Don't do any business here! This is not an AT&T retailer. They are a reseller under AT&T's name. Having said that - if they create an issue (e.g.billing, plan selection, etc.) (which they will) - you are on your own. Shuttled off to (a) customer service or (b) referred to an AT&T corporate location; which is where you will angrily head next. Suffice it to say, poorly trained staff, not ethical in business practices, discriminatory (expect to be treated like a child and condescended to), and just dishonest. While being polite to your face, you are being scammed. Value - none. Value is nonexistent since you will spend hours of your time to correct problems they will create for you. Don't use this store! Or AT&T for that matter. Poorly trained staff led to a FCC complaint. I now have to turn in my free upgrade phone because the employee screwed up. They lie and call it a free upgrade and there is no such thing. AT&T executive office backs their business acumen and doesn't care about the customer. I now have to turn in new phone for an older phone that I don't even know if it's new or refurbished or if it will work correctly. And then if I can't get all my info to transfer to that phone I'll have to go into an AT&T store to get them to do it. Won't be using their service anymore after this all is ironed out! read more

This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with the phone company in person. The customer service at this location is absolutely terrible and the company should be ashamed of itself. We were there for about an hour yesterday and got absolutely nothing resolved it was a huge headache. I do not recommend this location or this company, try Verizon or literally anyone else read more

Not one to write reviews, but probably the hands down worst experience I've ever had signing up for anything. Wife and I walked in to get a 2-line personal phone plan 2 weeks ago. The rep (Edris) signs us up, and halfway through the process I get an email about 'My Mobile Business Agreement'. I show Edris to point out that he must have signed us up for the wrong plan, and that I do not own a business, nor want a business plan. While he tries the hard sell on the benefits of a business plan, he agrees to go back and change it to personal as requested. I get home with my contract and login information, and lo and behold while attempting to login to my online account, it was not changed to personal. I go back to the store two days later to get it fixed, same rep. After spending an hour on the phone with customer service we are assured that it has been fixed. It was not. Not sure what is going on at that store in terms of training or the act of fraudulently signing people up for business accounts, but after 15 years as an AT&T customer that experience is enough to make me reconsider. Safe to say I'll be heading to a different AT&T Store this weekend to try and sort this mess out and changing Providers at the end of this contract. read more

I really got the best customer service experience at this store, not once but twice. The first time I visited, Shawn in the store was super helpful, extremely courteous and willing to go out of his way to ensure my plan issue and questions were resolved. I was so pleased that I went again to the same store for device upgrades, I had the same great experience the second time with another gentleman, Adnan, at the store. In the past I would generally do such upgrades by just calling ATT which was never the best of experience. Being able to resolve my cellular issues face to face with a person, was so much better than having to deal with ATT customer service on the phone. I highly recommend this store for all of upgrade, plan issues and other needs. read more

I went here to have my phone from ATT which I HAD to have set up by Oct. 2021. I walked in there were two reps an with me two customers. I was greeted with You can't cross there by the older person. The chairs were lined up???? He said this as if he was angry. The younger of the two came over to help me There were no visible signs that I could see. I told him what I needed. I asked him can you show me.....he cut me off mid sentence handed me the phone and said it was finished. He did not transfer my contacts. I am now with Verizon. They were extremely rude. read more

Here's my story. I arrived at this location in the beginning of June to add a line of service. I've been an ATT customer for years and never had any issues paying my bills. My monthly bill was about $165 for existing 3 lines and I was thinking a lot if I should pay $30 more for another line that I needed. So I talked to T-Mobile in advance and they offered me $178 a month for 4 lines of the same level of service if I switch to them with no activation fees. So I asked the store employees if they can match what T-Mobile gives me and add a line of service with no fees and about $15 extra a month. Which they were hesitant to agree on but later did something on their ipad and said that will work and I had to pay $5 for a new SIM card and that would be it. I was happy that I didn't have to switch carriers and left. To my surprise this month I've got $68 more on my bill. $30 activation fee for the new line. $30 for a month of service and some taxes. That wasn't what we agreed on. So I contacted ATT in the support chat and asked to fix that since that wasn't what I agreed on in the store. After spending like an hour in the chat the best thing ATT manager could get me is to give me one time $15 off and said that I should go back to the store and ask there if I want the line for $15/month. To me it's pretty obvious that the store didn't provide any info to the head office about our agreement at the store. Because the head office had no idea we had any agreement. And there's nothing in their system to confirm this. I said multiple times that I wouldn't add a line of service if that was coming with more than $15/month extra and activation fees. So basically they lied to my face just to get their way. I'm not going back to the store that operates like that. It doesn't look like ATT cares about their customers. So yep, I'll use what I paid for this month and I'm switching to T-Mobile at the end of this month. read more
