Your girl was hungry, but not desperate enough to go through a fast food drive-thru. I wanted to go to a local ABQ spot and Yelp led me to The Farmacy. I walked in, was immediately seated by Brad, who made me feel at home. His energy gave me the guts to ask him to surprise me with a latte of his choice. It also made me forget about my low-carb diet and pick the pork belly plate with grits, fried egg, and fried prosciutto. I felt my eyes double in size when Brad brought out my food - it all looked picture perfect and tasted divine. The spicy mocha latte featured the famous NM chili, which was subtle and complemented the chocolate well. My pork belly and grits hit the spot, and I did not regret indulging. Throughout eating my meal, Brad checked in on me and made sure I was well taken care of. The Farmacy exceeded my expectations when it came to getting an unforgettable lunch experience. This is a must if you're in the area - great solo or date lunch spot!

I was in Nob Hill and could not resist wanting to stop by and order my favorite meal. Passing by I saw folks standing outside waiting for a table so I called to see how my luck would run. I was told that there was an hour and a half wait time but that they could seat one, me, within 10 minutes as a another solo diner was finishing up. I was in luck! The inside was lit up by the sun and folks usually decide to wait because it's worth it!

They have an inside and outside area . The outside is covered as well. The staff is amazing very sweet, swift and accommodating ( i went by myself and asked for a quiet space to do homework). The place does have a smaller parking lot causing to park on street if needed luckily no parking meters on side of st . the food was actually very flavorful seasoned well and came out fresh and you can tell it's freshly made and Real food ! random note the bathroom they actually have real toilet paper not the normal commercial stuff . I would definitely come back! when looking at others food as well it looked amazing !

The fancy is awesome! The food and staff is great! A very chill environment. I got the Not Mc Muffin which was a tasty breakfast sandwich. It also came with a side of potatoes and a salad. My partner got the pork belly grits which were so tasty! I will probably get this next time. I will definitely come here again!

We stopped in for breakfast on whim. Let me tell you it did not disappoint! Their strudel waffle was the best! You need to try it. Everything else was great but those waffles were delicious! Definitely will be visiting again if I ever find myself up in Albuquerque again. Service was great, our waitress was friendly, quick, and attentive. The restaurant is small so get there early!

Great brunch spot, the service was stellar, the food was made quickly and the flavors were top notch! Loved the view from the window we sat at and the fresh flowers at the table were an added touch to a lovely experience. Next time we will try something new, and if you haven't, you should too!

It was my first time having breakfast at the pharmacy. We had the breakfast burrito and the pork belly grits. The pork belly was so good, and the spicy flavor in the grits were so bomb, but why was the grits so runny? Also no one asked if I wanted the egg super runny, I like them cooked over medium, I only like the yolk runny not the white The breakfast burrito was great, I got it with Christmas. The green chili is basically just chopped chile so I'm glad I got it with both so I could taste some sauce as well. The "crispy potatoes" were stale tasting. It was not the very best experience for my first time but it wasn't bad either. The service was friendly but a little slow. The ambiance was nice. I wasn't sure to give this a 3 or 4 star.

In town for a conference and after a quick search for a breakfast spot, we decided on the Farmacy. It has a parking lot in the back, so parking was a breeze. The downside (and it's no fault of the Farmacy) is that there is significant road work going on, so trying to get to the Farmacy was a serious chore. But it was worth it. We were greeted warmly and seated immediately. The Farmacy is a smaller eatery, but not crowded, which was great. Our server was friendly and took our order and got our food out quickly. I ordered the State Fair waffle with a side of potatoes. The waffle was delicious. The outside was crispy and the inside was soft. The potatoes were delicious and seasoned to perfection. The cost was comparable to local restaurants, so it wasn't a big surprise. Definitely delicious. And I will definitely be returning the next time I'm in Albuquerque.

The Farmacy is a cute little place and a good source for a tasty breakfast or lunch. We loved that they had ample parking and wonderful service. We ordered a sandwich and breakfast burrito and both were very good. The interior is small, a bit cramped and you can't help but hear the conversation around you. But here the focus is good food and it lives up!

Local brunch spot that has unique breakfast options and fresh twists on waffles. They get pretty packed so come early! It is not too bad but I was starving lol. My poutine breakfast fries were delish and my partners waffle was exceptionally delicious. Cute spot to have brunch!

Great hopping place and happy patrons. Wait to be seated was short. I ordered a Bloody Mary and it was good. I ordered a waffle and my granddaughter ordered an egg and cheese burrito and hands down those were the best eggs I've ever had. Great space, lots to look at.

We stopped here on our way out to Texas. It's a quaint breakfast spot with excellent food and great service. Sabina was super nice and helped us walk our way through the menu. The breakfast tacos were delicious. Make sure you check this place out!

My first visit to this establishment was on June 19, 2025. There is good nearby parking. There's a lovely tree growing out that partially covers up the sign so your first time there you may have trouble finding it. But be persistent, it's worth it. I met a friend for lunch, we got there around 1 o'clock, and it was still crowded! It looks to me like there's a lot of very loyal clientele here. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The decor is relaxed. The noise level is pleasant, allowing for a conversation. The menu is focused on comfort foods. We each had the grilled cheese with house potatoes. There's a soft spot in my heart for well-made potato chips. These are slightly less than the 16th of an inch and thickness, and cooked two perfect perfection. My only slight comment was that the food's overall were slightly more salty than I prefer. Still this is a great dining experience. Comfort food, and a good location. Prices are very reasonable.

Hi! Sorry, the notification of this question went into my spam box. Other than our grapefruit brulee or a side of potatoes we don't have any vegan options.

    Are dogs welcome here?

I haven't had the same experience as Eric but I've seen dogs on the patio, I believe I've even saw a water bowl for them.

The area looks old and poor, but near the restaurant, we didn't see anything sketchy. When we were leaving, we did see some homeless people at the main intersection, but we didn't see anything we'd describe as sketchy. We did notice there is a mobile home park behind the restaurant, but there is a wall between the mobile home park and the restaurant parking lot. Even if there were police surrounding the mobile home park, we'd still venture inside to eat. The food is that good. We shared the cowboy breakfast burrito and the Santa Fe pancakes. Both were filling and ridiculously good. The Santa Fe pancakes made with blue corn, roasted piñons, green chili, and cheddar jack cheese were different than anything else we've ever had. I'll admit I didn't love my first bite or two, but the more I ate, the more I wanted. The pancakes are dry, but if you drizzle some syrup, it's the perfect match. The accompanying eggs and bacon were cooked perfectly. The cowboy breakfast burrito is massive, filling, and worth every calorie. Even though we were stuffed, we had to get the peach with green chile turnover. We asked if the turnover is served warm and our waitress replied that she could warm it up for is. I'm not sure that it is normally served warm, but I highly recommend it. The turnover flaky, the glaze was silky once warmed up and the peach with green chile was unique and delicious. Five star service and food. I highly recommend Vick's Vittles and hope that I'm in the area again so I can try more of this delicious food.

It's perfectly safe, but you want your wits about you as you come and go. Service is fantastically efficient, friendly, and thorough. There were many picnic tables to eat outside and it was a small building, so most people were eating outside. The Inside When I first walked in it felt nice, people were talking Luckily not too loud. Then I looked around for where I placed our order and I easily found it. *It was right in front* Ordering So then I ordered the item "Just buttermilk and cream", and then I asked for a side of syrup and bacon. And I got an orange juice for my drink. Then I walked down to the patio, it had lots of greenery. Which was nice because the patio wasn't so exposed, and it had some sort of glass which blocked out the sun which also was very nice. And they gave me my orange juice right when I ordered it which was different in a good way. The Drink So I found a table where I sat down and sipped my drink ,unfortunately the drink was a bit cooler than room temperature. But I wanted it to be colder than it was, however the plastic that they used was hard and secure which felt nice in my hands. And at the near end of my experience it was getting pulp in it which was not pleasant. The Service My food came out in about 4 - 8 minutes. The food And when it did come out it looked really good. It was a big belgium waffle which had tons of whipped cream and strawberry slices, and the bacon looked nice. My first bite was of the bacon, unfortunately it was a lot more chewy then I liked my bacon. And then I grabbed my fork and cut a piece of my waffle, dipped it in some syrup, and then I took a bite. It was AMAZING, it was sweet but not too sweet. The syrup with the softness of the waffle was so good, and the waffle was easy to cut. The VALUE So what I got with the item was a big belgian waffle, lots of whipped cream, and over 15 strawberry slices for $10. I would say it's worth it. And I am pretty sure that I've seen smaller waffles items for the same price at other restaurants. Conclusion Overall, It was a Really good experience. Good value, Great food, Great service, and an okay drink. I would go back to Waffletopia. My only Suggestions are :If you come expect a big portion and don't get the orange juice Which leads to my star ranking. 4.5 Stars
