Even then, there's only one person just checking out people.. why not have more than one register at a time? There's the option to use WiFi but I could never get it to work. Although there are computers around to look up items that you want to check the price on, it can be a tad slow sometimes. I do like the convenience of checking out what's in stock but sometimes that's not always the case. I remember a few times asking someone that worked there if they had a game, they could not find the game at all and that put a damper on my visit. If I can't see it in person in store then most likely it's probably bought online. Otherwise I find this store to be such a joy to visit. While I think the prices are kinda high, I don't think any game store in the area could really compute. They have games ranging from NES - Recent and that's pretty impressive alone.
