee. They even recognized her as a senior and got her discount. Fun staff. read more

Went to Dutch bro today and they were very talkative and little did you know I was talking to the manger. The services were 10/10. Usually when I go to Dutch bro they never socialize but they did. All the other Dutch bros I go to never they just hand the drink and I leave or they never say you wanna use your Dutch app to get points. Mostly I would I have to say can I use my app. I wish all Dutch bros were like this one. I wanna always be greeted no matter what. I never got the manager name but wanted to say thank you if you're seeing this. read more

Love when im waiting in the drive thru and the order takers lets (3) cars cut in front me. Done. Not coming back.

I've visited several Dutch Bros locations both in and out of state, but this particular one stands out above the rest. It's the only shop where I truly felt treated like a person, not just a customer. Cameron, the store manager, went above and beyond--patiently helping me find drinks that matched my taste preferences and needs. He even took the time to ask about my day, which made a meaningful difference and really lifted my mood. The positive energy among the team was also noticeable. The crew working with Cameron were laughing, smiling, and clearly enjoying what they do, which created such a welcoming atmosphere. Because of this experience, my family and I will definitely be coming back--especially to see Cameron again. We love this store and the people in it. It's become a regular stop for us! read more

A few tips when visiting... 1. The walk-up window takes less than half the time than the drive-thru 2. The menu has tons of options! 3. They put lots of ice in their drinks, (even when you ask them not to) 4. Subscribe to alerts to receive news on specialty days 5. Make sure you have plenty of time to wait because once you're in the queue, you're stuck My last trip here I waited an hour and a half because "the line didn't look that long". Is the coffee good? Sure! My favorite is the annihilator with soft top. read more

What a difference this visit compared to the last one at the first Dutch Bros off Unser in Rio Rancho. I remember the only complaint I had was how many people were there in the drive thru. This time there were only a few cars (less than 5) it was great. I immediately able to drive up and get my order placed. I wasn't sure at first what to order. I wanted something new but I also wanted a mocha. The dude taking my order gave me couple suggestions and I settled with his suggestion of a "Trifecta". When he said there was a version similar to a frappe from Starbucks well I was sold. I ordered a medium because the large my last visit was a bit too much for me. The price was much less than a similar frappe from Starbucks. The medium cup also seemed a little larger than that place too. The Trifecta I'm told has mocha with white chocolate and another chocolate? I'm not one hundred percent sure but let me tell you it was good! So good in fact had to try and avoid slurping it too fast so I wouldn't get a brain freeze. These guys were running efficiently and the main reason I went was because I was in the area and saw how low the line was. So I was in and out and got a tasty drink. Well worth the price! read more

They didn't even put coffee in my drink that was mainly supposed to be coffee. Get some decent employees, it will pay off. Never been so annoyed about coffee in my life. Will also never be doing business with this company since it's okay to sell $7 drinks and not put coffee read more

We were so worried about checking out Dutch Bros Coffee during their opening week because there has been such a big buzz about them opening that we were sure we would be in for a big wait. Plus new businesses always have a period of needing to iron out the kinks! We were SHOCKED! Despite long lines, things moved extremely quickly and we were in and out in five minutes with a correct order and no issues! We are fans of plain, well roasted coffee so we ordered two large coffees and a small decaf for our group. The coffee was delicious! It is not bitter at all and was very enjoyable without sugar or cream! We would definitely go back again! read more

Only took 55 minutes to get our order today These words are the reason some don't go to Dutch Bros. I'll admit i steer clear as well when I'm on a time table But i did enjoy their new eggnog latte today DB is an experience. Bubbly workers sporting Converse chuck taylor basketball shoes taking and logging orders on high tech mobile devices And the nagging fear of possibly being shut-in because the entry line of cars blocks the exit ! (Happened today) Practice patience while here, kinda like rush hour in a big city , challenges included ! read more

A gentleman by the name of Cameron served me, he was fast and cordial. very impressed and the drinks were delicious. wayyyy better than 7B

Great drinks, but the store looked a pretty messy. The girl who helped us seemed a little clueless, she took our payment and then didn't say anything, so we just stood there. She then goes "there's someone behind you". Weird interaction to say the least, had she at least said "this will be out shortly" would've been less confusing. Kinda awkward, but she did her job minus the bad customer service. Other staff seems better then the people working today. read more

Today, around 10AM, after placing my order with the line walker, my child's school called to tell me they had received a head injury and needed to be picked up to be evaluated for a concussion by his pediatrician. I quickly called the ped while I was waiting, and when I reached the pickup window, immediately apologized to the brorista for being on the phone and asked for quiet. The response to this was to repeatedly ask me loud questions until my drink came up, and to scream at my car as I was driving away "DON'T DO OUR DRIVEWAY ON THE PHONE." I recognize that it's not perfect line etiquette, but for petes sake folks, show some human empathy that maybe it doesn't impact you not to have to chit chat but it will make the world of difference if someone can do something that's come up and is more pressing than making small talk through a window. Do yourself a favor, if you've got the craving, go to the location on 550, they're always so nice. read more

The drive-thru line took forever when we came around 10:30-11 on Wednesday. Long lines at DB aren't unusual but them moving this slowly is. Probably would've been quicker to hit the walk-up window. Anyway, the service was great and the coffee was amazing as usual. I ordered a picture perfect iced annihilator breve - perfectttt. We also ordered a French toast - km told it was good. You won't catch me around cinnamon so... Two larges set us back only $10. Worth ittttt. read more

Our family is from Arizona and we love DB brand! Our recent experience @ this DB location was less than desirable. The customer service is great! Our orders were not great . Our kids hot chocolate beverage was ordered to be less than usual hot. What didn't know was that it would end up being darn near ice cold. Our kiddo didn't even drink it because of disappointment. I guess this is a lesson learned. Still won't keep us from coming back to Dutch in the future.... read more

It was not a busy day at Dutch Bros maybe only 6 cars in the drive thru. With only one girl taking orders we were surprisingly assisted quickly. My coffee was ready and I was on my way. The girls that assisted me were great and my Vampire Slayer was tasty and refreshing. So why not the full five stars The next morning we walked over from the bowling center but their walk up window was not operational. They told us we had to go through the drive thru. Not sure why it was closed but we left without coffee and faced our tournament uncaffinated. read more

They're always super friendly there. I will say if you like sweet drinks this is the place for you!

Really not impressed, I want to support new businesses but when the experience doesn't match the effort and time spent in line, I can't justify the cost. First of all the entrance to the dive thru wasn't completely clear, there were 2 lines but only one order taker, the customer couldn't have been the key consideration when this was set up. The order taker was pleasant but when I asked how much ice was in the mocha he said 1/2 ice. When I got the medium drink the ice was overflowing the top of the container. The mocha tasted more like plain iced chocolate milk than anything else. The barista, when asked for a napkin acted like I asked for her first born, and was given a piece of paper towel very unpleasant person. Never got a receipt didn't know how much I paid for the drink. Too many service fo paus. Can't understand how customer service isn't of primary concern when competing with sbks. Another reason for concern is that I own shares of BROS. this was only my second time thru, I'll try it again sometime in the future. read more

Great tasting coffee! Friendly staff! Fast line! We love going here for coffee!! Highly recommend!

45 minutes. Yes 45 minutes in the drive thru and we were still 2 cars behind. Already paid for beverages but could not wait another minute for the drinks. The most ridiculous wait I have ever seen for a Dutch Bros. We had to leave so we paid for drinks we were never able to get. People would go up to the window and get their drinks within minutes, yet it was about 10 minutes per car before a drink was served. Terrible. I love Dutch bros ever since I lived in the NW but they lost my business forever on this incident. read more

Yes! Another one in Rio Rancho. I'm so happy. Got the white chocolate cold brew today. So good. Their coffee has such a distinct flavor, so good. If you go for breakfast make sure you get a muffin top. Glad you're here guys! Will be by in a regular basis. read more

Kicker, etc..... $10.50 for two drinks espresso and two muffin tips ! Huge positive vibes with the staff! Nice peeps. read more

Not happy at all; spent 30 minutes waiting in line to get myself and my coworkers drinks.... Got the drinks and they were the wrong sizes. Hmmm ok ..whatever, I gotta get going so I drove back to the shop since we're busy. Finally got a chance to have mine and it's wrong. My drink is wrong, my bosses is wrong despite both being labeled with what we ordered yet wrong contents. Very pissed that we wasted our money. read more

30 minute wait... service was wonderful as expected! The drinks are much larger than the competition. Large cold brew is 30 ounces so prepare to drink up! Employees are always so bubbly and kind! Had an issue with my last drink there, and when i explained the situation they were more than welcome to make me a different drink. The line here is always much quicker than the one on Unser. It's always an experience coming here.
