Some of you may agree or disagree but again this is based on what I've seen and experienced ! 1. Taking advantage of non-English speakers Im not the only one who sees this in many employees. I've noticed these two employees are INCREDIBLY pushy on non-English speaking people/people who have a limited vocabulary. They will not stop pestering them until they give in. It irritates me in a way since I'm myself am Hispanic/Latino. 2. The line can take forever I found a super cute dress today I loved. All of the employees were signing up people for the credit card and I feel like there should be two or one registers or even a credit card sign up desk because you have alot of people in line waiting and these sign ups take so long. The people in front and behind me were very irritated cause 10 minutes have passed by and we haven't moved a bit.. I had to put the dress back cause I just didn't feel like the wait was worth it. 3. A change in staff attitude I noticed (not all) but many of the employees here are very rude and condescending. Such as attitude and rolling of the eyes at customers (they haven't done anything to provoked them like being mean first or messy) which throws me off That's all honestly I come to this place VERY often almost everyday lol so I can definitely see a change and the pace of the store is becoming slower and slower.

I can't imagine how she is the manager i feel so bad for her employees! I also watched her talk to a worker named nori in a very disrespectful manner in the fitting room

If you want to wait in like from 20min to even an hour or more, make sure your schedule is freed up. 99% of the time there would be a single cashier, and when they ask/call for back up you can hear in the radios that someone is either on their 15 or break or wouldn't be up until 15 or more minutes later. They keep their radios at a decent to high volume and rely on taking via managers from the register, which causes a lot of back up issue. Especially when it comes to transaction refunds, exchanges, or any other problems. Then let alone too, most of the time too. You can tell when someone doesn't even want to be at work there. Talking about a baby daddy, or their own relationship problems, even worse as well 99% of the time on their phone and asking someone else to take the register... Most of the staff is too laid back, and are just showing up to get paid but never want to put in the work. Let alone, apparently they get a bunch of new items almost on the daily? This store is too small and way overwhelmed with items that you cannot even find something decent unless you move things around.. If I worked for a company like this, I know for a fact there would be problems due to how much is going on already. But yet I cannot understand just how a company will sit by an allow a store to look, sell, and act like this...

Selection relatively seasonal, with a good percentage of it cute; customer service was fine once they showed up... after five minutes of shifting our feet at the register. One of the larger businesses in the strip of beauty/food joints behind the Robeks and Coldstone. I meant to get one pair. But I walked out with two pairs, an awesomely ugly umbrella, and arch support gels, all for less than a hundred bucks. This is what happens when two shopaholics browse the clearance section. She got a hot pair of strappy evening heels, and I got two pairs of non-black closed-toe pumps to go with my growing collection of stockings at home. I had to will myself to not buy some of those peeptoe slingback heels. God bless the purple tag and red tag clearance items. I'll definitely be back to root through the back room again. Definitely sign up for their email list for coupons.

Aggressive sales tactics to the point of harassment:…read more Went to this store today to return a pair of unworn shoes with a receipt. Encountered Tina at the register. She asked for my phone number to bring up my DSW awards account. I informed her that I did not have one. She then asked for my # anyway because it would just take a moment to create an account for me. I informed Tina that I didn't want to create an awards account and only wanted to return the shoes. At this point, Tina has decided that she is still going to harass me to get a DSW awards account. She asked me why didn't I want a rewards account. I inform her that I was not required to have a rewards account to return merchandise and that I was also not required to tell her why I did not want something and that my NO should be sufficient. Tina, who still has not returned my shoes, informs me that "No is not an answer". She was basically demanding to know why I was saying No to opening an awards account. Only after I informed her that I knew my rights and was aware that there is no store policy that I must have a rewards account to return merchandise did she process my return. She thrusts the receipt in my hand. I informed Tina that I would be filing a complaint against her but she didn't seem to care. I guess this is DSW's store policy now to harass & try to humiliate their customers into giving out their personal information, also known as PII. Good luck with that. Thank goodness this is the age of technology :)

I purchased a holiday dress online for pickup in your store close to me. I went today and didn't…read moreknow what your store clerk needed in order to bring me my purchase. She said something; I didn't hear her, and she rudely said "name". She brought out the item, asked if I wanted to try on, to which I replied "yes". The dress was in a size small. When I came out to the front of the store to ask her opinion, she confirmed the dress was too large on top. She did go to the rack and pulled out a medium, and when I said I had tried on the small, she said "we don't have any extra small". No offer to get from another store, which is fine, I stated I would look around. I didn't find anything for a party to my liking, and let her know I'd like to return the item. She replied that it "would be easier just to cancel the order". I asked if I would receive anything in store to confirm that, and she said "no, I don't have paperwork here and you'll see a credit". I was a little uneasy to leave without proof of a transaction, so I stayed to check my email and did in fact receive a cancellation notice. I left her know, she acknowledged with no further conversation. This woman was tall and skinny with reddish blonde hair with a British or some other sort of accent. I believe I have encountered her before at the store. Not a great look for a company shutting down stores. The best store was at Fairfax Corner, which you closed.

Ooooo…read more.. I love this place! Their clothes are so pretty and most of their materials are very nice. Can we please discuss their decorations for a second! Ugh... Love at first site!!!! I want this store to be my closet! I was their fitting rooms to be my get away place to just relax and feel fab! The staff were very nice and welcomed me as soon as I walked in. If you're looking for cheap then this is NOT the store for you. They are very pricey but again you're paying for good quality! I'm giving them 4 stars because I didn't find anything today ;)
