Great place size of a coffee shop. This place caters to so many types of people it's amazing. They have a play area for the kids, so all my family people just like myself can take their kids and get them to interact with toys while sipping on coffee. Had a great breakfast burrito bacon was flavorful and their red chile packed some heat. Downside was the wait. There was only a few people in front of us but the duration took some time. Drip coffee was average, had a burnt after taste but helped me stay caffeinated. Barista was smiley, and very engaging. Plenty of parking and plenty of seating for people inside. A bit hard to find, but worth it once you get there. It's a gigantic space. They excellent coffee, although it's a bit more American in its roast, than Italian. They have great local art that you can buy, and even a bit of thrift clothing. Staff is very nice and very professional. Beats the Starbucks up the street by quite a bit. It's located in the American Crossing shopping center which has exactly this coffee place on street side, urgent care and the New Mexico Philharmonic offices. There's a lot of empty space so the place can be easily passed by because it doesn't look like it's there and it doesn't appear on the American crossing sign. I really wish this place was closer to me! It's so big and open! I love the variety of options. I really need to get a flight the next time I go. I didn't get any snacks when I went but I will the next time. It was nice and quiet when I went so I chit chat with the barista for a bit and let them pick the drink that they wanted! Some were waaaay too sweet and others, the flavor combination did not blend well together. Tip: If you do order a flight, order it to share. The flight is way to much for 1 person. Also, I think the flight was around $20. Highly recommend sharing the flights. Other than that - everything was great. I go to an establishment for the food/beverages. Latte flights! Brilliant. My parents were excited to bring me here on my most recent visit to Albuquerque. It was mid-March, so their specialty lattes were St. Paddy's themed. They were a little understaffed that day, but everyone was working really hard and things eventually came out. I did opt for the latte flight, and also got a breakfast burrito to have with it. The burrito was pretty tasty, if the tortilla was a little too tough/crunchy. The latte flights take a bit of time to come out, which makes sense. More so when it is a busy weekend morning. They were all really delicious. The Pot of Gold one with turmeric was a surprise for me at how good it was (I am generally meh about turmeric) and the Lucky Shamrock was my favorite. They were all REALLY REALLY sweet. And I am a gal who LOVES a sugary diabetes-inducing beverage. But they were even a little too sweet for me. I assume regulating the sweetness and flavoring volume to such small drink volumes is probably difficult. We had a lovely visit, and I appreciate the seating options (as post-quarantine times, I have experienced coffee shops having done away with much of their seating/loitering and sticking around areas and haven't brought them back). So I went here for a meeting with a colleague. This is a super cute place off of the highway, and the staff are absolutely amazing. The seating and openness of the cafe is fantastic, since I did bring my stroller in. I didn't expect it to accommodate that, but I was kind've tired from our daily hike. I had a PSL flavored oatmilk latte, and OMG. Yup, this place makes lattes taste so flavorful. I was very impressed with the quality. The ambiance is nice, it isn't too loud. There is alot of open space, and this would be an amazing place to work on papers or etc. I feel like the location doesn't do this area justice, but I think it's a fantastic coffee shop to visit. read more

I have yet to go inside myself! I have been treated twice by my awesome coworkers! I have gotten the snickers iced and hot! Both with oat milk half sweet! It is so good and really does taste like a snicker bar. As far as I know service is quick and friendly. I can't speak to the ambiance since I have not been in myself but by driving by during the warmer months I know they have some nice outdoor seating with umbrellas. Today was my first visit to Napoli, but certainly not my last. I just came specifically with the intention of trying some coffee and checking out the vibe. Ended up staying for quite a while to work. I love that they have art from the local vendors for purchase. You should definitely check out the cute jewelry and other unique finds. Decided to go all in with some flights specifically the July, coffee flight and the chai flight. I will say to flight was way too much coffee for two people. One of these fights could easily be shared amongst two people. The portions are sizable for a flight situation. I will know one of the cons of the fight is you might not be guaranteed to love everything, and I felt that I would probably only order half of the offerings again. However, I guess that's the point of a fight. They also offer an option where you can order a custom selection. My favorites were the cookie dough, coffee, and the apple pie chai. read more

Second time making the attempt to try their coffee. Glad I decided to wait as the coffee was delicious. I say wait bc the first one I tried there was such a long line and the service was slow (backed up from orders). This time I stuck it out and ordered the black forest coffee. Soooooo good! Chocolate does over power the black cherry, but right as you are almost done with your dip that black cherry flavor comes through. Seems like a locals favorite spot. This local cafe has the most amazing specialty lattes. I've been here twice in the past week because I am just so addicted to the Samoa latte. It's a mix of caramel, coconut, and cafe and is just delightful. The location is conveniently located on Menaul. I spotted it while driving to Walmart to do some grocery shopping and decided to pop in. I'm very glad I did. Parking is plentiful and seating is as well. Overall I'm definitely going to be frequenting this cafe more often. Also, they sell some amazing hand crafted jewelry from local artists. Definitely a must see! read more

Coffee/Tea Flights!! Yes!! I have passed by this cute coffee shop for quite a while and knew it was time to give them a try. I'm just sorry I didn't try them sooner. The place is a pretty good size and offers ample space for you to park yourself and work for a bit while enjoying your flight or set up a small work meeting. They also have a corner for the kids to entertain themselves, so you can also meet your mom friends for coffee. I ordered the chai tea flight and enjoyed each one. They are large portions, so you can share them with someone. My favorites were the maple and the pumpkin and my least favorite was the strawberry. That's the great thing about flights, you get to taste without full commitment. I also ordered their green chile, egg, and bacon burrito. It was a good size and it was quite flavorful. Our blueberry muffin was HUGE and so so good! I'm a sucker for a good danish and this one was fantastic! This was one of, if not the best coffee shop experiences I've had since moving to Albuquerque 6 months ago. The staff, food, coffee (flights...HELLO!) were all amazing. It's one thing to have good coffee, it's another to utterly master the customer service and food game. I love the coffee here. They have a ton of options from sooo many lattes, at least seven different single origin coffees, and a good amount of pastries and breakfast foods. This is a whole experience because their coffee latte flights are a popular choice, and those take time to create. We ended up waiting in line for at least 15 minutes before ordering, and watching a couple people remove themselves from the line and leave. Hopefully during peak hours they have a larger staff to fulfill the longer orders, otherwise I'm not certain I would come back here. Of all the lattes the lattes we ordered, the strawberry matcha latte was the overall favorite with pumpkin patch the runner up. Island mocha and dark knight were ok, but I wouldn't order them again. I'd need another experience here before I could give a full recommendation because of the time it takes to get coffee here, but the quality is good and baristas were great! read more

I guess I've passed through Albuquerque more times than I remember because I've found three or four locations that have amazing coffee and this is one of those spots. I had the Black Forest coffee and it was AMAZING, and I am NOT a flavored frou-frou coffee guy. I'm a straight up double/triple espresso or strong black coffee guy without any cream, and this was awesome. I also met a guy who was from Allen, TX - so it was weird running into someone from home, so far from home - but also great. I had one of their breakfast burritos and it was very good. I don't know how we have lived in Albuquerque for over 10 years and never heard of or tried Napoli Coffee. When we saw the coffee flights, we knew we had to go. The coffee flights are a great way to try a small sample of a lot of the drinks that interest you at once, since you can build custom flights. They also have fun seasonal flights if you want a set selection. The guy who took our order was so helpful, he explained that you can most likely get any drink you have ever had there, if you ask, since they usually still have the ingredients. Food was also good, and they had Taos Bakes nuts and bars, which I completely love as well. We will definitely be going back soon! read more

Service was very slow when I went mid-morning on a weekday, I think they were short staffed. The shop is warm and welcoming and has all the covid safety measures in place. Lots of signage so you know exactly what's expected. Awesome staff are so friendly and helpful. You really feel at home. Lots of regulars in the shop. Great shelves with local art and gifts available for sale. The coffee is really delicious. Lovingly crafted and so many fun flavors. Napoli is so good. The customer service is excellent. I absolutely love that they have such a huge list of specialty lattes you can choose from. They have way more sugar free options than anywhere else I've been. I appreciate the different kinds of milks available for lattes as well. My favorite part about Napoli are the latte flights they come out with each month. Example, November's Flight--Pecan pie: Molasses, vanilla and toffee. Apple Pie: caramel, cinnamon and hazelnut with an Apple cold foam Heath: brown butter toffee and chocolate Snickerdoodle: brown sugar cinnamon and white. You can order them all with lactose free milk, half sweet, decaf. Whatever you need! They also let you build your own flight if there are a bunch of specialty lattes you want to try. I haven't tried the food there, but I am a huge fan of their coffee (clearly!). read more

They even have boozy flavors like amaretto , Irish cream and rum if that's your bag.
