Whenever I'm near an Old Navy store I always pop in to grab a few things. Mostly to look and see what they have on sale and clearance. I always make my way to the undergarments section. This location was well put together. By that, I mean that every section was actually put together in a manner that it was easy to browse. I made my way through the sections and found exactly what I was looking for. The only problem here is the congestion around the registers. Unlike other stores, this Old Navy actually had more than one register open. But just because that was the case, it didn't make the transaction any faster. Add to that, the employees that were working, were not pleasant. They seemed bothered to have to be working. read more

Service was excellent! Two employees I want to name was a young man names Youssef, he was very respectful and helped me find most of the things I needed. The other employee named Sebastian was also respectful and helped out my mother in the past since her english isn't that well. Love the store! Store and bathroom could be cleaner but besides that everything is great! read more

This place needs a really good sweep and some employees to be stretched out in zones to help customers. The only time I found one was when I went to the register. I got a really good deal tho 3 items for $20! that's kinda exciting. read more

I don't know why there are so many bad reviews I always find everything I need in this store and the staff is very helpful and accommodating! I was looking for scarves for the homeless and they searched high and low for the scarves I wanted! They actually never called me to come back and pick them up but I know they meant well! read more

By far the dirtiest, most unorganized Old Navy that I've seen. Sunglasses and shoes are just piles on the store floor, literally like somebody just dumped the entire box on the floor and walked away. There were clothes and clothes hangers spread throughout the entire store all over the floor. Pounds of dust bunnies accumulated underneath all of the displays like tumbleweeds. This is not how an Old Navy store should be, horrible. This is definitely not the dirtiness of one days worth of work, this has to be accumulated over days or weeks. Walmart stores are cleaner. For a store in the Stonebridge area, it doesn't match up to the rest. read more

One of the messiest Old Navy's I've ever walked into. They had clothes all over the place! The shelves were all empty and they had piles and piles of clothes just laying around. I understand that due to the Holiday's it's a little harder to keep track of everything but I've had the same experience at this particular Old Navy time after time. If it weren't for their semi-good quality gym clothes, i'd probably never walk in here. They had a pretty good sale today...$12 gym pants! Not the cheap material but the nice active wear which I stocked up on. I doubt I'll be visiting this place again any time soon. Enter at your own will! read more

This store is poorly managed. It is dirty, messy, disorganized and there is no customer service. Every table had shirts or pants thrown in piles on top. It was hard to discern items' prices because I did not know if the product belonged in the messy pile or not. There were clothes in bunches on the floor under every table and rounder. The floor looked as though it hadn't been swept in months. Employees were standing talking and laughing, including the manager- not working or acknowledging customers. We only saw one young lady trying to fold a pile of shirts on a table and she was very pleasant but obviously overwhelmed. read more

Messiest Old Navy I've ever been seen... INCLUDING the ones I've been to on Black Friday. I was not greeted nor did anyone ask if I needed any help. It was also difficult to get around with a stroller (again, with the mess all over the floor). There were employees were just chatting it up in the women's section. Loved the jeans I got here. Sales could be a bit better but they had no issue redeeming a RLM offer on my phone. Cashier was nice. The reason for 2 stars is that this place was an absolute mess. I didn't think size 8 was hard to find in the women's section. Everything was tossed clumsily on the shelves. Nothing sorted out. Not many employees in sight, and those who were didn't happen to notice the front of the store was horrendous. read more

I can't stomach coming here. It's dirty. Unorganized. Unfriendly staff. I can literally never find anything. I came just last month for boxers for my husband and asked an associate where to find them-- he pointed me to an oversized pile on the floor and apologized. There was easily over 100 packs on the floor and I managed to find two in XL for my husband. Nope. read more

This is by far the messiest old navy store I've been in. Shelves are disasters, hanging clothes are also a mess. The dressing rooms have piles upon piles of clothes inside the rooms and outside the rooms. The wait time to check out is always long. No matter how long the line is. The most unorganized and dirty Old Navy store I have ever been to. This particular mall in Woodbridge is somewhat up and coming; making this store a square peg in a round hole. It's an ok place to go. I went on a Saturday afternoon about 1pm. I think the store is too small for the amount of people that go into this establishment. The selection of clothes is small although the prices are good. They only have 4 dressing rooms and we had to wait in line to try on clothes for 10-15 minutes. read more

I went to the Fredericksburg store yesterday and what a difference! This store in Woodbridge doesn't come up on maps, it's a complete disaster inside and one person (I think the manager) came up and asked if we were finding everything okay. He didn't know where the men's tank tops were and didn't think he had gotten them in yet but my husband came walking up a few minutes later with two in his hand. He did say he usually worked in the boys and girls section but he should know where things are regardless and not be talking to other coworkers and instead folding some clothes or cleaning up because that place was a complete mess! I've never seen a more disorganized or messy store. From now on I will be going to the Fredericksburg store even if it takes me a few more minutes to get there. I hope they can improve read more

The first time we went here it was after the Thanksgiving sale and we assumed it was a disaster because of the sale. But a few visits later that's just the way this store is. I'm not going to search thru mountains of clothes and hope to find my size. The checkout is typically backed up, but the clerks are typically friendly. I finally poked my head into this location about a month ago(looking for some traveling clothes I could leave behind/donate, if need be) and I swear...if I was some sort of "district manager" doing an unannounced "check up"....I would have confiscated everybody's keys and shut this place down on the spot. Then, we would have stayed up all night & cleaned this mess up & somebody would have been escorted to the damn curb. "Stonebridge" is a very nice, new shopping center but, this Old Navy store is a total blight. Something is very wrong here!!! If I was an owner of any of the surrounding stores, I'd be majorly concerned and would pursue whatever needs to be done to correct this nightmare. There was ONE human being in this store who was delightful...the young lady who checked me out at the register. I finally did find some items that suited my purposes &, when I got ready to check out, I was so surprised by her that I almost forgot where I was. I don't know who she is but, I hope she's taken her gracious smile and professional attitude elsewhere, by now, & I hope someone from Old Navy headquarters gets over here soon to fix this mess!!! This was the TRASHIEST Old Navy store I have ever set foot in. My boyfriend and I visited this store on Sunday, August 2, 2015. There were clothes ALL OVER the floor, hangers, shoes, shirts, it was a complete MESS. If I had brought out of town visitors to the Town Center to shop, and walked in this store with them, I would've been completely embarrassed. We did one loop through the store and walked right back out. We didn't even bother to shop, it was disgusting. There were 3 young people working in your store, hanging in the front of the store chatting with each other. While clothes laid everywhere on the floor, in every section. I can't BELIEVE there wasn't a manager on the floor, getting that place cleaned up. Someone in management needs to visit that store and get it squared away. You have too many visitors to the Town Center to let that store continue this way! It was NASTY! read more
