Nothing was organized- clothes seemed to be put back anywhere, with sections and sizes being largely irrelevant. It was very messy. Stuff all over the floor, shoes mismatched, etc. I liked that they had some pet items and the prices were considerably lower than toys from big name pet stores. I found one or two brand name items in the skin care/cosmetics section that I ended up getting. I would've gotten more, but most things had no expiration dates which weirds me out with things I'm putting on my face. Unfortunately, most of the items were either previously opened/ broken/tested by other shoppers. There's only so much a business can do about three poor behavior of its clientele, but it still didn't give a great impression overall.

I am writing this here because the customer service phone line supervisor told me there was no…read moreother recourse to report my concern. I have his name and ID number. I am very disappointed with Kohl's and its policies. One of the items I ordered was not available for shipping so I needed to pick it up from the store. This was an inconvenience itself since the whole point of me ordering online was so that I would NOT have to deal with parking, driving, etc. to the store. I paid for the total and earned $15 in Kohl's Cash. As a paying customer, I was under the impression that I PAID for my item. I was unable to pick it up and assumed that since I PAID for the item, it would be held. When I went to use my Kohl's Cash, I was informed that it was revoked because I did not pick up MY item that I PAID for. The item was then reshelved at the store and I was told that it would be taken off my bill. I wanted the item. I paid for the item. I purchased it as a gift for my sister. I did not receive a courtesy call that it would be forfeit. I don't understand why this would happen. How is this a good business policy? The customer has already paid for the item. It has become a profit. Why in the world would any company choose to refund the customer for an item that he/she clearly wanted that was bought and paid for? Plus, the customer service I spoke to on the phone was very unhelpful. They tried to be courteous by English was definitely not their native language. I had to call repeatedly until a supervisor told me there was nothing that could be done. Even though I had gone to the storefront to RE-purchase the item. This is the first instance in which I was highly disappointed in Kohl's customer service and policy...And I have been shopping there for years! I am tempted to just return ALL the items I purchased and not shop there again! What in the world is going on, Kohl's?
