Pharmacy and Pharmacist are great!! I got there to pick up and had a paper script to fill about 10 min before lunch , I was crazy in pain with a tooth infection and he thankfully filled it just before they left for lunch. Store is good, not bad nothing amazing. Pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to: - slow to fill prescriptions: when you are most counting on them to fill something, you will be disappointed - they're electronically challenged: do not bother pre-filling out any forms online via the app. They will make you do it all over again with paper forms there, taking up extra time. They get confused and combative if providing them COVID vaccination proof electronically, such as via Apple Health app or saved/unprinted proof from Dept of Health. - systems down a lot: whether their fault or not, often times you can't get monitored medications like Allegra-D because their system is down. This happens more than is comfortable. Just use another Walgreens or CVS and save yourself disappointment. read more

This Walgreens is fairly new. It's kind of odd that it's located all by itself at the corner of Devlin Road and Linton Hall Road. Usually you see locations like this set up with some other small businesses. There does appear to be room next to the Walgreens for some expansion of this little retail area. I wish I could give them less than one star. I made an appt for a Covid booster for my son. Got a confirmation email the day before. Walked into an empty pharmacy and clinic. Talked to an employee who said, "Oh yeah, corporate told them just to shut down because they don't have enough pharmacists and techs to give vaccines anymore and haven't had the time to post anything." If I can receive an automated confirmation, then I could have received an automated cancellation. Walgreens will NEVER get my business again. read more

I have a love/hate relationship with this location. I love the pharmacy staff and the makeup lady, but I freaking despise most of the teenage cashiers. All but one act like they were never trained to deal with customers. I've been ignored, talked over (either by them talking to another staff member the entire time or chatting on the phone with their friends), not greeted or even had eye contact made, and that's not even the worst encounter. I don't know if they still work there but a few months ago there was a teen girl cashier checking customers out at the front register. For some reason, she had a teen boy pretty much glued to her side. (He wasn't training her or anything like that.). Neither of them greeted me, she just kept giggling at something he was whispering. Halfway through watching this extremely annoying mating ritual, I caught something that the guy was whispering. He was making fun of me! I couldn't believe it! I was livid and asked for a manager. The giggling stopped and the boy dipped. The girl kept giving me a line that there was no manager there. Finally I got so frustrated that I just left. Now the pharmacy department is a completely different story. I get great, quick service every time. One of the pharmacy tech's, Josh, is just awesome. Always asks how I am, remembers my name, and makes sure I leave with a smile. I go to that location just because the pharmacy staff is so great! The other good part of the store is the make-up section ladies! They are always sweet, polite, and VERY helpful. I really wish I could give them 5 stars, hopefully some of the cashiers will learn what customer service means. read more

The pharmacy at Walgreens in Bristow is a million times better than the one in Gainesville. The pharmacists in Bristow actually care about their customers. I started a new medication and the pharmacist actually called me to see how I was doing on it and asked if I had any questions. They might be a high volume pharmacy but they have the care of a small community pharmacy. Highly recommend. read more

I waited 20 minutes with 2 other customers at the pharmacy counter while 3 employees ignored us and continued talking behind the wall. After being confronted multiple times by customers one came to the front to wait on us only to be told their computers were down and they could not sell to us. read more

When I was a kid a drug store was basically just that-a pharmacy with maybe an aisle or two of OTC meds and "supplies". However, sometimes I have a hard time finding the typical drug store things. I live in a development right across the way and when this first went in I was somewhat annoyed. However, I've really come to rely on this place. They have just about anything and everything. Heck yesterday I was over there for something else and then wound up getting an alarm clock, new ear buds, some wine (they used to have pretty good prices but they've seem to be getting a bit more expensive but I digress. I went in there for originally for some chapstick and cough drops. My only real complaint is the guy who is the pharmacist isn't really a people person. I asked him a few months ago about some sort of laxative for my special needs child who was 13. I wanted his opinion if the adult product may be too harsh for someone who still eats baby food. He asked me if I could read, I was shocked. I know I should have said something to the manager or called after I got home but I didn't. Everyone else back there is really good but he seems like the kind of person that needs to work in a research pharmacy-he's not much of a people person. read more

Great service! NO one is ever too busy to help out or answer a question and I go there often. The location is perfect for us.

This place is well managed. Everytime I go in, they greet you. Very nice employees, clean, and it's warm and welcoming. Good job staff.
