Went to get a glass protector on my phone because I broke the glass protector. They told me your on the account but not control of the account. I advised him I purchased the glass protector myself under my name. He said yes I see it but since you don't control account I can't do it. Sad how I come into the store with my son and wife. Once in store we were greeted and told we were next. There where 4 employees working at time of entry. With 3 of 4 telling me I'm next, I watched two disappeared into back. Poor customer service when you leave back door open and talk about customers. Sadly when a middle eastern walks in, he was greated and asked what he needed. No one ever asked what I needed. Not even thinking about race race but damn my money not good enough. Hope the next att experience is better seeing i have only been a customer for over 15 years. Again poor experience and glad this was not my closest retailer. Yesterday arrived at the store 15 minutes before closing. With all the new unlimited plans now available, I wanted to review my two accounts and figure out it there was a better option that would save me some dough. Miranda took care of me and she was awesome. I felt bad that it was close to closing time, but she was cool and not rushing at all. I'll spare you the boring details, but Miranda did her magic and I went from 2 to 1 account and will be saving approximately $70/month. I'm a happy camper! This experience was in stark contrast to the AT&T location in Reston Town Center. I went there a couple of months ago with the same issue and I was told that consolidating the accounts and with the new plans it was still going to be about the same. I recommend you switch carriers or go to another aTT location. The manager here is deceiving and rude. We bought a new phone from them and the rep checked my phone said he can trade in my phone for an even trade. Told me to take it home and back up all the data. When I returned the following week the manager nit pick and said the phone was dirty and there was a light scratch on the screen so he would only take it in for only 35$. I got upset and ask for a return and he said he was going to do me "a favor" by accepting the return. It's sad because my family and I've been shopping here for years. Be very careful dealing with this location and ATT in general they told me that the iPhone XSMax works with uber and if you don't trade in my perfectly good phone at the time of purchase you only get store credit instead of device payment discount. Less then 24 hours after trading in the phone and purchasing the iPhone xs max I went to the store and they won't do anything customer support useless I guess I learned a 160 mistake let my mistake help you out. I hate posting bad reviews but in this case they left me no other options. I asked to get a call from the area manager and I was told it takes between 2 to 3 weeks because they are a big company wow by that point I can't return my phone. read more

If i was able to 0 star i would have done it. The team is not trained. I have been dealing with this issue since September 2019. I bought a BOGO promotion, yet i am paying for both devices. I call customer care they asked me to go to the store. I went to the store in January 2020 manager filled out a form and asked me to wait for 14 business days. I waited and called again we conference with customer care, for that one day everything seems like it was taken care of. It has not been resolved. The store is clean and they've got a decent selection of phones. It's an AT&T corporate store, so they've got a lot of items available (unlike resellers which generally need to have the phone sent to you). That's a plus. My phone's battery has all but bit the dirt so I decided to stop in to nab an upgrade. It was pretty busy when I walked in so my wife and I wandered around for a bit. After 10 minutes nobody has said so much as hello, or even offered to help. They're busy, so I can accept that. Then we see had to sign up for help. Again, not big deal, but it'd have been nice to know ahead of time. I'm told it will be about 10 minutes. I can handle that. An hour later... and I'm still waiting. Nobody has so much as said a word to me the entire time. There's an LCD in the back of the store that lists the names of people waiting. My name jump to the #1 spot (HURRAY!)... and then immediately goes back down to #3, and two names that hadn't been there jump ahead of me. It goes back up to #1 and back down to #2. Again. This is not frustrating at all. Half way through all of this a loud alarm starts blaring through the store for about 4 minutes. At this point, my wife decided to walk out because she got tired of waiting. If I didn't need a working phone badly I'd have left on the spot. Since mine has about a 3-4 hour battery life I decided to wait. The employees didn't seem to pay attention to the alarm. It finally turns off, and nobody says a thing about it. It's rather odd to be honest. It's FINALLY my time! And then I'm told the phone I wanted isn't even in stock. *facepalm* read more

As others have said there are many positives to this corporate store: 1. It's bright and clean 2. Large Selection 3. Knowledgeable Staff (I presume based on their interactions with others) The biggest challenge with this store is the wait! I've visited a few times over the last few weeks and the wait is always massive and the line moves very slowly. Perhaps there aren't enough AT&T stores locally that this store is so busy or because of the holidays people are buying new phones but I've tried a few different times on different days to find a sweet spot with little wait but to no avail. I left both times after waiting for quite a while and my name practically no closer to the top of the wait list. Now, it's only fair to point out that I believe you can make an appointment so I would highly recommend it. For those with such pre-planning I bet it is a good experience. For walk-ins...charge your battery - you'll need your phone to keep you occupied for a while. read more

Simple: These guys are always there to help! Our company runs over 30 phones on a combined account. One call usually gets us taken care of. We go over, get in/ out and I can't ever think of one time that we went away unhappy! Thank you..... We don't people share good words... Whats up with all the bad ones?? I thought I could come to this store and talk to an associate and have my problem solved. Instead my problem was magnified. Gabby was the associate I dealt with just screwed up my account costing me an extra $211 on top of my final bill. The manager said he was going to fix her mistake but after calling AT&T customer service and talking to Nino the manager didn't post anything to my account saying the mistake was theirs. So to protect my credit I had to end up paying it. Don't be a fool and get help from that store. read more

I'm giving them one star because it's impossible to give zero. I have ordered multiple devices from this location and had all of them cancelled with no notice or contact. Apparently they are an independent franchise and do not keep their inventory stock updated with the main AT&T website. Their location shows products that are not in stock as being available and they avoid contact whenever I try to call them for better information. I doubt that I am the only one to have been disappointed by this staff and location . Sadly, the more helpful AT&T location in my area has been closed in favor of this one. I hope they pay attention to the review of their customers and amend their ways. read more

I had great customer service at my recent visit to this store. I was helped by an associate named Michael and he was great! I tried to look up how to give my feedback on at&t.com but it was complicated so I hope this gets to someone in charge over there. Michael explained how we could lower our monthly bill by switching plans and was extremely helpful in assisting me to find my next phone. We were in and out pretty quick given my past experiences at phone stores. The other associates in the store were also friendly. Very good atmosphere and customer service. read more

Visit started out okay. Quickly went downhill. After we made the decision to upgrade the guy helping us had to go back to helping the other people there before us. Totally understandable but give a somewhat accurate wait time. He kept saying 5 more minutes. 20 minutes later he finally got to us. (We were there for over an hour by the time we left.)While they were transferring contacts 5 employees, including the manager, proceeded to gather right next to is and make fun of another workers new tattoo and watch videos. It looked horribly unprofessional and inappropriate. We had a sleeping baby in a stroller next to is as we waited and my husband ended up leaving the store for the mall halls which were a quieter environment than in the store. I came in this past week to get help with activating my new phone and iPad I ordered from at&t over the phone. Miranda helped me and I immediately found her to be sweet and funny. She was highly educated to do her job and helped me with technical issues above and beyond her call of duty. It has to be hard knowing so much and then dealing with incompetent people like myself but she was so patient and kind. I didn't plan on spending any money, however Miranda convinced me to buy a screen protector for both my phone and iPad and a case. Had she not taken the time to explain the 20% discount for purchasing three or more items and also explaining that the total could be financed over a period of months, I never would have bought them. I left feeling very confident that my technology was completely protected and that I didn't have to spend the money all at once. Thank you for the great service and peace of mind. CONS: Having been a customer for about a decade now, I have seen the quality of contracts steadily deteriorate along with increasing borderline unethical salesmanship. Visited this location earlier this week. My husband decided to go during his lunch break hoping that it'll be quick because we needed to return a tablet. 45minutes later, I ended up showing up because he had to go back to work and his name was on the monitor on the back and was there for quite some time. There were so many employees standing around so I got frustrated and asked them why can't one of them just help us with a quick simple return since we've been waiting so long. The guy just smirked and said he was busy w/ someone else and that another person will be with us shortly and the rest of the employees just hovering around staring. You obviously see us sitting there staring you guys down, at least acknowledge us and apologize for the wait and give us an estimate time that we will be seen. Finally, a guy calls me over and he asks me when we bought the tablet and I said why don't you look at the receipt... so I gave him a date then he says that there will be a 10% restocking fee of the price we paid for the tablet. I told him that when we upgraded our phones, the girl that helped us said the tablet was free and we just added a data plan for $10 a month. He said nope the tablet was 99 cents and the restocking fee that I'll have to pay is only 10 cents .. I understand it's only 10 cents and I have the money but what I'm trying to tell you is that the girl said it was FREE so you're not understanding my point. Just very rude and a bunch of slackers. Overall, it was a very nice store and set up but that doesn't make up for the sucky employees. read more

First of all, I used to work in that store and I love their store manager Celeta. I took my fren to get a phone this past Saturday coz he needed help coz his phone was acting up. We went there and we put it on the que by Anthony and didn't get here for about 30 min. Please check the camera too if the big bosss look at this review. After 30 min, jefferey comes to help and asked me if we were doing naked upgrade. I said, it's my fren who is getting a phone not me and my fren said I just want phone I don't know what is naked upgrade is. Then Jeff told us to go to authorized retailer or online to buy the phone. I said we need phone today and he asked what kind of phone we said IPhone 7 plus 32 black. He went back and got pink phone and 256 gb thinking we will Denie it and leave... we needed phone so bad we end up getting pink one too. Jed looked very mad while transaction didn't offer insurance nutting. So, at the end I just said thank u and try to shake his hand and he says rudely don't touch me. Manager angel comes there and I told him what happen he goes quote on quote, you worked here before we don't do naked upgrade here and please don't come to my store anymore.. my fren was very shocked to see these kind of interaction in Dulles store... this happened a lots of time with customers and I don't want this to happen again... please take care of this situation whit faris... this is wrong and we r still hurt by their treatment... read more
