First time back in town since 2018, so nice to see that they're still open! Enjoyed a 4-shot pumpkin spice latte. Great service and a nice sitting area.

This place is truly a gem! High quality, fresh roasted coffee beans served with care. I am especially thankful for the great presentation and the sparkling water that I didn't ask for but loved! With clever style, local art and soft music, the ambiance is just right for studying or socializing.

I didn't know what to expect for a tiny town but I ordered a latte and it was very good! Wonderful views as well and free wifi! Great place to post up and work :)

Cabra coffee has been on my list for quite a while now and so I was delighted to finally have a chance to check them out. I decided to stop by before driving up the back of the mountain with a friend. They conveniently have a drive-through, which was very nice considering how much snow we have gotten recently and all the mud in the parking lot. There are posted menus that you can read before you get to the window and I decided to get a breakfast burrito as well as a 12 ounce lavender latte. I will say the coffee smelt amazing and it was a really good latte but the size felt small. I would probably get a 16 ounce next time around and hopefully will return when the weather isn't so gross so that I can enjoy the interior. The building was really cute from the outside and very convenient to get to right off the main road. As for the breakfast burrito, as someone who has lived in New Mexico, their entire life and eaten a solid amount of breakfast burritos, I've never seen such a paper thin burrito. It was basically 75% tortilla. For $4.50 I absolutely would not purchase another one. The chile was decently spicy but really overall not great.

Basic coffee shop. Nothing special. Baked items werent any better than a starbucks. 6 dollars for a latte. We got 2 small chocolate cookies which looked like they were made in a home kitchen; very small.

This is such a cute coffee shop out on the east mountains! My husband and I were stay in the mountains for a weekend getaway, and as usual, I got to check my coffee map. Cabra was an unexpected find for somewhere out in the mountain. We stopped by for our morning coffee/tea and breakfast and were a little surprised by how full it is. It feels like not merely a local coffee center but a hub where people near by come to work, talk, and meet. Will come back if we're in the area again

Stopped in a few weeks ago on a Sunday morning! Plenty of seating when I came in. Services was kind friendly and helpful. Coffee was delicious and the blueberry muffin was scrumptious! Love that they make their own lavender syrup! They also have a drive through incase you are in a hurry or on your way to work! Give them a try and support local!

We stopped at Cabra Coffee to get some fuel for our drive from Albuquerque to Santa Fe and it was a great stop to make ! Location/parking: It's right off the road and very easy to get to! Especially since we weren't familiar with the area at all, we appreciated how easy it was to access. There's tons of parking as well Environment/ space: There's a lot of outside seating with covered patio space. When we stopped there wasn't much traffic on the road (I can't imagine There's ever much traffic) and there was a lovely breeze flowing through as well. The interior has quite a bit of seating and one really cute nook with string lights in it. There's also some great photography available for sale around the place that ties back to nature which I loved ! Coffee: The Coffee is amazing ! It's probably some of the best coffee we've had ! It's made really well and the flavors are so good. I also got a tea which was equally delicious. Also, they do have a drive through window ! Overall the place is cute and a great stop on the route if you need some coffee.

Friggin love this place! Super kind, cool and helpful staff, great coffee and espresso drinks. Really great mountain ambience with plenty of outdoor seating. Also amazing fresh baked goods, the scones are my favorite but the cookies and muffins are exceptional as well. I also highly recommend the little burritos! No place like this in the area. Can't go wrong

Dear you & also future me, you need coffee and a have time for a short scenic drive. You might as well go here where the coffee and the people will greet you with kindness. This time I just had drip coffee and a lemon poppyseed scone, but next time, should enjoy a latte "for here," as they looked amazing.

I have seen this place a few times and wondered about it. Today I didn't make my brew at home and decided we should support our local coffee house. We enjoyed the Beautiful drive to Cedar Crest. I had a Vanilla Iced Latte that was perfectly delicious. My daughter ordered a cold brew lavender coffee that she said was strong with an airy taste. So glad we stopped but make sure you don't blink or you'll miss the drive thru

Outdoor seating area and my hubby who was SO happy to finally find some "good" coffee

My friends invited me out and sat outside to enjoy the weather. When I arrived, they had already ordered their beers and food. I believe they ordered the Caprese, a burger with fries, 2 pizzas: the Margarita and Forti. The food, while cold, tasted fantastic. I loved the oven brick crust of the pizzas, and the fries were still crispy. The salad, dressing and basil on the Caprese was satisfying. I ordered a canned Sprite and Non Acoholic Mojito and enjoyed those as well. It was a good time. We watched our kids enjoy the live music and play corn hole. Side note: It's a bit dusty and parking is abundant. They also have indoor seating next to billiards and shuffle board. You can order drinks and food there at the window and inside. This place definitely falls into the first category. This morning I went with the single origin Guatemala drip, and it was exactly what a solid cup of coffee should be. Smooth, rich, and balanced with a nice chocolate note that hangs around just long enough to make you take another sip. No bitterness. No burnt taste. Just a clean, well-roasted cup that says someone here actually cares about the beans. The shop itself has a personality, which I always appreciate. It's decorated with fishing lures, fish artwork, and sculptures scattered around the place. Naturally this leads to the obvious conclusion: the owner is either an avid fisherman... or coffee roasting is just the side hustle between trout expeditions. Either way, the theme works. The space feels relaxed, creative, and comfortable. The kind of place where you can sit with a cup and not feel rushed out the door. And speaking of doors, while I was there there was a steady flow of customers coming in and out. That's usually the universal coffee signal for yep, this place is doing something right. Bottom line: Great coffee, cool atmosphere, and a shop with enough character to keep things interesting. I'll definitely be back for another cup of that Guatemala.
