I needed an iPhone with a service plan - so after doing some research on service plans - I opted to…read morego with T-Mobile. What I did not understand - is the service plans listed on the T-Mobile web site - are not necessarily available in the physical stores. I had stopped in to this store earlier in the day - and talked to one of the sales people. I shared that I had a brand new iPhone in the box - and that I had looked over the plans on the web site - and had questions about a couple of the plans before I selected one. In this case - the Magenta Over 55 plans are not available via the stores. I told the sales person I needed to run home, grab the iPhone and the service plans print outs - and that I would come back and purchase a plan. So the sales person should've told me at that point - that some of the plans listed on the web site - were not available to purchase in the physical stores. I came back about 30 minutes later with my stuff - and the guy proceeds to tell me the plan I wanted - is not available through them. I responded that that information would have been useful when I was visited earlier. So I went home and purchased the service plan I wanted and provisioned the iPhone from home. Thanks for wasting my time local T-Mobile Store... #TMobile

I love comcast and no its not because I have comcast!!…read more I went to visit them because my aunt doesnt speak english so when the nice man answered to my questions he greeted me with the best attitude. My aunt had told me that they always had issues talking to customer service reps at this particular comcast building so she told me to not mind there comments. I asked him about the trouble we had with one of our bills and he said it was no problem that he would get us the help we needed and just to not worry. He went out of the way to help us fix a couple of issues we had with out bill and did it with a smile on his face. He helped us make an appointment to get an additional box installed to her house and he went over the steps we needed to take to install the box if we didnt want the repair man to go by and install it. The rest of the customer service experts there looked at me and smilled and asked who my aunt has talked to before that made her feel like they didnt care about her. She said it was some other women that was there before so one of the ladies there told us that she had been fired because a lot of people complained about her. I think the people here at comcast really do care about each and every customer they have now and in the future unlike verizon (i have verizon) i think im going to switch to comcast . Yes deffinately will do that before this month ends maybe i can get a sweet deal like my auntie did. I love comcast!

Mike actually called me to tell me and came over the same day to fix it. I have been able to reach him whenever I had a question. His prices are very reasonable. Best of all I don't deal with any buffering while I'm using the Internet or my husband is watching tv.
