    I needed an iPhone with a service plan - so after doing some research on service plans - I opted to…read morego with T-Mobile. What I did not understand - is the service plans listed on the T-Mobile web site - are not necessarily available in the physical stores. I had stopped in to this store earlier in the day - and talked to one of the sales people. I shared that I had a brand new iPhone in the box - and that I had looked over the plans on the web site - and had questions about a couple of the plans before I selected one. In this case - the Magenta Over 55 plans are not available via the stores. I told the sales person I needed to run home, grab the iPhone and the service plans print outs - and that I would come back and purchase a plan. So the sales person should've told me at that point - that some of the plans listed on the web site - were not available to purchase in the physical stores. I came back about 30 minutes later with my stuff - and the guy proceeds to tell me the plan I wanted - is not available through them. I responded that that information would have been useful when I was visited earlier. So I went home and purchased the service plan I wanted and provisioned the iPhone from home. Thanks for wasting my time local T-Mobile Store... #TMobile

Employees act like a customer walking in is such an inconvenience. I tried to purchase a phone and pay for it with my card instead of financing it through T-Mobile and they refused. Mind you I have been a customer for over 6 years! I was denied purchasing a new phone at store, and the employee could not provide a specific reason as to why.

I went there for an upgrade on two iPhones and traded in both phones and somehow the employee added a new line with a CALIFORNIA number. Dude, I live in Virginia, how are you going to add stuff to my bill that I didnt even ask for? Ive never written a review on a business in my life, but genuinely dont understand this place and their sketchy business. Even after calling Verizon customer service, the lady on the phone was sketched out and advised me to go speak to this gentleman in person to find out what he was doing. Anyway, dont recommend this place, go to a real Verizon not this place under Russell Cellular.

I wasn't even expecting this but I got my plan activated and new iphone in my color choice. even better yet... got my new iPhone delivered, set up and working (Calls, text, apps) etc..the next day!!!! He even double check that once all up and running if anything was missing, needed to update or fix and checking to make sure no issues with new phone or cellular connection!! Hands down, great place and glad I switch back to this carrier. Also, want best service and understanding go here!!

    Terrible customer service by the manager in this store (I think his name is Shaq). I had an issue…read morewith needing to exchange a phone (att offers a 14 day exchange plan with new upgrades) and I was told to take my phone into my local ATT store which is what I did. Everything was fine until the manager decided to take a phone call in the middle of helping me. I didn't mind it at first, I expected him to tell the person to hold and he'd be right with him after he finished with my transaction. Turns out that level of customer service is not the standard here - apparently people who call are more important that the person that is standing in front of the manager. After this call was approaching 10 minutes with me just standing there waiting, I asked the manager if we could go back to processing my refund and he said he'd be right with me. Once he was done with the call I asked him if it's normal or store policy for them to prioritize a phone call over a customer they were already in the middle of helping and he said yes, they have to answer the phone. So I asked sure, but why not just put them on hold and finish with me? Why is their time more important than mine? Do you know what his response was? He literally said "why is your time more important than theirs?" - whatttt??!! I drove here, waited my turn, and have been working with the manager for 20 minutes on my exchange at this point and your question is why is my time more important than the person that is sitting at home calling the store well into my transaction?? ITS BECAUSE THEY DIDNT DRIVE HERE, WAIT THEIR TURN, AND AREN'T STANDING IN FRONT OF YOU ALREADY IN THE MIDDLE OF A TRANSACTION. Unbelievable. What has happened to customer service? He continued to give me attitude the rest of the time I was there. What's funny is, when he went into the back, I asked one of the other employees if it's normal to answer the phone while in the middle of helping a customer and he said "no, I would never do that".... But later when the manager was back out he recanted. Figures. So at the end of it all I asked to speak with the store owner or his supervisor, he said "why so you can tell them how good my customer service was?" full of snarky sarcasm... I told him to drop the sarcasm and he then said he can't give out that contact but if I can leave my number and the owner would call me back. Haha yeah right, you think I was born yesterday? There's like 0% chance this guy turns his own complaint into the owner.... But figured I try anyways. Guess what? This all happened over a month ago and ZERO calls from his boss or store owner. Go figure. No integrity, no humility, no respect. Please find a different store if you can!

We started the process and it took a LONG time, that guy was either new or just stringing us a long, anyway, after almost 2 hours in the store I really wanted out, so we told the rep we'll just do the copymydata at home ourselves. When I got home and checked the receipt it was the iPhone 15 for 36 months @24 a month. I know I should have checked the receipt at the time, but I didn't and that's on me, but what's on them is their unethical practice.

    Do yourself a favor and trust the reviews here, look elsewhere for internet…read more I've had them for years, and I have basically never had a good experience. Their internet is inferior to their competitors in speed - specifically upload speed when it is literally 30x slower - and when your contract ends they double your rate to get you to sign a new contract. I wasn't sure if I was staying in my lease so I could start a new one and they extracted double from me for several months, then when I signed my new lease and wanted to make a new agreement with Comcast they would not work out anything out for a deal on my double rate and my new rate was over 50% more than my old one for the exact same service. They're a terrible company that squeezes small business owners for every penny. I spit on this company.

Yesterday I got a bill for $300. When I called Comcast , I was never able to actually to an agent, so I drove back to the Reston location and they told me my account was never cancelled!! They said they never received any equipment. They suggested I called their 1800 number to talk to billing. I spent good portion of my morning on the phone , leaving messages, chatting with customer support. Finally I got a call back from them and they told me that my account was still active and I had to pay for January and February months. Why should I have to pay for services not received? Why is it my fault if they don't enter the information when I returned their equipment??? Worst company ever!!
