Surprised at the bad reviews of this place. it's a starbucks, so the food and drinks are all pretty standard across the board, no complaints from me here. Mobile orders have always been ready on time, in-person orders are fast too. This location is on the smaller side as it's in a corner of the mall. I do wish there were more outlets and desks, but this is coming from someone who uses coffee shops to study and work. If you're here to chill and hang out or just pick up an order, it's perfectly serviceable for that. The other thing I REALLY appreciate about this Stabucks is that the music is not crazy loud. I've been to other Starbucks where the music is blaring over the speakers and I have to turn up my own earphones despite their ANC capabilities. That's crazy. So I really appreciate that the speakers here aren't insane and overwhelming. My husband came home with another overpriced banana nut loaf today, and instead of just doing your job and handing him his order, you had the audacity to scribble this ridiculously over-the-top message on the bag: 'Have the greatest, best, most incredible day EVER. EVER.' Are you kidding me? Is this what I need in my life right now? A coffee chain trying to uplift my husband like you know him better than I do? You don't know the stress we're under, you don't know our finances, and you certainly don't know how infuriating it is to see him smiling like a fool because of a piece of warmed bread and some random employee's feel-good message. If it weren't for good coffee this Starbucks would have been a one star. I have driven by this location on several occasions. In fact I have been to several businesses in the area. This is not the best parking lot for normal traffic. Now introduce a drive thru/walk up only Starbucks you increase traffic. There is no escape Well when I drove up there was exactly two cars in front of me. This was a good sign. Well once I was in the drive thru I was trapped. I proceeded to wait nearly 20 minutes after my order was taken. When I arrived at the window no one greeted me! I could see one employee speaking to another person. I was finally acknowledged. As I finally emerged from the drive thru I could see the line was extending into the main parking lot. No one was at the walk up window or the patio. So if you are not in a rush, enjoy the wait, the coffee is tasty. read more

Great experience at this location! Surprisingly there wasn't a line so I was able to order without a wait. The location is really small, parking is limited. If there were to be a line then prepare to wait because it's a tight squeeze. The barista was super friendly & he helped me understand how the rewards program works with redeeming stars. Usually the service at this location is fine, today far from great. We pull up to the window to an annoyed worker, my iced coffee overfilled with my honey not mixed in (stirring an overfilled cup without spilling is nearly impossible) and our other drink was a watered down tea. Asked for a pup cup for our dog and got an eye roll with a "ya know what were almost out of whipped cream... sorry." What starbucks runs out of whip by 2pm? Maybe it was a long day, maybe it was a bad day, but service is service, and ya could've done better guy. read more

The store is in a cozy corner. I was passing through Albuquerque, took a left. Went thru the drive through, I noticed that there a few tables for outdoor seating. There was also a window for pick up, I don't think this is indoor seating not sure. Johnny at the drive through is a very kind person. I was able to speak with Ashley, whom is also a very kind person. They both were very helpful. Despite the drink mishap, my experience, their customer service was up to par. I didn't encounter any of the other employees but hopefully they are just as kind as Johnny & Ashley. Sadly I didn't think of taking any photos while waiting in line. read more

I do not know how the coffee or food tastes at this location but I do know if it tastes anything like the awful customer service My husband received on 8/1/2019 then it is pretty awful. We pulled into this location at 4:58 am on this Thursday morning on the way to the airport. We waited a few minutes before walking up because we knew they didn't open until 5:00. We could see the employees inside but they were not making any effort to open the walk up window or the drive up so my husband knocked on the window. The barista opened the window "how can I help you?" My husband asked "are you open?" She said "we don't open until 5." My husband replied, "well it's 5 now." Barista looks at her watch to confirm time then says "well we're not ready yet. We're still setting up." Then she closed the window! We drove away pretty pissed off. The nerve! As other cars began to pull in after us i made a note that the drive thru lights were still not on at 5:05 am and I have no idea if they gave the latter customers the same non-service. Pass on this location if you expect that the employees set their alarm clocks at a decent hour to serve the people that support their paychecks. read more

This is the slowest drive thru Starbucks I have ever been in. It takes 5-7 minutes per car which is not very efficient. You are better off choosing a different Starbucks or mobile ordering than waiting until his drive thru line. read more

Very rude customer service I guess my mobile order did not go throw yet she keep saying I order at the wrong one what I know I did not the only reason I got rude back is because she had an attitude with me. They are faster when you go up to the window to order instead of the drive thru I have been putting off reviewing this Starbucks because it is a starbucks. But compare to the other starbucks, I like this one the best! You may ask WHY?! Because they have never gotten my order wrong and they are friendly! I actually enjoy walking up to the window every morning and the barista has my drink ready! This is definitely a good one to go to. read more

Located at the corner of San Pedro and Paseo del Norte, this drive thru/walk up Sbucks is fast and convenient. They also open super early on Saturdays (5:00 AM) which has come in handy. Super friendly staff. read more

I ordered a tea latte that was made incorrectly so I called the store back about it. I spoke with their supervisor, Sara, and told her that my drink was made wrong but I was already across town and couldn't come back for a new drink or a refund. She was very professional and friendly and said that I could come back another time and tell them her name so I could get a free drink next time I was in the area. She also told me I could go to any Starbucks in the area I was in now to have my drink replaced so that I wasn't without my drink today. She said that it's important to Starbucks that they make this right for me. I told her I would probably just go to another location to get the right drink and she still offered me a free replacement drink at her location anyway the next time I'm in the area. Sara patiently listen to me and seem to really care instead of responding with impatience (which has happened at other stores). Although my drink was made incorrectly, I would go to this location again and again just to have that same customer service and to feel valued as a customer as she made me feel today.
