The company I work for needed all four of its entry door locks to one area changed out and Forrest was our locksmith; he was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, and he worked quickly. Absolutely disorganized, unprofessional and lacked the customer service skills to correct an issue they created. I was instructed to text a picture of the safe that I wanted opened and then they would see if they could help so I did. No response as promised so I called and then they were like oh we never got any messages then they checked and found the messages...wth.Then they scheduled an appointment with me for today at 1pm and Iwas told to bring the safe with me (service fee would be between $50-75. Boyfriend puts the safe in the care, we get there and they say they weren't aware that I was coming. From the very beginning of my experience with this company it was not good. I called and spoke to the owner and told him the service that i needed and he put me on the schedule, or so I thought. I took the morning off work because he gave me a morning time frame that they would be out to do an estimate and no one showed up. I called and they apologized and insured me someone would be out next day. I could not take anymore time off work, so my grandmother was left to meet with them alone. They did show up the following day as promised however, the employee tried to sell her on other things than we were asking for. She told him to give me a call and discuss it. He called me a day later to go over things and informed me of all the other things we "needed". I advised him that we wanted a quote for what we asked for and nothing more. I texted him my email address, as he requested and I still have not received a quote or a phone call from anyone at the company. Working at a very successful body shop where customer service is imperative, I know how customer should be treated. From beginning to end with this company there was nothing good at all about their customer service and it is very disappointing. I bought a used Touratech locking GPS mount for my motorcycle. It is a specialized piece of equipment that is manufactured in Germany. Unfortunately, the seller no longer had a key. I brought the unit to Mass Lock and (unsurprisingly) they'd never seen one before. However, they took on the challenge, were able to open the lock, and were able to produce working keys even though standard American blanks did not fit the lock.
