Just a clean, well-roasted cup that says someone here actually cares about the beans. The shop itself has a personality, which I always appreciate. It's decorated with fishing lures, fish artwork, and sculptures scattered around the place. Naturally this leads to the obvious conclusion: the owner is either an avid fisherman... or coffee roasting is just the side hustle between trout expeditions. Either way, the theme works. My favorite of the 3 was the caramel pecan- it was nutty and sweet without being overpowering. I was impressed with the size of the flight. Every employee I encountered was kind and made me feel welcome. Not only is this an adorable place to shop but there are enough tables that it would be the perfect place to meet a friend for coffee or set up for the afternoon with a book.
