Two days later, the entire screen stopped working. They replaced it again, and just four days later, it stopped working again. When I returned, they gave me a hard time and blamed the issue on damage that they never mentioned before either repair. It's extremely frustrating to pay to have one thing fixed, only to have the same problem happen twice and then be blamed for it. I would not recommend this company. In my experience, you may go in to get one thing fixed and leave with a bigger problem--and no accountability.

Which I originally purchased when I brought my phone in January 2026. It's unlimited replacement. He was very rude and snappy saying he didn't have one for my phone, which was not true. They put a 16/17 protector on my phone originally , somehow he said they couldn't put on a 17 protector which didn't make any sense which they had in the store. I asked him could he let me see the protector that he was talking about and he told me no unless I was going to purchase it. I asked him could I talk to a manager and he said she went to lunch and he was going to lunch too. I asked him when would she return he said in 30 minutes. I said I would wait. I thought this is ridiculous. I stayed calm because I was in shock over his treatment over a phone protector I purchased unlimited replacement. I could not believe his unprofessionalism. The treatment was really unbelievable. The other guy Chris was not helpful either I ask him for help because I remembered him and he said he never helped me before. I am writing this because no customer should be treated this way. I have been coming here for over twenty years. I will never forget how they treated me today. No one should be treated in such a rude disrespectful manner. *I was fortunate that a Wonderful young lady wind up helping me name Sunny, She stepped in and helped me I explained to her the situation and she called the manager and she told her it was okay to replace my screen protector.
