I blame mostly customers for throwing stuff on the ground including dirty toilet paper, who does that? It seems that they reduce the price every day until they clear it and it reminds me of a Goodwill bins type of an operation where they get stock. It's put out on the floor and then sold but Goodwill bins from what I have seen on YouTube is priced per pound and this starts at $10 then drops from $10 to one dollar for each day that it is not sold and Friday's start the week again. I happened to have been in the area and saw the sign for the store and did not know what it was, but for someone who has patience, they could find some decent advice.
