Service was so-so. Latte had a lot of foam. You could taste the espresso - and the syrup didn't overpower the latte. Parking is tricky because this spot is so popular, but we snagged a spot! They support other local businesses which I love!

Left is my mocha and right is the chai.

Got an iced chai w/ almond milk for my partner and the iced decaf Cowgirl Mocha with almond milk for me. Really enjoy this local spot and their drinks. They get all, or almost all, of their pastries and coffee locally and shout out the local companies. Would recommend!

Hosting a retreat and stopped by while picking folks up from the airport. About 12min from ABQ. We ordered a honey lavender oat milk latte 1/2 sweet, vanilla lavender oat milk latte, regular oat milk latte, and two lavender green teas. Coffee was delicious, teas were refreshing. The space was pretty big and had quite a few people on their laptops working. Small parking lot, but seems like there might be street parking nearby. Would definitely stop back by

Stopped by for an early afternoon pick me up and ordered an iced vanilla latte with a plain bagel and cream cheese. There was a line but the wait wasn't unbearable with only one guy working. It's a cute little coffee shop with plenty of seating inside to my surprise as it looks small outside. I love that they have bagels, donuts, burritos etc. My coffee was very basic but it did the job, would return again!

It has been far too long since I stepped foot in this coffee shop. Brings me back to paper grading and coffee sipping for my first years as a teacher. I love the ambiance!! Not too quite, not too loud! Soothing Indy acoustic music in the background, and greenery from the happy plants surround this coffee shop! The Americanos will always be one of my favorites in town! I decided to take a detour on my bike today and I'm so happy I did. This helped set my Friday vibe!! Thank you Humble. I'll be back soon

Coffee: Excellent pull of espresso. Good foam and great tasting coffee. A lot of different options available but a simple espresso + little milk was great. Atmosphere: Beautiful space inside either a lot of natural light. Seems like many people study/work here. Creative and fun seating areas. Service: Barista were kind and knowledgeable about the coffee menu.

Great little place that has personality and great coffee. Loved coming here rather than a big-name chain.

The place was well decorated, clean, and had a wide array of baked goods that looked delicious. There was a large dining area with soft jazz music playing, reminiscent of a bagel shop in NYC. Prompted by one of the other Yelp reviews, I ordered the breakfast sandwich (choice of bagel, eggs, cheese, and meat). I opted for turkey sausage on a red chile bagel. I also ordered an iced Americano since they didn't offer cold brew. The Americano was refreshingly strong and very tasty. The espresso didn't taste burnt or like the machine hadn't been cleaned in a while (you can tell). Sadly, the breakfast sandwich was underwhelming. There was a large quantity of eggs and not enough cheese, and the flavor of the red chile was overpowered by everything else. Next time, I'd like to try a toasted bagel with a cream cheese that accentuates the flavor of the bagel.

The establishment was so unassuming and didn't look like much from the outside. But..going inside, the gracious and friendly staff along with a good, afforable meal bagel really got me. I got a toasted everything bagel with green chile cream cheese and a can of soda..and it was less than $10. Surprised me jn a good way as these days..tnings seemed to cost a lot more! The bagel tasted so satisfying with a generous schmear of that gren chile cream cheese. I got a seat and really took the time to savor the whole bagel sandwich there. It was so satisfying. Staff also had been great. They were friendly and helpful. I would definitely think of stopping by this shop again the next time I find myself in Rio Rancho craving for a low frill breakfast or light meal!

Tuna with nothing in it but mayonnaise. It came with a very small cup of dressing. Probably 2 tablespoons. I asked for more dressing and it was an extra $.75. Not a huge deal, but seems strange for a salad to come with 2 tablespoons of dressing. Very disappointing experience. Their bagels looked very good and I'm gonna try those soon. I would not go here again for a sandwich or salad as there are too many better options nearby.

So its a bit awkward because there is a sign asking you not to seat yourself until you've ordered your food. It can make you feel a little anxious because if its really busy, where are you going to sit. We saw people waiting around not knowing what to do. Let me start by saying our food took way too long to come out, I even saw someone walk out because they were waiting so long on their food. I saw someone waiting for their food who sat close to us, and it turned out to be a to-go and I was like darn, that felt like they waited 20+ mins. For what they have on their menu, I feel like they should be able churn out food orders pretty quick. A couple who ordered after us, got their full food order before we I got my French toast and everyone else at our table got their food. It felt like 10-15 min wait on my food after everyone at the table got theirs. There was also an issue with our order because we were waiting on a side, but then I guess it was never added to our order per our server. We sat in the front corner and you can see the whole cook area, this also means if ventilation isn't on point, your clothes will soak in that aroma, like my jacket did. Food itself was good, nothing bad about what we received, but the wait time on food was way too long. I was leaning a 3.5 star which would make it a 4 star review, but the hiccup with the order along with the wait time just killed my experience. Not going to lie, I went to Filiberto's afterwards because I was still hungry after eating my stuff French toast and half of my girlfriend bagel.

It has a modern, bright, aesthetic vibe with marble-style tables, clean decor, and a great atmosphere to sit and hang out. Visually, it checks all the boxes for a trendy brunch spot. The staff were very kind and went out of their way to be helpful and attentive to all guests. Unfortunately, the food and value simply don't match the ambiance. We ordered two straightforward breakfast plates and iced coffees, and the bill came out to around $40--which feels way too expensive for what actually ends up on your plate. The first dish was a basic breakfast sandwich on an English muffin served with a small side ramekin of kale salad. While the presentation was neat, the sandwich itself was fairly standard and underwhelming for the price tag. The second plate was a traditional breakfast layout featuring scrambled eggs, toast, bacon, jam, and the same small kale side. The eggs were cooked fine and the bacon was crisp, but there was nothing unique or memorable about the flavors to justify charging high-end prices for staple breakfast ingredients.  All in all, while the aesthetic and atmosphere are definitely inviting, paying $40 for two plain breakfast plates leaves a sour taste. If you're looking for an impressive food experience to match the high price point, you might end up
