I had a great experience with Lockwiz Locksmith. Our deadbolt was broken and we couldn't use the door. The technician came out right away and put in a temporary lock and ordered us a new deadbolt. They came out the same day to make me a new key fob for my car, fast service and a good price.

I needed a high security key copied for my apartment building, one that opened both the main entrance and my apartment door. Seeing as this was a difficult key to cut, I ran around quite a bit to many different locksmiths. I got two keys copied at Lockwiz Locksmith and one worked on the main entrance but not the upstairs and the other didn't work at all. The pleasant staff gave me a refund on the keys but offered to try to copy them again and told me to keep the keys if it worked, but otherwise get rid of it. The new key then fit the lock correctly but still didn't open. I even got a follow up message the day after to see if the new key worked. Overall, I had a great experience with Lockwiz, I think my key was just difficult to cut. read more
