And although you say you accept new and gently used items, sometimes a volunteer wants to cherry pick. Everything is always carefully packed and protected as necessary, and we're not going to unpack and repack boxes at someone's whim, and then find somewhere else for items not taken. After many years donating to a variety of nonprofit thrift shops, and sadly our favorite one shutting down, we're giving up on the Treasure Hound. We have not had similar problems with any other shop. It makes us sad because we prefer to support a group like yours that helps animals.

Before I could even blink she had a seamstress in from a local shop, who came and got the dress to repair on their dime. I honestly didn't notice the issue until Krista pointed it out, she's got an eagle eye. Krista was amazing at coordinating the dress pickup a few days later. I couldn't get out of calls from work so she got the dress delivered to me! I cannot get over how amazing they are, and will ALWAYS recommend Ella Rue. Consider me a customer for life!

Vintage & Charmed Classic Clothing (from here on VCCC) is definitely what I'd consider to be that diamond. It's not just one type or style of vintage clothing, but a mix of vintage, classy, street chic, retro, boho, and other tasteful styles and fashion. And might I add a colorful assortment of clothing fabrics. I'm a fan and client shopper, and I sell vintage as well. But I love shopping different places and buying vintage clothing for myself. It's hard NOT to buy something from VCCC, when the getting is this good and wall-to-wall clothes and colors winking at you. Don't just read this review; go check it out!
