You pull into the lot and it's pretty deserted. Half the shops are closed in the strip mall, but it's old navy, so I went on ahead. I was looking to exchange something for a different size. I couldn't find it so I went to an associate. She helped to look it up and realized it wasnt' in the store so she told me they could order it and ship it free to me just go to the front desk. I'm assuming it was the manager, was helping me. She verified all information (email, phone, address) etc and told me to verify what she inputted, even suggested I take a picture of the confirmation code JUST in case. This is place is so neat! The other old navy's I see are consist of messy dressing rooms and disorganized areas. This place is so great to do light shopping. There's no crowd, relaxing music while you shop and you get welcomed in with a nice smile. Definitely recommend this old navy's over others. read more

I like some of Old Navy's clothes and accessories but the sales prices are still selling at regular store prices. I got a pair of jogging pants and flannel sleeping pants both 40% off and still paid over $40 at the register. Their store has been downsized dramatically. It's tight in their now and with all the people, it's uncomfortable. Long lines at check out however when I was there, they moved fairly quickly with I think it was 5 registers open. Some sales are pretty good but I like to be picky about it. Old Navy's not a bad store. I like it well enough. read more

If I could give no stars I would. Cheap over priced stuff adds that have huge strings attached coupons with major strings attached assistants who aren't aware of coupon codes or what the sales are exactly. Advertisments with tiny small print exceptions... No thanks. Every time there's a sale I try to purchase something I end up disgusted and leave everything I picked out behind. Not gracing these doors for any more bait and switch type sales smh!!! Unsubscribing on the mail page ripping up the joke of coupons they give you... This is one of my favorite Old Navy stores in Northern Virginia. It is huge so you do't feel cramped. The clothes are always displayed nicely and is pretty clean. There is clothes for the entire family. It is pretty inexpensive, especially if you combine it with a great sale. I personally love Old Navy for my kids, and will occasionally find something for myself, but I personally prefer the quality of clothes more from their higher level stores, such as Gap and Banana Republic. read more

Always clean, usually well staffed, I typically walk in looking for a shirt, and walk out dragging bags filled to the brim with clothes. Staff is super friendly, helpful, and personable compared to other locations such as Dulles town center where they seem to hate you for walking in. My issue with this place is that they tend to not fill the floor with a fair amount of each size. There will be 2 xs, 3s, 1m, 0l, and 15 xl/xxl. Etc. Also, make sure you check the actual clothing article for the size. I'm a "hanger glancer" so when I look at the hanger, I expect it to correlate to the size on the piece of clothing, but more often than not, that's not the case. {that can lead to some frustrating moments in the dressing room and extra unnecessary trips back and forth :( } read more

This Old Navy store is a pretty squared store that has cheap clothes for everyone. This store has a simple and easy going layout. Old Navy is known for having lots of deals and there's no shortage of them here. I've been able to get several outfits for bargain prices which makes it easy on my pocket. One thing I like about this store is that it has plenty of fitting rooms plus lots of signage telling you where they are. My interactions with staff have always been okay. Nothing special, but nothing bad so I'll take it. The store has always been clean and in order so I have no complaints in that area. The stock is also pretty good when it comes to seasonable items. Make sure you check the large clearance section in the back for bottoms dollar steals. If you need cheap clothes that have a bit of style then Old Navy is the spot for you. *This business is fun carry friendly. read more

The store was very adequately staffed, and the staff was friendly. I have a service dog, so I usually get treated like I have the plague, but the cashiers at this location were super friendly and made me feel welcome. There was quite a bit of confusion with some of the sale signs (products in the wrong spot, color specific sales, things like that), but the staff was very gracious and eager to help me find the right product. This used to be a nice store. I haven't been there for a few months but boy has it gone down hill. The store is now set up in a way that you can't find anything and it was a total mess. Clothes on the floor, all different sizes shoved on the same rack, hard to get around...... they used to be my go to for workout wear but I guess I'll be looking elsewhere. Horrible service and rude. Hardly anyone in the store and I asked a woman who worked there which items were on sale and she said she only stocks clothes. Then the same woman who now is operating a cash register scolds me for not waiting by the sunglasses. I said I don't see a sign stating that.she says everyone knows that. It's an Old Navy. Old Navy is OK - I don't shop there a lot or wear a lot of their stuff, but they have some good clearance items that are worth checking out. They also have some cool kitschy pop culture t-shirts, but I prefer not to pay more than $10 for a t-shirt unless it's something super rare. As is usual with Old Navy, the store is clean and well organized, and the staff was very friendly. If you like Old Navy, you'll be happy with this location. read more

This store has the best sales. There is always something on sale and the clothes are always nicely folded. The clearance area sometimes is a mess and the cashiers can be a bit rude but for the price, it's worth going in there. read more

First off, why is this listed under men's clothing on my app when it's for women and kids too? Now on to my review. I frequent Old Navy for clearance items. The clothes are comfortable and once they do go on the clearance rack the prices are unbeatble. As far as Old Navy goes though i often find the regular priced items to be a bit costly for the quality of the clothing. I don't *like* to pay 24.95 for a shirt anywhere but sometimes i will if i really like something or if they only have one in my size and i like it. The graphic tees are becoming more scarce than they used to be so it isn't quite the store i remember. Sometimes when you get to the register you'll find that an item is on clearance but there was no sign. Always a pleasant surprise when that happens. The jeans often run a little large. I have to go a size down for a snug fit since i prefer my pants to actually stay up when i wear them. I've heard others say the same thing about pants running too big. Always bring a couple sizes to the dressing room to be sure. read more

Lack of carriages for shoppers with small children makes it difficult to shop here. Several times now I have walked out because I cannot find a carriage to put my grandchild in. Combine that with long register lines, disheveled racks and shelves and a general uncleanliness to the store means I do my shopping elsewhere. read more

This does not even deserve a star. I went shopping today at Old Navy because my mother told me they had great sales, she bought me a $4 shirt that was too big so we went back to exchange it. The cashier who was an older woman was beyond disgusting. She was absolutely rude! She was the only one at the register, there were two people ahead of me, she looked at me with the worst attitude and said "are you exchanging or returning" I said I may exchange, not sure. She then said with the worst attitude ever, "GO SHOP THEN SO WE CAN DO THE EXCHANGE AT THE SAME TIME" so I walked away, although that is not the way you should be talking to customers. If you are working in a customer service job that is not how you talk to people. So I looked around and ended up spending almost $70, their was a gentlemen who checked me out at that point, and that older white lady, short blonde hair checked out my mother. My son was also in the store with us and my husband and because my son was making noises she looked at another cashier, younger white girl and was making mean faces, like if she was disgusted towards my 3 year old son, to the other girl. This is going on while my back is turned between the lady and the girl, and my mom is just looking at them like really???? But because my mother only speaks spanish she didn't say anything to them. This makes me never want to shop at this Old Navy ever again. I worked at Banana Republic when I was younger and never treated anyone like this. So this has always been the Old Navy that I have shopped at, but I recently had a bad experience. In the past I have purchased things taken them home and put clothing on only to find that something does not fit properly and proceeded with a painless return or exchange. I recently purchased some clothing and the only person with any sense of customer service was the nice brunette young lady working the dressing room. I then proceed to the check on counter to a very rude cashier who clearly did not want to be there she did not pay attention to all the items I had on the counter and did not even bother to smile or make eye contact with me, I brushed off their staff that day as being youngsters who would rather be off for the weekend. I get home put on the pants again and realize I may have needed a smaller size because the waist was extremely baggy, today I went in to return the item. I walked in to an empty store when an elderly blonde lady views me with a bag in my hand and roughly barks at me "are you here for an exchange or return" I answered her then she directs me to another cashier as if she did not want to deal with me. To my surprise the cashier then whispers to her "I'm doing something" mind you I CAN HEAR EVERYTHING THEY ARE SAYING. I play along and go the young man's register where he is inspecting my clothes he then asks me if the clothes have been washed or worn, I answer him that I wore the pants to realize that they do not fit properly. He then calls his manager because their return policy does not allow anything to be returned if it has been washed or worn. Which makes no sense seeing how I've returned things at THIS LOCATION that have been worn before. The manager a young black woman rudely and sarcastically explains to me the return policy as if I did not speak the same language she did. My issue was not the return policy, I get it. My issue was the staff, never have I experienced such dismissive and rude behavior. I felt like I was intruding on the store and that the side conversations they were having were more important than actually doing their jobs. My mistake for being a customer guys, BRAVO I will never return. read more

im a worker here at old navy been working here since 2009 and for old navy itself since 2007 its a wonderful job full of frendly faces.... our store is a store where everyone comes and gets train to be a manager at other old navy locations..... get so many good feedback on how our store is run and how clean it is and most of all the extra space to shop...... read more
