I love this place. I give major kudos to any business brave enough to be 24 hours on central by UNM!! If you can stand the area at 1am this is the perfect place to get into the best kind of trouble. Donuts, coffee and ice cream. A triple threat to my diet but best friends to my wallet. Location is clean!! Floors, walls, counters and tables. Impeccable. Couldn't ask for better. Staff is always so nice and welcoming. I've never had an issue with rudeness or attitude from this staff. They even let me but a giant bottle of blueberry flavoring for my coffee at home! Talk about winning!! Bathrooms are not gender neutral if you care about that sort of thing. But they are clean and I like the fact you need a key here. Very safe knowing no one will walk in on me. I went in assuming there was a bathroom but was met with the disappointment of there not being a public bathroom which was fine. I ordered my beverage and waited for it while my friend looked at the menu to figure out what she wanted and the young lady at the register had an attitude the whole entire time our drinks were being made and when we ordered though I was not rude when she took my order, giving us dirty looks as she was supposed to do her job. I have worked customer service and in the fast food service as well and I understand some customers can be annoying but this young lady has made me not want to come back to this establishment again. read more

Me and my sister went through the drive through, the order was spot-on and nothing was missing. Employees are nice. I got the espresso something or other-- I highly recommend it it was fantastic. We also got a hot chocolate, two Boston creme donuts, and a chocolate sprinkled donut. The Boston creme donuts here are the best I've ever had, crispy creme cannot compare. I just left from this place. My experience was Horrible I wish I could give it no stars. They were both rude. The girl was rude and rude extremely dismissive towards me, she as very short and nasty! she needs to be fired right away! She is bad for business. My food is nasty it's thrown together & burnt. That's not what i paid for. Then she walks away with a rude nasty look on her face after giving me discusting service and soggy ass hash browns. No wonder the store was empty. This location is so close to where I live. The breakfast and donuts are good. The coffee is ok. On a good day it's good. For example I tried their vanilla smoked cold brew. Today is my birthday and I'm going for all my free stuff around Albuquerque today. Went to this location for my free drink and orders online for pick up. My sister went inside to grab her a drink and they let her know that they had ran out of blueberry so they used raspberry. To me that's perfectly fine I think Dunkin' has great matcha. My sister got a butter pecan coffee with no whip and she really liked it. She said it could use less sugar because it was on the sweet side. With my free drink and hers it came out to 4.86$ and overall I would come back to this location. read more

For being a coffee/ice cream (Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins) establishment on Central Avenue in the University area that is open 24 hrs a day 7 days a week the store is IMPECABLE!! Super clean and kept up. The staff is super friendly, inviting and engaging. Overall, if you want a great cup 'o Joe, great service and cleanliness is important to you- this is the place for you. Ive been to this location quite a bit and currently hold the Duchess of DD title. I suppose something inside me likes it! All chains for me seem the same. Thats no shocker. NO creativity from one to the other and this could actually be a good thing if you are wanting to rely on something. For me... i rely on the French Cruller whether plain or dipped in chocolate glaze. This location is the same as the others and for that im thankful! I will admit, I the NM Donut Kween, do solely promise to all of you... I love DD's French Cruller. I love them in a house and i love them while wearing a blouse. I love eating them in my car and i love eating them in a bar! As soon as we landed... I asked the BFF if they had a DD and she said yes. First stop: this place indeed. It was 11ish at night so they didn't have much selection so I just got a marble donut ... first bite: didn't quite expected it to be that bad. It was the cakey donut that I'm not a fan of... Therefore on our second visit... before heading out to the Balloon Festival... we were in luck. Their inventory was fully stocked! We ended up getting a dozen donuts... sugar... chocolate... all satisfied the craving. However... still doesn't compare to the DD in the Philippines. read more

Have to give this dunkin some love because of the whole combo baskin robbins thing even though I haven't ordered from that half yet.. though this is how most dunkins are in Illinois..which I'm used to. I feel this location could be a litter more updated/cleaner.. its a little dingy but I feel the service and products are as expected from a DD. The girls I have had help me are very nice. Also parking is easy. I feel bad that next door another donut shop (Donut Mart) is opening to "compete" with them but i think their donuts are junky and there is no way the coffee could compete with DD.. so i hope it doesnt hurt their profits. There were a lot of people just lingering around and a ton of construction out front so I kind of felt like I might not have been in the best part of town. Just ahead of me a police officer walked in and he seemed to know everyone so I guess it's just a neighborhood hangout. Today, in all my 59 years, I experienced a first. I got refused service at this location based on a false allegation. This is my story. I placed an order from my vehicle using the Dunkin app. I then went into the store properly wearing my Facemask. I stood by the to go counter waiting for my order. Some time went by and I wondered why it was taking so long with my order so I pulled out my phone and checked the app to see if I followed thru on the order process. I had not. So I confirmed the order and it went thru. While standing there waiting, I opened a game app on my phone. Customers had come and gone and I was the only customer in the store. It got quiet behind the counter. I approached the main counter to check the progress of my mobile order. No one was behind the counter. A few minutes later a young woman came out of the kitchen area wearing her face mask on her chin. I told her I was waiting on a mobile order. She laughingly said, " we ain't serving you." I asked if she was kidding. She said, " no, we ain't serving you because you were camcording my co worker lady without her permission." I was shocked. I told her that I wasn't camcording anyone, I was playing a zombie game on my phone. She again said, "we ain't serving you." She thought it was funny. I asked who the manager is because I wanted to speak to them. She said she was. I asked for a refund and she said, "you can do it from the app." As I walked out the door I told her I'd be calling the corporate office. I called a phone number on the Dunkin app and told them what happened and they were as appalled as I was. They refunded my money and filed a complaint regarding this store. Easy access is nice but my favorite thing about this place was that they had pop-rocks ice cream!! The Baskin Robbins shop inside is probably the only part of this place I'll ever use, so it's what's earning all the stars. I love ice cream, so I have to love a place that scoops me up good. 5 stars just seems a bit much for a chain and I'm taking away for not having that cone holder on the counter. You know? First off, what college student doesn't love coffee. I think that's 90% of my diet not to mention the delicious donuts are just perfect in the morning before class or during a break. This location as amazing. And the service is always prime!! Not only is this Dunkin Donuts across from campus they also support UNM organizations. So what's not to love? Went there this morning. They weren't busy and had shelves full of donuts. I thought, "great! Fresh donuts!" Boy was I ever wrong! Got back to my hotel room we start to eat our donuts and omg they are stale. Ugh! Dry crunchy outside and soft middle. That is even including the filled ones. Every.single.one.
