It's no wonder the stock for this company has dropped! Terrible customer service! I went to get some prints ordered and one person was all foaming at the mouth over her current customer because he was the owner of "Slicks"! Really? I don't care! The manager who decided he would help me at the counter asked me what I needed and when I told him, he seemed disappointed. He suddenly said that the his employee would be helping me, but that took another 5 minutes! Anyway, bad service. Terrible management and Staples just lost a long time customer! read more

I'm in Sales so I'm a real heavy user of this Staples especially their Copy Center. I generally make hundreds of copies of each month and the folks at the Copy Center are very helpful making sure that they print out the correct ones off of my flash drive and proofing them as well. If there's a multitude of jobs before yours they're great at giving you a time when your's will be ready. If you're a heavy user I'd also recommend getting their Staples Rewards Cards. I was surprised to learn that i had already earned a $25 credit and I was able to use it towards a GPS purchase. read more

Eunice gets this location 5 stars. These days quality customer service can be scarcely found. Not here! Eunice went above and beyond to ensure all of my questions were answered and made my transaction an easy one. I will be returning to this location as long as she is an associate. She was efficient and provided quality service all while ensuring every customer who came through the door was acknowledged and helped equally. She is a gem at the Hamner Staples. read more

Staples is staples.. meaning they are pretty much all the same no matter where you go. I have been there to get paper, pens and other things for that nature, and its always the same. Its nice being able to go someplace, and know that it will be the same as one in another city. Their copy prices are about average, as are their fax prices ($1.25-$1.00 a page). read more

I came here hoping I would get help to print out a file that was sent to my email. I was not disappointed, I was greeted by a really nice employee in the copy center. I explained my situation to her and she explained to me that I could sent the file to their location via email that it would that a few minutes for them to receive it. I did, within minutes she got it, the printed a proof showed to me and I approved. She made my prints right away. Thank you! read more

Staples - Great prints, plus quality customer service - Printing Services Near Me - Norco, California

I went the copy center for a fax and was helped by Donella, which she then helped locate am item for me afterwards! I dont usually feel welcomed right away at the Norco location however, she made this a good experience! read more

This is for the copy and print center. I brought my Dad to Staples to show him how to ask someone at the counter to print a document for him. Usually, the people at the counter will print your documents for you upon request. However, the young lady working the counter on a Saturday afternoon refused to do this task for us. She shooed us over to the copiers to do this ourselves. If it was just me doing this, that would be fine. However, this is not helpful for my Dad, who is not as familiar with these technologies and won't always have me available to help. Overall, the customer service was unacceptable. read more

LOUSIEST SERVICE I went to Staples on 3/18/2017 around 7pm. I own multiple business. Sometimes our staff pays with several credit cards for different businesses and sometimes cash depending the size of the purchase. I had Dr Grip 6 refills with dried up ink, which we purchased around 1-2 months back. Few open and rest not open or used. I scanned my card and they found 1 pack and rest they said without the receipt they cannot exchange. Each refill packet is $2.49. I was there over half an hour talking to cashier, then another worker came over and then the female manager. For total return of $4.98, I was there over half an hour and they refused to exchange because they could not find the receipt on my card or phone number. They found around 4 pens, but not refills. Myself and the staff have around 18-20 pens. We shop around $2,000+ at Staples every month. Last time for another return, they could not find the receipt by scanning my card, later I went back with the receipt charged on the same card and they replaced it. It was the same Norco Staples store. Usually I don't give much reviews, but this one had to be written. Service is getting LOUSY AND FURTHER LOUSY read more

I had some posters printed for the NonProfit I work for, and Tim in the printing department was so wonderful. I am so impressed with his attention to detail and care for the customer. I typically get my printing done at a local shop, but if Tim is working I will definitely be back here. read more

They advertised a "Chair event" on the radio so we called to confirm the dates. We go inside a day later and they have no supply available. They don't want to put an order in online, but they won't sell the floor models either!! They don't want business?! Wasted the little time we had to shop after work.... read more

I'm only giving 1 star because 0 isn't allowed. Went in for an office chair, found one with a sale tag for $100 off (no obvious expiration date displayed). Asked an employee, who verified the price. Went to the register, which didn't ring up the correct price. Mentioned it to the cashier, of which the nearby Supervisor intervened and said the discount expired a week ago. Even after proving the displayed price (and all other sale prices still displayed), I was told they couldn't honor it, but could offer a far less discount and "still have to do paperwork so they wouldn't get fired". Customer service line didn't do much either, effectively saying to keep an eye out for the sale price again.. so I'm rather confident I'm not going to bother with Staples for anything I can get elsewhere. I hope this helps any future potential customers prepare themselves. Waste of ~30 min read more

I would like to recognize Liana In the shipping department for her great customers service. She definitely deserves a raise. I went into Staples looking for a unusual size box and she was able to find me one. I could not find one anywhere else. Thanks again read more

Had what turned out to be a serious problem with my new computer and Staples fixed it as they should have.

Can confirm that the print center is not worth your time. Too slow, too eager to sell services. Took me a half hour just to pick up an online order. read more

I've been here twice in the last month and neither time did they have the item in stock! They have it on their shelves, but not in the back. Why advertise them if your suggestion is "We can order it online for you..." Really? I can do that myself. I went to Best Buy each time, got a portable hard drive and a special cable. I did buy a chair there recently at 50% off, which is the reason it is not a 1 star rating. read more

The general manager JOSE was rude and disrespectful when asked for help if you're working in customer service you should have some people skills. Hate when people with a higher work description feel too good to do anything for anyone change your attitude buddy. Also felt like a criminal having someone follow me around the whole store. What a horrible expirience! read more

Came in on a Friday afternoon. There was a high ratio of employees working to actual customers in the store. We could not illicit one smile, greeting, or offer to help while we were looking around. It was so weird. We straight up had pairs of employees just walk by. There was even a huge ladder blocking a display of items we were trying to look at. And an employee just stood next to it minding her own business. And then when we moved away, she moved it so she could use it. This is so sad, it's funny. Poor selection of binders. I like to spend money on the Avery brand for my kids because they last the whole school year. Instead they have a bigger selection of their own brand, but even that wasn't fully stocked with enough sizes or colors. read more

I've used this place so often being in sales for copies and supplies . Today I came in to drop of sheets to get 600 copies , I spoke with Sabrina . I was short on time since my son gets out of school in 20 minutes . All I wanted to do was drop stuff off and pick up another time . She insist I do it myself at self copy which I explained I didn't have time just wanted to drop off , then she says to come back when I have time . Ummmm so you don't offer drop off , then proceeds to help someone else . Train your staff . Now I gotta drive to corona or Eastvale since your employees don't want to do their job . Thanks staples . read more

I sent in a 3,000 page color print job. It was delayed 3 times. I was told I would get a 10% discount for my trouble. I was called and told the job was ready for pick up. When I arrived I was told it wasn't in yet. I made them double check and they found it. There was a line of 5 people in the print dept while the manager and another guy stood in the tech dept talking when I got my order the guy checking me out couldn't give me the 10% off he called the manager for help. Manager told him to send me to the tech dept to get my credit. So I had to carry my very heavy box of printed pages over to him instead of him coming over to help me in the print dept. bad service. read more

Too many stipulations on returns! Great service help from Aujaunique the sales rep! Other than that the managers are not very friendly and have below average customer service skills! Too awkward for me to return to this store again. Awful experience! read more

Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I've never been treated so badly at any store in my entire life, and I'm just talking about the printing area. The girl should've just come up to me and said, "What do you want?". These people have the worst attitude. I'm sorry if you have a miserable life but grow up and show some respect. Other than that, the rest of the workers seem miserable and tired. If there was a number I could call and complain, trust me, I would've done it a long time ago. All in all, it's the worst store I've ever been too. read more

Had a terrible experience at this store this week. The customer service reps working at the copy center were rude and clearly overworked. I am in this store multiple times a week and their lack of customer service skills and attitude was so bad, I will drive to Eastvale to not go back here. read more

I go here to get my copies made on thicker paper. The copy center staff is friendly and try to accommodate your needs. You do have to make sure that they get your order right if you have many jobs. I had 2 sheets to copy on hard paper and they only did on one of them. They will fix your order if done incorrectly. They call when the job is done. For the most part I have been happy here. read more

I just want to say thank you to Jose! I was looking for a magnum sized black marker and it looked like they were sold out on the shelf. This has been the store i go to for office supplies for several years now. I have never ever had anything but good service. Just how good, was again shown in the last 2 visits: 1) About 3/4 weeks ago by Sean, on a Sunday, 30 minutes before their closing. With my laptop up and running Sunday morning, a vente coffee went all over the laptop and in it. After messing with it, i decided to spend the day out. Coming back at 4:30 pm - no, it had not magically fixed itself and messing with it again did not restore it either! So, off to Staples and Sean could not have been more helpful, showing me and explaining all their laptops. My "old workhorse" is/was 5 years old. Sean had a lot of information on the different brands, the new software/explaining and showing me everything in detail and how it worked, had a lot of patience. Thank you Sean! 2) Today, busy, already behind on reports - the printer. Cartridges. Yes, i'd already printed on grey scale (black and white only), now even that was exhausted. The printer does not work with even one cartridge out and Staples was out of the Magenta. Display showed "order on-line at Staples.com". When i bemoaned this to the Cashier Acacia, she immediately called Devin. He checked the stock room and he came up with a package - 3 different color cartridges for this Brother printer - at even a lower price. Then i got a discount on top of that! Either because i brought 2 cartridges in or because i am a business client. So, thank you to Acacia and Devin for this one. COMMENTS: Price range $ to $$. Laptops - based on the variety of name brands offered, the prices and the attentive customer service, would just as well buy from Staples. read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Went in to staples to print a prepaid shipping label from my email. Took all of 15 seconds to log in and get the email to appear. I clicked on the prepaid label and it said blocked. I've never had a problem printing on my phone or on any computer so I asked for help since they charge by the minute. I asked for help by one of the employees at the computer stations that was talking to another employee. I was like excuse me can I get some help? And the employee snapped at me and said wait a minute and went back to her conversation! I waited 5 minutes for her to tell me it's the websites fault and to just email the label to myself. And was done in a total of 6 minutes. 6 minutes to print out one sheet of paper!!! An extra $2 paid due to poor customer service ($3 total to print 1 sheet of paper!). Because whatever the conversation was; it was more important than helping a customer. Will not be returning to this staples. read more

I really like this Staples! I'm not sure why it got bad reviews, but everytime I go in there the people are really helpful and friendly.

I go here regularly for office supplies. Prices are average. You can get coupons online for many items. Employees are pleasant to deal with. They usually say hi and ask if I need to find something. I've never used their copy center but I usually see at least one person there. I appreciate the short lines because I'm usually on my lunch break. Thanks read more

I really do not mean to complain about the Norco Staples but the REBATE DEPARTMENT! They are incompetent! I purchased paper for $60 waiting for a $39 rebate for nearly a month. I submitted the rebate at least 4 times and kept getting emails saying my rebate wasn't valid and they rejected my submission. They asked for a JPG of the receipt when I told them numerous times i had an electronic copy. They said the rebate is EASY when it is most certainly not easy. I emailed, called, did online chat many many times and after nearly a month with the same negative results I took the paper back for a full refund. I will NEVER EVER SHOP at Staples again and I had been a faithful customer for close to 30 years. read more

I go to their copy center a lot because it's close to my work and I try to run errands that I'm not able after work. Have to say their customer service never fails in being horrible. You can be standing there for more then 3 minutes without being acknowledged. Yes, I agree they are overworked and always understaffed but this doesn't mean it's the customer's fault. This has happened not once, not twice but too many times to count. Their printing quality is great, don't get me wrong but their customer service lacks. read more
