The first floor is almost all women's handbag's, jewelry, and such - which surprised me as I was expecting home decor stuff. Most of the home decor stuff is on the second floor, strewn throughout several different rooms. It's a collection of styles that are more ornate than my more modern taste - an eclectic mix of country and other styles. The fact that places like this still exist as a foil to the chains is a good and cool thing. I noticed several employees performing various tasks, including two at the registers. After waiting, I asked one of the cashiers for clarification. A female associate informed me that all Amazon returns now go through the main line. I mentioned that the signage was somewhat misleading, as it still indicated Customer Service, but her response was curt--she suggested I "take it up with Corporate" and explained they had several call-outs that day. While I understand staffing challenges can occur, I was taken aback by the tone and lack of professionalism in the response. I have never, ever received a call from Kohl's! EVER! I do always pay in full within a week or 2. Nope this time I was late. I told him I thought it was a scam and he started to say You want to pay now? I say No. He raises his voice and insists several times, You pay bill! With that I hung up thinking, yes it was a scam. I git on the website & found yes I was late by 5 days! 5 days!!!! His amount was correct. So now, I paid and canceled my account! Kohl's you outsourced your company and the standards I used to purchase a whole lot of products through the years! Good bye- Good riddance!! There are still quality stores with quality clothes that the staff still cares and attends to the clientele. You may not care now but enough people will. He answered all of my questions and I was leaning toward buying an Epiphone acoustic guitar at the time. Noah also gave me a tour - there is a whole other level downstairs! There must have been some 20 private music lesson rooms, and then down this back hallway - a large room for jam sessions/open mic night on Friday nights. Based on the service I received from Noah - I like Contemporary Music Service. The place is bright, well laid out, clean, and energizing. I am sure I will be back to check out accessories and lessons once I get going with the guitar I did select.

However, this store kept his guitar for over three weeks (after saying it would be a "couple days, tops"), and when he got it back, nearly nothing had been done. The bridge and nut remain the same, and the guitar's finish has fingerprints all over it. They then charged him $40 to get his guitar back, which basically amounted to a string change. I find this completely unacceptable, and I will never ever give them any business ever again. I had a similar operation done to my acoustic at Guitar Center, and it took less than two hours. I urge all of you to boycott this shop as they're incapable of following through on a very simple request, even after multiple calls over the course of 3 weeks for this "couple days, tops" work. While they did eventually issue a refund, I had to return shortly after for a follow-up service because the tubeless setup wasn't done correctly the first time. To make matters worse, I am reasonably certain my bike was intentionally damaged while in their care during that second visit, likely by a staff member in retaliation. Unsurprisingly, the owner has denied any wrongdoing and refused to accept any responsibility or accountability for the damage. I have been going to Haymarket Bicycles purely for convenience as they are located right down the street from me, but proximity is no longer a factor. For riders looking for trustworthy alternatives, I highly recommend Danny at Bull Run Bicycles or Chris at Blue Ridge Cyclery, both of whom have provided excellent, reliable service in the past.

Garage door closed (it was winter) but clearly marked for inspections. Realized later that there was a big vehicle parked in front of the entrance with the name of the company. That door is to the right of the garage door. Interesting waiting room. Lots of antiques to look at. Creepy dolls, age old magazines, Christmas decorations, and piles of 8-tracks! The wait was very entertaining!! Great music while you wait too!!! Everyone super friendly. Inspection was $20. I'll be back in a year :)

They use classic bait-and-switch tactics to avoid taxes and overcharge customers. Initially, they quoted me a ridiculous $930 for labor on my Lexus ES350, then offered to "lower" it to $790 only if I paid in CASH. This is clearly a tactic to avoid taxes while still charging premium rates. I provided all my own parts (spark plugs and two catalytic converters). Even though they only installed ONE of the two converters, they still forced me to pay the full "cash price" we had discussed for the entire job. When I asked about the second converter--which is a simple 30-minute job in the front of the engine--the mechanic tried to extort another $350 from me! To make it worse, the mechanic lied to my face about the technical difficulty of the job to justify his price hiking, claiming the rear catalyst is easier to access than the front one (a blatant lie to anyone who knows Lexus engines). These people are not honest mechanics; they are predators looking for cash-heavy transactions. The shop is empty for a reason. Check the other reviews--I'm not the only one they've tried to scam. Do yourself a favor and go to a professional shop that accepts cards and provides honest estimates.

Invite Me is a broker who ships out all of their orders to a printer. They take the proof from the printer, get you to approve it, and the printer prints and ships your order to you directly. That's perfect if your order comes correctly. Ours didn't. Upon receipt, after I assembled most of the invitations, my wife came home and noticed our artwork was missing. Upon recognition we told Krysta who was only concerned about what the proof showed, and not about fixing the problem. Our order, invoice, and proof all agreed but we couldn't seek revision until we proved we were right. More unconstructed cards arrived a week later. We assembled them only to run out of gluedots (we were short about 350). After bringing this to Krysta's attention we were sent 50. After emailing my discontent to Krysta for this experience I became flabbergasted with the defensive response offering no solution or help. When we told her that our invitations were to go out 3 months before the wedding and we were a couple days away from that date, she told us that we were incorrect and invitations only had to go out 2 months in advance. I was not very happy that she was telling me when my invitations needed to be sent out. We have since cut ties and are left paying to fix the problems. Dealing with Invite Me has been a terrible experience for a few simple reasons. Invite Me has no liability or responsibility because they do not produce the end product. They take your order and ship it off to print. When there are problems they take no accountability leaving the customer to wait for the real vendor to fix it. They do not represent the client nor do they care for the client. They are extremely defensive and have failed to meet their end of the deal. You do not need Invite Me... Find someone who will take accountability for their product. Use someone who can hand you the finished product and be proud of it. 2 stars only because the product that the printer sent us was nice.
