This store also has 2 entrances: one on the outside of the mall and one on the inside. From the mall entrance side, their inventory appears well stocked. As we walked towards the checkout counter, that section looked more lacking and empty. There are 2 fitting rooms but you'll need an attendant to unlock the doors. The condition of the store looks very worn and dated. We came at a time after the winter holidays, so there were a lot of sales from 30-80% off. They have many styles for boys and girls, from infants to preteens. This particular location happened to have an additional 30% off of you spend a certain amount. However, I find their regular prices to be on the higher end so I can't justify paying for a sale item that is still too pricey for our family. The clearance racks are very overwhelming, not gonna lie. Since there were many different racks holding different sales, customers would rummage through them and certain sale items are not where they should be. When I was ready to pay, I was pretty bummed to find that an item I thought was a good deal ended up costing twice as much as I was expecting. Overall, it's an ok store, especially if you need to buy clothing for the littles on your life. It's not really going to be a place I will be shopping regularly, mainly because of the price. The store attendants were friendly and accommodating, so that was nice.

This location was well put together. By that, I mean that every section was actually put together in a manner that it was easy to browse. I made my way through the sections and found exactly what I was looking for. The only problem here is the congestion around the registers. Unlike other stores, this Old Navy actually had more than one register open. But just because that was the case, it didn't make the transaction any faster. Add to that, the employees that were working, were not pleasant. They seemed bothered to have to be working.

Parking is not a high point being that it's next to Costco. I do appreciate the separate entrance so you don't have to walk through the mall. It took an exorbitant amount of time for an item that mistakenly rang at a different price than on the tag fixed.

I asked our cashier, "Joe," if I could enter my phone number for any discounts or to accumulate points toward membership benefits, and he rudely said, "It's too late." When I asked what he meant, he repeated that it was too late because the store was closing and he couldn't allow me to enter my number, even though it wasn't 7 p.m. yet, the store was still open, and there was still a line of customers checking out. I wasn't asking for anything complicated, just to enter my number on the keypad right in front of him, ring up our items, and check out. I also asked if my mother could sign up for a membership, since I'd been raving about this store and she was excited to join. He said no to both. I was genuinely confused because he seemed annoyed with us, and we hadn't done anything to him. Confused, I asked for a manager. It wasn't a miscommunication, since Joe spoke perfect English. I just genuinely didn't understand the refusal. While waiting, I overheard another cashier explaining the day's color-tag discounts and promotions to a different customer. Joe never offered us any of that information. We were met with rudeness and dismissiveness from him. When the manager came over, she had an attitude and talked over me as I tried to explain what was going on. She said Joe meant "there's no deals on Sundays" and pointed to the sign. I told her I already knew that, I can read, and I've been a member there for years. I was trying to explain that Joe had refused to let me enter my phone number, sign my mom up for a membership, or tell us about the color-tag discounts, claiming it was too late because the store was closing , even though there were still people in the store. The manager's response was that if we needed discounts, we should come back Monday through Thursday, which missed the point entirely and left my mother and me feeling like we'd been stereotyped as customers who were only there for discounts. I've shopped at this store for years and brought my mother because I wanted her to love it as much as I do. Instead, the visit left us feeling dismissed and stereotyped over what should have been a simple, friendly interaction. Joe and the manager were rude and unwelcoming, which made us so uncomfortable. A little patience and basic courtesy would have made all the difference. Please work on your customer service.
