I haven't been to Dunkins in a while, so I stopped in on Sunday. They were bustling around -- filling a super-huge order (I think it was for the flea-market, but can't be sure). The girls kinda divided my order, one on the donut, one on the coffee, and one on the bagel. I was happy that they still had pumpkin donuts, but sad that they only filled the coffee 3/4 full. This is a 2 star place, but the girl with the coffee was so cute -- I'll give them 3. Not my favorite DD -- I like the one on San Mateo or the one at 4th and Montano. read more

Im giving this a 1 star for 1 reason only the employee who was working the late shift not only had a piss poor attitude about making my order but then snapped at me when i asked for the restroom key to use the bathroom.. He then told me that at night the restrooms were not available.. ok ok ok so let me see if i understand this right.. so a customer can come in drink as much coffee/soda/juice etc etc as they want as long as they can obviously pay for it but then you are gonna turn around and deny them the use of a perfectly working bathroom????? This is outrageous and hed lucky i didnt ask for an extra cup piss poor customer service i wont be returning .. read more

never work here. they withheld my w-2 for months. i still have yet to receive it after countless phone calls and going in person.

I have went to this location twice in the early morning around 6:30. Around two weeks ago and this morning. And there was a lady and a man working both days. The first time they were both rude and the lady made my drink wrong. I asked for a caramel iced latte with oat milk and I was given a macchiato. I told her it was wrong and she just said to mix it myself. Then proceeded to tell me the difference between a latte and a macchiato when I already know. I used to work Dunkin' myself and I know I was never rude enough to tell a customer to mix their own drink. Then this morning I put an online order to see if it would be any better. I ordered a strawberry dragon fruit refresher and two breakfast wraps. The drink was ok but the two wraps were burnt and the bacon wasn't cooked all the way. A few months ago I went to this location in the mid afternoon and the girls that were working were a lot nicer and actually got my order right. So thank you to them. But if I'm going in the morning I might as well stick to water and donuts because those are the only things they can't mess up. read more

Dunkin' Donuts has reliably good cake donuts, but how excited can you get about a chain donut shop.. At this one, in an area with a large population of transients, homeless people, heroin addicts, and people who talk to themselves or to Elvis; you need to buy something to be given a key to the restroom.. But inside you find some sort of haven from the insanity and the coffee is decent. read more

might run into a few sketchy characters loitering about outside, but that's par for the course here by campus....but once inside, let the joy begin!!!! HALLELUJA!!! All Praise to the Mighty Blueberry Donut! and the coffee can be analogous to holy water (I'm going to piss off a whole heck of a lot of catholics with this review....). seriously, that blueberry donut is just amazing, but fortunately the service at this location is just as good as the donut.....had a kid with lots of piercings & ink (so subconsciously i'm already judging the poor kid, right?), but he sure proved me a jackass, the kid was kind and polite as can be, big smile, just the way american donut shops used to be. There were not enough staff working and the line was out the door. I ordered a combo which comes with coffee, and they weren't going to give me my coffee. The turkey sausage breakfast sandwich was microwaved and felt like rubber. I also ordered 1/2 dozen donuts and specified that two were chocolate glazed, but when I opened the box they were chocolate frosting...big mistake man...choco frosting is NOT choco glazed, nor is it as good. The staff are friendly but if you go in they rarely have any good doughnuts. Literally told I would have to come back at 2AM to get anything better than a glazed doughnut. You would think being next to a university you might have some doughnuts going often. Run some promos to get university students in there and make some extra money. Great location crap policies for a 24 hour donut place. Makes me wonder what corporate thinks of this. Maybe I'll hit them up on Twitter. Not a threat just send them some ideas. I went in about 9 am on a Saturday morning and ordered a dozen donuts. All of them were a least a day old, and the non jelly filled ones literally crumbled from dryness. I've eaten fresher donuts at night from a convenience store. There's no way these were fresh. read more

THIS PLACE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS! Now there are signs that say to please limit your time in the dining area to 30 minutes, while consuming food. WORSE, if you go there after 10, the chairs are stacked on top of the tables, and the dining area is sectioned off with a sign that says "DINING AREA CLOSED." If you're a night owl, or need a place to study at night once all the libraries are closed, forget this place! The owner has a serious attitude problem. Better to go to another Dunkin' Donuts, like the one on Wyoming Blvd., or 4th St. Or, the Donut Mart just a stones throw away. read more

This morning @ 2:30 am, at the Dunkin Donuts on Central, I witnessed the owner being rude to his customers. First, he was extremely slow & not at all helpful. The shelves were empty and we were told that there were plenty of donuts, but they were in the back. He told us he had no plans to get the donut trays right now. There were three customers in line waiting to buy glazed donuts?? Our only choice !! Second, I witnessed what looked to be a homeless gentleman come in & ask the owner for any old donuts that were going to be thrown away. He was abruptly asked to leave, as I quote the owner stated "I don't like dirty people in my store". He may not have been homeless, but definitely down on his luck. Today of all days, November 11, Veterans Day, I saw a very unsympathetic callous man turn away an individual who needed a little help, who most likely served our country and put his life on the line for our freedom. Would it have broken the owner to give him a cup of coffee and a few donuts for free? NO! I understand that when you run a business it's not profitable to always give away what you are selling. But today is special... it would have been nice to see a hungry man get a warm cup of coffee and a few donuts, especially when it was so cold outside. My friend gave him $5 to get something to eat, which made the gentleman very happy. Unfortunately, he could not go back inside Dunkin Donuts as he was too dirty. I've never left a review for any sort of establishment and my intent here is not to discourage people from frequenting this store. I'm hoping that one of the owners reads this so that they can correct this issue so someday I can go there again regularly. They don't know how to make coffee. Pretty much every time I go there to get a coffee it's not how I'd like it and a lot of the times I just throw it out. Here's a list of the problems I often experience with this store -Coffee is always scalding hot and not drinkable unless you add some ice or let it cool off for a while. -Coffee is often not brewed properly and too mild. Last few times I went in there I threw mine away because you could hardly taste it. -Employees don't know how to add enough cream or sugar as requested. I stopped having employees add them to my coffee and started just doing it myself. Majority of the time that you ask to have your coffee made a specific way they get confused and you have to repeat yourself a few times. -Employees are too slow and don't move the line along. It's hard to get in and out of there in a few minutes. read more

This location is absolutely delightful!! My husband and I, along with our two children, stopped by for a special treat of ice cream and donuts, and were fully satisfied with the food we purchased. The food was extra tasty and the service and attention we received was outstanding. Very energetic and polite workers. We enjoyed our treats inside the store, which is also very clean and well maintained. We'll sure be back!! read more
