Bulent was *AMAZING*. About a month prior I spent $760 to replace locks for 3 doors with another company. Within a couple of weeks my tenant complained one of the locks was not working. I had the other company come out, but they really didn't do anything. I decided to not waste more time and went with Star Locksmith based on the strong, positive reviews. Trusted them to do the service when I'm not at the property. Claim to fix it, but when I visit, the door lock still doesn't work properly. Had to get another locksmith to fix the same problem and they were a better deal and better job. The other locksmith I ended up needing to hire told me Star Locksmith installed a mechanism backwards that doesn't work ideally with the door lock system we had. New person changed the whole lock to a new mechanism and resolved our problem completely for less than 400 while Star locksmith charged me more for just a repair and didn't actually repair it to work probably, they argued that they did the job because the lock is fixed, but I left me with the same problem that I had before I paid them for the job. read more
