I would've gotten more, but most things had no expiration dates which weirds me out with things I'm putting on my face. Unfortunately, most of the items were either previously opened/ broken/tested by other shoppers. There's only so much a business can do about three poor behavior of its clientele, but it still didn't give a great impression overall.

I paid for the total and earned $15 in Kohl's Cash. As a paying customer, I was under the impression that I PAID for my item. I was unable to pick it up and assumed that since I PAID for the item, it would be held. When I went to use my Kohl's Cash, I was informed that it was revoked because I did not pick up MY item that I PAID for. The item was then reshelved at the store and I was told that it would be taken off my bill. I wanted the item. I paid for the item. I purchased it as a gift for my sister. I did not receive a courtesy call that it would be forfeit. I don't understand why this would happen. How is this a good business policy? The customer has already paid for the item. It has become a profit. Why in the world would any company choose to refund the customer for an item that he/she clearly wanted that was bought and paid for? Plus, the customer service I spoke to on the phone was very unhelpful. They tried to be courteous by English was definitely not their native language. I had to call repeatedly until a supervisor told me there was nothing that could be done. Even though I had gone to the storefront to RE-purchase the item. I find it odd that she can remember exact details about our visit to her store when she is responding 15 months after the original review. All I can say is that my previous review stands and that everything I wrote was true to our experience.
