If you're a bargain hunter this probably isn't the place you want to pick up your Saarinen Tulip dining set (though it is available and in excellent condition), but if you're looking for a mid-century ceramic vase to round out your collection, Vintage Swank is a recommended destination.

Your mileage may vary here--if an earlier decade matters to you, you may still be limited to smaller sizes, but that's typical of the hunt for vintage clothes. The pricing seemed reasonable to me, considering the decades represented and the fact that most pieces were in really excellent condition.

This was my first visit to Treasure Hound and was delighted to be warmly greeted by a friendly, nice lady behind the counter, Nancy. I also very much enjoyed chatting with Nancy while I browse the jewelry display cases in front. Nancy is an amazing woman to talk to and her life story is truly inspiring! Thanks, Nancy, for sharing and trusting me with your wonderful life story! The store is very clean and nicely organized with sufficient effort put into sorting, displaying, and pricing donated items. You can find used but good condition brand name bags, shoes, clothes, accessories, dinner wares, decor, etc at reasonable prices. I purchased 2 cute earrings at a bargain! If you are into thrifting and/or on a hunt for vintage treasures like me, check out Treasure Hound. And strike a conversation with Nancy if she is around. IMO, she is a treasure on her own!

The store was well organized. This is the least popular and appealing Plato's Closet I ever went to in my life. There was nothing that appealed to me except one item. Prices were too high for the their products. A flawed Kate Spade bag was $40. Their credit and cash for consigned items are fair or low. I was satisfied with the money I received for my items. I would recommend only consigning clothes & accessories here for quick cash if you don't want to sell them online or consider other places to consign. If you want to purchase clothes, you may find something you like here. I prefer TJ Maxx and other stores to buy similar items for almost identical prices except they are all brand new or have more affordable prices for used items.
