Great option for a slow morning and good coffee! If you're looking for a homey and cozy cafe - this is your spot! They've got endless choices of coffee, flavors, pastries, sandwiches and teas. You can have your pick from a wide range of options which is great. The shop is spacious and there's tons of seating options (all indoors). They've got complimentary WiFi, a kids corner, and art to buy at the front. Become a member and you'll be able to earn rewards like a free pastry or coffee flight!

Very good coffee spot & a local business! The menu has consistent items & ever changing items, which I love! They always come out with monthly flights that are phenomenal. They also offer pastries and food items. Staff are very friendly & accommodating. Inside is clean & cozy. They have low & high tables, comfy couches, and bar style seating They also sell art along the walls & as soon as you enter. Plenty of parking space outside. Don't pass up this hidden gem, highly recommend!

    Very yummy January 2025 flight.

Super great coffee flight and I'm not even a coffee drinker. Lovely place to meet up with friends to catch up and enjoy a fun flight. Will for sure be back.

Today was my first visit to Napoli, but certainly not my last. I just came specifically with the intention of trying some coffee and checking out the vibe. Ended up staying for quite a while to work. I love that they have art from the local vendors for purchase. You should definitely check out the cute jewelry and other unique finds. Decided to go all in with some flights specifically the July, coffee flight and the chai flight. I will say to flight was way too much coffee for two people. One of these fights could easily be shared amongst two people. The portions are sizable for a flight situation. I will know one of the cons of the fight is you might not be guaranteed to love everything, and I felt that I would probably only order half of the offerings again. However, I guess that's the point of a fight. They also offer an option where you can order a custom selection. My favorites were the cookie dough, coffee, and the apple pie chai.

They have cold sandwiches and coffee. I liked the sandwich, it was simple but tasty. The people were friendly and the ambience is relaxing. You can work or play some of their available board games. Hubby and I played chess. They also have a coffee flight!

My friends and I made plans to come here to try out the coffee flights! We ended up getting some chai as well. They were unique and very tasty. I recommend the flights for two people. It's about $20 for the flight and it's quite a bit of coffee, at least for me. I would've not been able to finish if it was just me. The staff was very friendly and informative. Nice open space as a coffee shop and nice art work on the wall.

Second time making the attempt to try their coffee. Glad I decided to wait as the coffee was delicious. I say wait bc the first one I tried there was such a long line and the service was slow (backed up from orders). This time I stuck it out and ordered the black forest coffee. Soooooo good! Chocolate does over power the black cherry, but right as you are almost done with your dip that black cherry flavor comes through. Seems like a locals favorite spot. Next time I come I am trying one of the flights options, but definitely sharing bc I will not be able to drink all 4 drinks. Definitely recommend even though the line is long.

This local cafe has the most amazing specialty lattes. I've been here twice in the past week because I am just so addicted to the Samoa latte. It's a mix of caramel, coconut, and cafe and is just delightful. The location is conveniently located on Menaul. I spotted it while driving to Walmart to do some grocery shopping and decided to pop in. I'm very glad I did. Parking is plentiful and seating is as well. Overall I'm definitely going to be frequenting this cafe more often. Also, they sell some amazing hand crafted jewelry from local artists. Definitely a must see!

Coffee/Tea Flights!! Yes!! I have passed by this cute coffee shop for quite a while and knew it was time to give them a try. I'm just sorry I didn't try them sooner. The place is a pretty good size and offers ample space for you to park yourself and work for a bit while enjoying your flight or set up a small work meeting. They also have a corner for the kids to entertain themselves, so you can also meet your mom friends for coffee. I ordered the chai tea flight and enjoyed each one. They are large portions, so you can share them with someone. My favorites were the maple and the pumpkin and my least favorite was the strawberry. That's the great thing about flights, you get to taste without full commitment. I also ordered their green chile, egg, and bacon burrito. It was a good size and it was quite flavorful. The service was also so welcoming that I can't wait to come back.

Shame on me for not partaking in the delicious muffins and pastries, fun coffee flight and satisfying cups of hot coffee that wait for me every day at Napoli Coffee! Our blueberry muffin was HUGE and so so good! I'm a sucker for a good danish and this one was fantastic! The intriguing coffee flight was what initially brought me to our visit here and I am looking forward to trying more! I am especially adding their Chai Flight to my to-do list ASAP! Definitely a place you'll want to add to your list of Coffee houses to try! They even have a play corner for the little ones to entertain themselves while you enjoy your coffee.

Recommended by a coworker and I love this spot. Last time I got a Crazy Nut coffee and it was delicious. This time I got a seasonal maple cold brew and a burrito. Both of which were so good. The service is quick and easy even when relatively busy. And even though this is a small business the space is big and relaxing. Not crazy at all.

    Almond joy frappe. So good
    Jean C.

The ladies behind the counter were amazing. Super nice and friendly. The almond joy frappe was soooo delicious. Not too sweet and really refreshing. The bacon breakfast burrito was just ok. The ingredients were good but bland. No flavor. And it was put together weird. One bite would be mostly cheese. The next mostly potatoes. I wouldn't order one again. They had a great selection of sweets and jewelry was sold there too. Great space to catch up with a friend.

This was one of, if not the best coffee shop experiences I've had since moving to Albuquerque 6 months ago. The staff, food, coffee (flights...HELLO!) were all amazing. It's one thing to have good coffee, it's another to utterly master the customer service and food game. We ordered a coffee flight, vegetarian breakfast bowl, the smothered bacon and red chile breakfast burrito, and the green chile bagel with cream cheese. All delicious. The house-made salsa was iconic, I could honestly drink it. Ask Brooke if you can buy some to take home ;) Thank you so much, Napoli! We will be back

Though I'm not vegan I was very excited at the prospect of having a good meal that is vegan. Unfortunately, we had disappointing experience. Food: so-so... I had the triple patty, lucky burger, my partner had the double lucky double burger minus one patty. We shared the lucky fries. The total was just under $30. My partner eats light, but he did not realize how thin a single burger actually was. He said if he went back, he would definitely have the double patty next time because that's still not equal to one patty in most places. The triple lucky that I had was just messy. I ate it with knife and fork on the paper that covered the tray on which it was served. Between the messiness, the soft bun (not toasted) and having to use a knife & fork to eat it off a piece of paper covering the tray on which all the food was served was not a great eating experience. Finally, the french fries the lucky fries, was just the regular basket of fries with their lucky toppings. The amount of toppings was so light as to be ridiculous given the amount of the up charge. Service: Zero charm, Zero finesse! I, in principle, DO NOT ever leave a gratuity with my order on these iPads where the order is taken totaled and paid for. Simply put, tipping before service makes no sense to me. There were two females working the counter and serving the food. The only pleasant moment in all of it was when the female who took our order also served the table. She put the tray down and was very sweet in her presentation, which was brief. We both could not help thinking it might have been because we had the cash gratuity sitting out on the table. I have no way of knowing if that was it or not, but given the quality of interaction with these two females up to that point... I did address this with them both before we left. I feel like I was gentle, but also to the point. When a female apparently became so upset that she had remove herself and the second female hung in with a lot of bravado, making an absolutely insincere apology... Ending it with "I don't know what else to say". My response to that was "something with a little sincerity would be helpful". Ambience: the lounge area was very inviting, but unfortunately, when we entered into it, the gentleman behind the bar informed us that it was closing for the day. The dining area was more than sufficient comfortable no complaints. Apparently, we've missed the hey-day of the Lucky Goose because based on this experience, I would guess that it is on its way out.
