I was in Nob Hill and could not resist wanting to stop by and order my favorite meal. Passing by I saw folks standing outside waiting for a table so I called to see how my luck would run. I was told that there was an hour and a half wait time but that they could seat one, me, within 10 minutes as a another solo diner was finishing up. I was in luck! The inside was lit up by the sun and folks usually decide to wait because it's worth it!

They have an inside and outside area . The outside is covered as well. The staff is amazing very sweet, swift and accommodating ( i went by myself and asked for a quiet space to do homework). The place does have a smaller parking lot causing to park on street if needed luckily no parking meters on side of st . the food was actually very flavorful seasoned well and came out fresh and you can tell it's freshly made and Real food ! random note the bathroom they actually have real toilet paper not the normal commercial stuff . I would definitely come back! when looking at others food as well it looked amazing !

The fancy is awesome! The food and staff is great! A very chill environment. I got the Not Mc Muffin which was a tasty breakfast sandwich. It also came with a side of potatoes and a salad. My partner got the pork belly grits which were so tasty! I will probably get this next time. I will definitely come here again!

We stopped in for breakfast on whim. Let me tell you it did not disappoint! Their strudel waffle was the best! You need to try it. Everything else was great but those waffles were delicious! Definitely will be visiting again if I ever find myself up in Albuquerque again. Service was great, our waitress was friendly, quick, and attentive. The restaurant is small so get there early!

Great brunch spot, the service was stellar, the food was made quickly and the flavors were top notch! Loved the view from the window we sat at and the fresh flowers at the table were an added touch to a lovely experience. Next time we will try something new, and if you haven't, you should too!

It was my first time having breakfast at the pharmacy. We had the breakfast burrito and the pork belly grits. The pork belly was so good, and the spicy flavor in the grits were so bomb, but why was the grits so runny? Also no one asked if I wanted the egg super runny, I like them cooked over medium, I only like the yolk runny not the white The breakfast burrito was great, I got it with Christmas. The green chili is basically just chopped chile so I'm glad I got it with both so I could taste some sauce as well. The "crispy potatoes" were stale tasting. It was not the very best experience for my first time but it wasn't bad either. The service was friendly but a little slow. The ambiance was nice. I wasn't sure to give this a 3 or 4 star.

In town for a conference and after a quick search for a breakfast spot, we decided on the Farmacy. It has a parking lot in the back, so parking was a breeze. The downside (and it's no fault of the Farmacy) is that there is significant road work going on, so trying to get to the Farmacy was a serious chore. But it was worth it. We were greeted warmly and seated immediately. The Farmacy is a smaller eatery, but not crowded, which was great. Our server was friendly and took our order and got our food out quickly. I ordered the State Fair waffle with a side of potatoes. The waffle was delicious. The outside was crispy and the inside was soft. The potatoes were delicious and seasoned to perfection. The cost was comparable to local restaurants, so it wasn't a big surprise. Definitely delicious. And I will definitely be returning the next time I'm in Albuquerque.

The Farmacy is a cute little place and a good source for a tasty breakfast or lunch. We loved that they had ample parking and wonderful service. We ordered a sandwich and breakfast burrito and both were very good. The interior is small, a bit cramped and you can't help but hear the conversation around you. But here the focus is good food and it lives up!

Local brunch spot that has unique breakfast options and fresh twists on waffles. They get pretty packed so come early! It is not too bad but I was starving lol. My poutine breakfast fries were delish and my partners waffle was exceptionally delicious. Cute spot to have brunch!

Great hopping place and happy patrons. Wait to be seated was short. I ordered a Bloody Mary and it was good. I ordered a waffle and my granddaughter ordered an egg and cheese burrito and hands down those were the best eggs I've ever had. Great space, lots to look at.

We stopped here on our way out to Texas. It's a quaint breakfast spot with excellent food and great service. Sabina was super nice and helped us walk our way through the menu. The breakfast tacos were delicious. Make sure you check this place out!

The service was good and our food came out at a perfect time. Everyone was happy with their meals and the food was very good! The restaurant is inside of what was an old house... so very limited space to sit, so go early! However, the ambiance is cozy.

4.5 stars My friend had recommended this place for our brunch the other day (and had also seen some good feedback on it). Key points: parking was easy, there's outdoor seating for when it gets warmer, food came out quickly, staff was friendly, and decor/ vibe is cute. I got the Daisy Duke waffle for $7 (topped with blueberries, a lemon compote, and mascarpone cheese), which was crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside with the right blend of flavor. And my friend got the Slayer with potatoes and a side salad for $10.75 (which she had had previously and loved), so most of the prices were pretty reasonable. I would like to try the Croque Maiden when I return, but was looking for something fairly light. 2024 #16

Hey! What are the vegan options?

Hi! Sorry, the notification of this question went into my spam box. Other than our grapefruit brulee or a side of potatoes we don't have any vegan options.

    Are dogs welcome here?

I haven't had the same experience as Eric but I've seen dogs on the patio, I believe I've even saw a water bowl for them.

The bread is clearly baked fresh and was nice and crusty on the outside and fluffy with the perfect chew on the inside. My mini me 1 inhaled her grilled cheese (of which my husband ordered the full size and also demolished his), and mini me 2 and I shared the toasted tuna melt. Good balance of tuna, celery, and bread ratio, but I didn't dig the olives in it. There's a mini kale salad that comes with entrees, and it was healthy and palatable for kale. We did end up balancing that green with the pistachio cruffin and pistachio chocolate chip cookie. Would definitely go back for the cruffin with its flaky layers and luscious pastry cream. Cookie was less impressive but still worth the impulse buy. Indoor and breezy outdoor seating available. Highly recommend!

The turkey had fresh dill and sprouts, avocado and this lemon jam which was the star. Tuna was so good. Some tuna is really fishy and this one had such a great flavor and the croque madam with that side of mustard was such a great combination. It was so good I came back during the week and had the beef sirlion sandwich that was so flavorful with the arugula and onion jam and had to finish it off with the best lemon blueberry muffin. Highly recommend if you are looking for good food with great flavor combinations.

The area looks old and poor, but near the restaurant, we didn't see anything sketchy. When we were leaving, we did see some homeless people at the main intersection, but we didn't see anything we'd describe as sketchy. We did notice there is a mobile home park behind the restaurant, but there is a wall between the mobile home park and the restaurant parking lot. Even if there were police surrounding the mobile home park, we'd still venture inside to eat. The food is that good. We shared the cowboy breakfast burrito and the Santa Fe pancakes. Both were filling and ridiculously good. The Santa Fe pancakes made with blue corn, roasted piñons, green chili, and cheddar jack cheese were different than anything else we've ever had. I'll admit I didn't love my first bite or two, but the more I ate, the more I wanted. The pancakes are dry, but if you drizzle some syrup, it's the perfect match. The accompanying eggs and bacon were cooked perfectly. The cowboy breakfast burrito is massive, filling, and worth every calorie. Even though we were stuffed, we had to get the peach with green chile turnover. We asked if the turnover is served warm and our waitress replied that she could warm it up for is. I'm not sure that it is normally served warm, but I highly recommend it. The turnover flaky, the glaze was silky once warmed up and the peach with green chile was unique and delicious. Five star service and food. I highly recommend Vick's Vittles and hope that I'm in the area again so I can try more of this delicious food.

Our waitress did come back to bring the coffee. Before she got there we were discussing the fact that the entire staff was new. She must have overheard us and took it as some kind of slight to her. Two minutes later the manager came over to inform us that we were being rude to her server and that she would be taking over our service. After some discussion my wife said, "this is ridiculous, guess we won't be coming here again" the manager said "well I'll cancel your order and you can leave now". For our meal, we ordered two Chicken & Waffles plates, a Blue Corn Lavender Waffle, and a kids' plate. The Chicken & Waffles were the highlight of the meal, offering a satisfying balance of sweet and savory flavors. The Blue Corn Lavender Waffle was a unique touch and a fun way to try something distinctly New Mexican. Neither my wife nor I cared for the drip coffee, so we asked a staff member if we could swap it out for double espressos. They were happy to accommodate us, and the espresso was a significant improvement. The service was friendly, and the staff made a positive first impression from the phone call all the way through our visit. For our family, the total came to about $80, which felt a little steep. We ended up eating inside since the patio tables were either occupied or unavailable (due to a sleeping homeless person). The restaurant is housed in a renovated older home, and they've done a nice job making the most of the space. One of my favorite touches was the collection of retro waffle makers displayed along the walls, which added a fun, nostalgic charm to the atmosphere. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I'd happily return to explore more of the menu.

The blue corn is just a tinge sweet so was an interesting mix. The waffle is a decent size but is super filling and dense. That said there are lots of gluten free options as well, so if that's for you, then don't hesitate to come check it out you won't be disappointed. There is indoor and outdoor seating, though in general the place is small-ish and can get crowded during busy times. Parking is also a bit of an adventure, but so is anywhere in that area.
