He read the letter quickly and gave me an explanation. Told me it would be better to call VZW customer service directly. This store wasn't busy, but very large and probably gets very busy at times. I would return here, though it isn't close to home and there is a closer VZW Corporate store to work. Recommend going here, staff seemed pleasant and laid back. Might be different in a sales situation, but I did not visit for that purpose.

I eventually decided to return it as it didn't provide me with the functionality I need and that I had on my previous model 11. I returned it within the 30 days and at first they said they wouldn't take it back despite it being in the exact same condition as when I bought it. Then they agreed to take it back but only returned me 60% of the purchase price to my card. A normal business re-shelfing fee is ~15%. The staff themselves are very nice so I blame the owner of this store for caring more about profits than being true to your word. Avoid this store.

I have been coming to this location for years and never have I had a problem with anyone that works here. I have 8 lines on my plan and they always handle my requests swiftly. Brought it back to store with receipt 8 days after delivery of the product and I was denied an exchange. The return poly states "If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, let us help you with a replacement, return or repair." Asked to speak to manager but he was unavailable. I was told he would reach back to me but is now a week later and I have not heard back from the manager or any associate. I would not recommend buying anything from them as they don't honor their policies. Update: The manager contacted me and explained that when the case was ordered from the other location the sale was considered a "final sale" and since this was not explained to me at the moment of purchase he gave me the option to go into the Sterling location and do an exchange of equal value. I appreciate that, although late, the business did come through for us.

Responses weren't the fastest but settled on a price and brought it in the next day. Minus one star for not being open when I arrived at 1010 and the sign and google says the open at 10, ended up driving around for twenty min and went back to find they opened ... if I knew that I wouldn't have left my house to get there upon opening . Minus another star for not calling when the phone was ready. They quoted me 4-5 hours to work on it which I said was fine and why I dropped it of first thing in the am, 530 rolls around and no ones called so I call the store and the first two tries no one picked up ..: the third time someone just tells me oh yeah it's done it's here. ... All in all the job was done and I can't even tell it was shattered the day before. Probably won't return because of the slow turn around time and lack of communication .

I had Phone Doctor replace the battery on my Galaxy S7 today. I had already purchased the battery…read moreand they charged me labor. The workmanship is excellent. The battery was replaced and put back together like it was never opened. I actually got my phone back better than how I brought it in. (previous battery had bloated and lifted the screen). Service was completed within 2 hours. Although they said it would take one hour and when I returned they said they needed 15 min more which ended up being about an hour. Still impressive it was done that quickly. There was a steady flow of customers so be prepared for it to take a little longer than quoted (which happens). Parking is a little tough but its in the town of Herndon so take advantage of your visit by trying out some of the local restaurants and bars. There are many options with good variety. Its a quaint little town and a good opportunity to kill two birds with one stone. I'll be coming back here if i need to have a component in my cell phones replaced.

I came in and told them I was short on time and only had about an hour to spare, but every 5 minutes I was told "5 more minutes". I should have taken that as a warning sign. I was advised that the phone would arrive in 3-days, it actually arrived in 7-8 days. I return to pick it up, only to find out it is the incorrect one. When I brought it up to their attention, the employee mentioned there was "no manager available because they were on PTO, and that I had to go to a "corporate store" to get it fixed. I decide to keep the phone because I cannot wait any longer and during set-up, I find out the number I selected at the store isn't even the number I picked/was assigned. Now, I have to go to a corporate store to change the number and ensure the changes they made to my plan actually lowered my bill or they pulled some funky business. #TerribleExperience #StayAway #worstcustomerservice
