    Super disorganized!
    Bryan S.

What a hot mess. They've been open for 30 min on a Sunday and the place looks like Black Friday. No thanks.

By far the dirtiest, most unorganized Old Navy that I've seen. Sunglasses and shoes are just piles on the store floor, literally like somebody just dumped the entire box on the floor and walked away. There were clothes and clothes hangers spread throughout the entire store all over the floor. Pounds of dust bunnies accumulated underneath all of the displays like tumbleweeds. This is not how an Old Navy store should be, horrible. This is definitely not the dirtiness of one days worth of work, this has to be accumulated over days or weeks. Walmart stores are cleaner. For a store in the Stonebridge area, it doesn't match up to the rest.

This was one of the cleaner areas I was able to maneuver through

Messiest Old Navy I've ever been seen... INCLUDING the ones I've been to on Black Friday. I was not greeted nor did anyone ask if I needed any help. It was also difficult to get around with a stroller (again, with the mess all over the floor). There were employees were just chatting it up in the women's section. I only saw one lady on the floor actually working. I went on a weekday afternoon, so it was NOT BUSY at all. Good luck during the holidays...

We are new to the area and we're excited to see such an adorable area.... that is, until we walked into old Navy!!! We were so disgusted!! We were trying to shop for school clothes, but we walked right out!!

I walked in, looked around for two minutes, and walked out because it was such a disaster. It literally looked like a tornado went through.

My mom and I visited B-Thrifty a couple of Sundays ago, and the customer service we received was…read moredisappointing enough that I wanted to share our experience. I asked our cashier, "Joe," if I could enter my phone number for any discounts or to accumulate points toward membership benefits, and he rudely said, "It's too late." When I asked what he meant, he repeated that it was too late because the store was closing and he couldn't allow me to enter my number, even though it wasn't 7 p.m. yet, the store was still open, and there was still a line of customers checking out. I wasn't asking for anything complicated, just to enter my number on the keypad right in front of him, ring up our items, and check out. I also asked if my mother could sign up for a membership, since I'd been raving about this store and she was excited to join. He said no to both. I was genuinely confused because he seemed annoyed with us, and we hadn't done anything to him. Confused, I asked for a manager. It wasn't a miscommunication, since Joe spoke perfect English. I just genuinely didn't understand the refusal. While waiting, I overheard another cashier explaining the day's color-tag discounts and promotions to a different customer. Joe never offered us any of that information. We were met with rudeness and dismissiveness from him. When the manager came over, she had an attitude and talked over me as I tried to explain what was going on. She said Joe meant "there's no deals on Sundays" and pointed to the sign. I told her I already knew that, I can read, and I've been a member there for years. I was trying to explain that Joe had refused to let me enter my phone number, sign my mom up for a membership, or tell us about the color-tag discounts, claiming it was too late because the store was closing , even though there were still people in the store. The manager's response was that if we needed discounts, we should come back Monday through Thursday, which missed the point entirely and left my mother and me feeling like we'd been stereotyped as customers who were only there for discounts. I've shopped at this store for years and brought my mother because I wanted her to love it as much as I do. Instead, the visit left us feeling dismissed and stereotyped over what should have been a simple, friendly interaction. Joe and the manager were rude and unwelcoming, which made us so uncomfortable. A little patience and basic courtesy would have made all the difference. Please work on your customer service.

You can find some good finds if you sift through this thrift store…read more Some items are very cheap for what they are worth but some items are too expensive. For example you can get an undershirt brand new from Walmart for 2 dollars, and sometimes they charge 5 dollars for an undershirt here. I've found some awesome antique items here for pennies. Hermes & Dolce for three bucks. Heck of a deal. Their ties are stapled together and you get two for three bucks. Major score!!!!

The had that similarity to Gaucho pants, but started with an "M" in their name. I don't remember the name, but I know if I bought one of them, they would never be worn by the person I got it for. So I am left with imagining what this outfit would look like on women I find attractive along with some type of boot that are not Uggs. This mother daughter team will go far. I look forwards to finding something in this store I know my wife will wear.

Know your body and learn a little about culture…read more I have seen reviews on here about the cut of the clothes or how they fit certain body types. This clothing at this store is BEAUTIFUL!! However, it is very authentic African attire. The materials are heavy and somewhat stiff, which gifts them the most amazing flow when you are moving around or walking. It is not like the overworked materials we often use in the US. I bought a skirt from here a few years back and it still looks the same as it did the day I bought it, even after countless washes, the colors are vibrant and the fabric has stayed true to form. Their sizes are not always 100% aligned to American sizing charts. I am a full figured woman, who can usually only shop at plus-sized stores, but I have found items that fit me perfectly at ME2. Though other items are a definite stretch. All that being said, the one item I have to RAVE about are their FANS!!! I know it sounds crazy, but they have these gorgeous, fabric fans that are made of a thick, sturdy material. They are collapsible, but not flimsy in any way. Whenever I pull one out, EVERYONE wants to know where I got it, because they are so beautiful and so useful. I have bought enough to give as gifts that I should buy stock in the store. So even if you never plan to wear a stitch of African clothing, this store is worth the visit!!
