You're greeted when you walk in with a sales associate mentioning the deals, and asking if you need help with finding something. It's very clean and tidy in the store and well-lit. When we walked through the store to peruse the selection, there were a lot of cute button downs and of course now with spring/summer you have dresses, tees, shorts, etc. I also saw some office type clothes like a blazer which I'm now on the lookout for with my new role being essentially fully in-office no remote, so time to update my wardrobe. I ended up snagging the heart button down that was on clearance. They had a decent clearance section for women but I didn't see any for men or kids, just regular priced and/or sale items. I also saw nice accessories and adorable socks. The sales were ranging from 40-60% from what I remember, and when I walked into the store initially I also saw that passport members get $10 off an item when they sign up with email (free). Being in Pickett Shopping Center, there's a ton of parking and plenty of food, entertainment, retail options.

I think that's what makes shopping here so special. You're getting things you love while supporting a powerful cause at the same time. Lots of warm clothing available for children. For adults, sizing skews towards the larger sizes in jackets and shirts and pants probably because fewer donate at the smaller sizes for adults. Medium and large were the most common adult sizes seen. Children sizing appeared abundant. Value during a 30% off sale season are amazing. Service at the counter is friendly. My wife was try to show the cashier her phone number on her phone without verbally saying it out loud. The cashier was in a hurry and did not hear my wife. Her English Language is still in early development, but I think she did an outstanding job with her English. Listening is something to be worked on. Upon try to use the Marshall's reward card, the information was very confusing and not explain well. Since there was a lost in translation problem, the rewards card was left in the wind. Aside from this experience my wife experienced, the rest of the stay here was good. Hopefully next time the experience will be better from start to finish.

They do still have a decent selection at this location and the shelves are nicely and neatly stocked, with the bonus that they haven't crammed the racks together yet so you barley fit a cart like they are doing it every other Ross! The only negative thing, and it is a very negative thing, is the staff here are hit or miss. There are a couple really friendly ones but not very often. There's one lady who has dark hair and she's always at the register in the middle of the store with the jewelry around it - not the one ones near the window in a row - and she's so rude and unfriendly, it's horrible. I always say hi with a big smile but she is rude, won't look you in the eye and only speaks to you if necessary and it's usually to argue; she literally could give two you know whats!!! Thank God for Mr. Kevin who is one of the really nice ones, and so friendly and helpful AND HE SPEAKS TO YOU lol!
