Pauline personally speaks with me to get it right. Sometimes the text message systems that all business use are imprecise and too often, but when I call the pharmacy to get clarification it's often her who sets thing right. The pharmacy is with in walking distance, so it's super convenient. They also allow me or my husband to pick up each other's order, which helps a lot these days. Something odd is going on with this store's hiring practices - i.e. management. The pattern is hard to ignore and raises obvious questions about management's motive. The bigger issue is that customer service appears to be an alien concept to the staff and management. On one pickup, an employee whose background shall not be named, immediately pushed for a review. Apparently, earning five stars is optional; asking for them isn't. If you're in the store, customer service starts with pretending you don't exist.
