The two older 7-Elevens were really old - they were in Gainesville as long as I can remember - 20 years or more. So in comparison - this is a nice new facility - gas station, restrooms, ATM, convenience store, and more. I'm betting this location does a hell of a business on days/evenings that concerts are taking place at Nissan Pavilion - it's very close to that concert venue.
