Overall, it is a nice store. Very well organized and well stocked. Almost too well stocked on some areas. Second floor has the baby and home goods. I couldn't shuffle through the kids clothes because it was PACKED!!! I couldn't even move hangers to look at things. Then the home goods section had cute items at a reasonable price. I couldn't find any dress in the store. I went to the section where ceiling sign said "dress" but all I saw was tables and boxes. read more

The store manager tiffany was very rude and put all the items i had placed in my car away as well as the cart when i was in the same isle as my cart i looked to the left to shop a little and my cart was gone when i looked back when i found the first worker i had asked tiffany if she had seen my cart she told me "if u leave it unattended we put it away" when i asked her where my items went she told me "back on the floor u have to go find them" then told me "it's policy and it looked unattended" in a condescending tone! I can't imagine how she is the manager i feel so bad for her employees! I also watched her talk to a worker named nori in a very disrespectful manner in the fitting room read more

How to start things off... This place is a mess down right. If you want to wait in like from 20min to even an hour or more, make sure your schedule is freed up. 99% of the time there would be a single cashier, and when they ask/call for back up you can hear in the radios that someone is either on their 15 or break or wouldn't be up until 15 or more minutes later. They keep their radios at a decent to high volume and rely on taking via managers from the register, which causes a lot of back up issue. Especially when it comes to transaction refunds, exchanges, or any other problems. Then let alone too, most of the time too. You can tell when someone doesn't even want to be at work there. Talking about a baby daddy, or their own relationship problems, even worse as well 99% of the time on their phone and asking someone else to take the register... Most of the staff is too laid back, and are just showing up to get paid but never want to put in the work. Let alone, apparently they get a bunch of new items almost on the daily? This store is too small and way overwhelmed with items that you cannot even find something decent unless you move things around.. If I worked for a company like this, I know for a fact there would be problems due to how much is going on already. But yet I cannot understand just how a company will sit by an allow a store to look, sell, and act like this... read more

Completely shocked that a store credit card must be used with the same ID used for the refund. It's my credit and if I want to give it to someone that's my business. I shouldn't have to return to the store to purchase a gift card to spend my money how I want to. The lady behind the counter was great, the policy........ after the awful customer service I received yesterday, now this today. My weekend retail therapy will be spent elsewhere. read more

Marshalls - Lights I was looking for - Department Stores Near Me - Warrenton, Virginia

I love having another shopping option right in Warrenton! This store is very new but is kept orderly and clean, which is appreciated! There are great deals here and I love that, like other simulate retailers, the discounts are awesome and the available products are always changing. They have home items, clothing for all ages, gifts, etc. definitely recommend coming here!! read more

Glad the store is finally here! We needed a good clothing store in town. I wasn't thrilled at the kids' selection however. Otherwise it's a great store, has everything from toys to clothing. shoes and household items. I was there last week and even though I didn't buy anything, I will come back to see if the stuff I liked will be on sale later. Friendly staff and glad they have 2 elevators for those that need them. Tons of parking and right next to Panera! read more

Amazing store with employees that care about you. They always smile and greet me when I arrive.  Their selections are always turning over to fresh new gifts and clothes every time I visit.  It's like a brand new store every time I go. Must have superior management here! read more

Finally stopped in here for the first time since they opened. They do have a somewhat eclectic mix of items, from clothing to furniture and home accessories to snacks. The wife and I were mainly looking through their clothing selection, and although we did end up buying a couple of items we were not too impressed at the depth or breadth of choices. There were some very good prices on clearance items. So if the process of hunting for a bargain thrills you, you might enjoy stopping in here periodically. Now if they would just put in a coffee bar and stock up with a lot of books, it would merit five stars! But that's just me I guess ;-) read more

Love this store! Always has a fresh appearance and it is well stocked. Every one is so nice and helpful. A definite need in Warrenton. read more

Marshalls - Our beautiful Marshalls very clean and well stocked store. - Department Stores Near Me - Warrenton, Virginia

I'm a huge fan of Marshall's and I was really happy when it came to Warrenton. I can always find a good deal there. Are usually will go once every other week or so because they're always fully stocked with new items. my only issue with the store is it's very small and content to be cluttered compared to the other marshal stores. read more

Although the inventory is good, the customer service is terrible. Below are two recent examples: 1) I bought a pair of jeans in February and returned them I thin the 30 day window in March. While the cashier was kind and helpful, some nosey customer service person behind her noticed the date and made a big deal about it. Although I mentioned that Feb. only has 28 days and I was well within the return timeline, she huffed and puffed, saying they go by the calendar date, not a true 30 day count. I'm standing there thinking it's very easy, count 30 days. In any case, why should I have had to deal with drama over a legit return? And she wasn't even my cashier! She was just being nosey and dramatic. 2) I returned a pair of pants with the Marshalls tag in the pocket. The cashier was huffy and puffy about having to reattach the tag. Nowhere on the receipt does it say tags must be attached. Again, an example of the service folks being visibly dramatic instead of "service with a smile". Both incidents above leaves the impression that the customer was in the wrong. This should not happen. Personal dramas should be left at home. read more

I am a plus sized woman and truthfully, their plus size section is teensy, even for a relatively small store. BUT - they have great clothes at great prices and the last time I was there I tried on at least a dozen tops and came home with 4, putting aside 2 that I might have bought had I not found 4 I loved even more. I love this store and it is now my favorite place to find bargains. Every time I go to this store, I come out with something, usually clothes I love. read more

Great selection of women's clothing. Housewares in lacking a bit. The store is clean and organized.

I was really disappointed to find A LOT of their home items they had just put out did not have price tags on them. So they simple made up a price at the register comparing it to other items no where near the same brand expense of what I wanted to purchase. Maybe they simple shouldn't put stuff out yet if they don't have price tags for it, then they don't have to make up whatever price at the register they see fit. read more

Always thought it was a nice store until I happened to buy a sweater for Christmas after buying it I realized it had came with a hole. I wanted to return it and get my money back or an exchange. The tags were still on and I had a receipt I went back 3 days later to return it and they told me they couldn't return it because of the hole even though I bought it like that. Be careful buying clothes there check for holes! read more

Extremely disappointed. Accidentally left my phone at the register at closing, and was not allowed back in to get it. The manager half-heartedly glanced over the counter, but never brought me my phone. All of my priceless memories and my personal information are in that phone. I stood outside the door for at least 30 minutes, and eventually moved to a spot where I was not in eyesight of the employees. Sure enough, they came right outside. When I called out, they giggled and ran to their cars like a bunch of middle school girls. I definitely expected more from the manager in terms of customer service. read more
