BROKE MY TV!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Olivier N ( AVOID HIM) came out to my apartment to mount my TV. He was able to place the mount onto the wall with no issue, however as he was about to mount the TV, it slipped from his hands and fell to the floor and shattered. We plugged the TV in and it no longer works because it's so damaged. There are glass shards everywhere and on top of that he caused damage to my apartment as well. There are pieces of TV lodged onto the wall that I can't get out. I had indicated on the form that I cannot help to lift the TV. I am not capable of lifting something this heavy. However you guys did not read the form and you sent only one person to do this job!! And clearly he wasn't able to do the job because the TV fell because apparently it was too heavy for him and my TV got damaged. My TV no longer works! This is so unacceptable, he didn't even apologize. He instead tried to blame it on me. I had told him that my TV was mounted at my last apartment for 5 years. This is 1,000% his fault. I loved the tech sent to my house and the service I received 3 years ago! However, they charged me an additional year which I could not get cancelled. And now they just charged a new year membership and want to subtract 60 off my cancellation ( I had asked to cancel before the date and they didn't honor that) so they want to give me back 41 instead of 100 for service I never had. Technician didn't show up at all that day, and no one from the company contacted me about it. So I missed work half of the day and gave them a call hours later. The representative told me that they had to reschedule it because the technician wasn't available, but they failed to let me know any details until I reached out to them. They seem to be quick to refund you for your account or service with no complaints, meaning they are used to upset customers and not wanting to fix the original issue with the way they handle their company. It's impressive and laughable if it was not so frustrating. The technician cancelled the morning of the appointment. When I tried to cancel the service, the only option was to select a new appointment time. The times did not work for me, but because I selected "choose another appointment" I was charged a cancellation fee...even though the company cancelled the appointment. I was charged both a cancellation fee and a subscription fee despite never having received the service. Numerous emails later trying to rectify this issue, the company will not give me a refund. Booked an Installation appointment for my TV via HelloTech. got a confirmation for the same morning with a window of 4 hours saying that the installer will arrive at 1PM. 20 minutes later the Tech sends me a Text saying he can't make it after I've cancelled all my duties for them come and day including my working day. was trying calling him back,the phone was disconnected (of course). called the tech support and the lady on the phone started to apologize etc. which is not helping me at all. she confirmed with another Tech to arrive a bit later around 2PM and,no ones arrived. called again,and same sapplogizing story again. she confirmed with me that another Tech will arrive FOR SURE this time between 3-8 PM,No ones arrived arrived. at this point as you can imagine who I was dealing with. no dignit,low and poor customer service,idiotic way of running a busines. This company is a scam and should be investigated. I booked service for a TV mount and hidden wires. The tech showed up late and informed me at the time that he couldn't do the hidden wires. I said fine, just hang the TV. He hung the TV and asked me to sign the work order. I asked if the charge for the hidden wires would be removed, and he said yes. He was supposed to mount the TV in the center of the wall, and he mounted it a foot and a half to the left of the center. When the charge went through, it was for the full amount (including hidden wires). Took several days to get a response and a refund from them. Then a month later I get a random $5 charge from them. It turns out that when I scheduled the service, they automatically enrolled me in their basic membership and set it to auto-renew. Call me crazy, but that sounds like theft. Do NOT use this company. Having a really bad experience with this company. I brought a prepaid card from Target for tv mounted service. The tech shows up at 7:30 pm the day before he was scheduled at 11am the next day. I ask why are you here now unannounced just shows up at my house he said I called you and you didn't answer so he just showed up . I told him no he cannot come in this late was expecting him tomorrow he left. I called the company at this point I just want a refund. They told me no I have to go back to Target for a refund Target says they don't give refunds on this prepaid card. I had to reschedule with a different Tech. I do that the day of I speak with the tech he tells me he will be 4to 5 hrs late and that he has to drive a 1hr30mins to get to me tells me this 30mins before his appointment with me and then says do you want to release the job I said no but if you want to go ahead he says understood. He cancels on me and says I didn't want him to come can't make this up. So over this company right now so they reschedule again why can't I just get a refund at this point no one will give me my money back and the job is not complete. Some how it got totally hosed up when the tech came out. He said he was only here to look at the system and recommend changes. I said to him that is not what I wanted. I called Hello Tech on a Thursday, and they quickly answered the phone and scheduled me for an appointment the next day between 9-1pm.  The next day, no one showed up or even called,  but they sure did charge me $86.00 for the service fee right away. I called them at 1 pm and waited on the phone for 25 minutes before someone answered. The lady rescheduled me for the same day between 1-5pm, again no-show and no-call. Was told that for $86, a tech would arrive at 9 a.m. Thursday and stay for up to 4 hrs. (9 to 1). This seemed odd so I asked if the 9 to 1 wasn't the arrival window. I was told 'no', that was the amount of time I would get for the $86 and if I bought a membership, it would be even cheaper. I made the appt., but refused the membership. Shortly after, I received an email saying a tech would arrive at 11a.m. for a one hour service. I called back and was told that the 9-1 number was the window--I knew that going in. I was again offered a membership, which would now cut the cost of the visit in half. I again refused the membership. The next night, the night before the scheduled visit, I received another email, this time telling me the tech would not be coming and could I call them to reschedule. BEWARE!!!!!! This company is a total scam and even worse than I thought previously. I posted a review already on my first experience when they refused to cancel the membership I never signed up for so I was left with no option by customer service but to cancel my debit card associated with the TV mount service and claim the charges as fraudulent. I thought that was the END but I was WRONG. Somehow they got my new debit card 3 months after I cancelled my old one and I have a pending transaction from them. This is absolutely shocking as I verified on the account that it still has my old, cancelled debit card. I believe this company is hacking and stealing information.
