It doesn't say what time you left!! I drove to far to come back here. I hope management didn't approve this. This is so bad. At least 10 people have tried to open the door without reading the sign. Wow, a good manager would never do this! Please think about the customers that came just for your store, like me. Do I sit and wait? I'm not driving all the way here again Well, she came back, and told the people to wait outside while she did whatever! This is a crazy way to run a business. I'm sure Cole Haan cooperate would not be happy with how their store is being run. The door is still locked and people are continuing to wait outside. After coming across Hamza on Instagram, I decided to reach out. Although the bag wasn't available at the time, Hamza took the time to let me know I could preorder it once it was restocked. Just a few days later, Hamza personally texted me to let me know the bag had arrived. I ordered it immediately, and from start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. I had upcoming travel plans and was hoping to receive the bag before my trip. Hamza made it happen--I received it the very next day! The packaging was absolutely perfect. The bag was wrapped with great care and protected with plenty of bubble wrap to ensure it arrived in flawless condition. It was obvious that Hamza genuinely cared about providing an outstanding customer experience. Excellent communication, professionalism, attention to detail, and truly above and beyond service. It's rare to find this level of customer care these days. Thank you so much, Hamza, for making this such an enjoyable and stress-free experience. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about their clients, I highly recommend working with Hamza. This was, without a doubt, one of the best luxury shopping experiences I've ever had!

Weekdays in the evening work best for me with less foot traffic. I was helping a friend out by gift shopping for them. Sunday around 4ish, there is construction blocks near Nordstrom so to the top deck I went! It was packed and my anxiety kicked in a bit. A few minutes of deep breaths and a mini pep talk did the trick! Entered thru Nordstrom, up to 2nd level, out into the mall, right to Coach. There were plenty staff in the store that greeted me. I kind of knew what I wanted, a cute tote, Nakyia approached me with a big bright smile "is there something I can help you find?" I said no, I'm looking for a gift, a tote. So basically I told her what I needed help with. She showed me some new bags and I immediately spotted some pretty sleek and smooth options. A quick FaceTime call with my friend to select the bag was perfect! It was the medium size Rouge bag in a unique and pretty green. I made the purchase and requested wrapping since it was gift. She was a joy to work with and we swapped eyeglass vendor recs! While I waited, I spotted a similar green wallet crossover, so cute. I didn't need it but it matches a pair of glasses that I love to coordinate with! I spoke to "Janey's Bell daughter", gosh I can't remember her name but she's sweet and remembered me since previously Janet helped me with purchases before (she was off that day). That day when I did not want to be around alot of people, I felt welcomed and warmly taken care of by Coach's staff! I'll stop by again to show my coordination with the purse and glasses! The quality of the bags are top notch and with card will last you a long time! I still have my first coach bag from the 90's!
