Their internet is inferior to their competitors in speed - specifically upload speed when it is literally 30x slower - and when your contract ends they double your rate to get you to sign a new contract. I wasn't sure if I was staying in my lease so I could start a new one and they extracted double from me for several months, then when I signed my new lease and wanted to make a new agreement with Comcast they would not work out anything out for a deal on my double rate and my new rate was over 50% more than my old one for the exact same service. They're a terrible company that squeezes small business owners for every penny. I spit on this company.

The contractors did miss some minor things with our playground assembly, and unfortunately the price came in higher (without notification), despite my providing the exact model and steps required for assembly at the time of soliciting. The insurability and lack of comprehensive quality guarantees is a little off putting in the end, as even other entities that exclusively use "independent contractors" such as uber, still have additional protections in place for the end customer. Overall, they were good, not perfect. The process was wonky, but worked (for the most part) in the end. I just would prefer to go directly to the contractors in the future.

They were flexible with me possibly having to re-schedule my appointment at the last minute if the cable equipment had not arrived on time. The installation team arrived at the time promised. They were polite, clean and professional. They used shoe covers, which I appreciated. I bought my own bracket and they were very familiar with it. They even uncrated my 85" TV from my move, which required them unscrewing wooden boards -- much more work than simply opening a cardboard box. Then they measured precisely, putting guide tape on the wall that they removed without leaving any marks. They also cut a hole on the wall behind the TV to run the power cord behind the wall to the outlet near the floor. The work was professionally done and looked great. They ran all the cables along the bracket, which was important because the bracket and wall would be visible when I pulled the TV out and swiveled it to seen from the kitchen, dining room or the living room. The whole process took under an hour and they didn't seem to cut any corners. The estimate was not the least expensive I received, but I felt the thoughtful questions they asked before I even accepted their quote, indicated the attention to detail that I wanted -- and I was right. I can't say if all their teams work this well, but the one that came to my house was exceptional.

In this case - the Magenta Over 55 plans are not available via the stores. I told the sales person I needed to run home, grab the iPhone and the service plans print outs - and that I would come back and purchase a plan. So the sales person should've told me at that point - that some of the plans listed on the web site - were not available to purchase in the physical stores. I came back about 30 minutes later with my stuff - and the guy proceeds to tell me the plan I wanted - is not available through them. I responded that that information would have been useful when I was visited earlier. So I went home and purchased the service plan I wanted and provisioned the iPhone from home.
