There is a staff member who tries to get me to sign up for another reward card (so she gets her quota I guess?) and whenever I decline, she seems a little upset. I prefer to use my existing account to take advantage of the coupons aligned to my account. There is a Minute Clinic in the back. I haven't had much interaction with the pharmacy, except for one time when I purchased allergy meds and the Pharmacy clerk was able to apply all my coupons and I got it for almost half the price!

My prescriptions have always been ready in a timely manner, they could find them and had items in stock. Once I had to go to Urgent Care just across the parking lot and my prescription was ready when I got to the pharmacy! They were helpful finding me a better price than my insurance on my last prescription. Last winter I used them for immunizations and they were very good at that too. I've had to pick up prescriptions or transfer them over the phone, and it is usually a bit of a nightmare dealing with them. Unfortunately, there are some prescriptions that can only be picked up at this location. There are employees on the floor, but they are usually restocking shelves, so the self-checkout is their preferred method. Ultimately, I've noticed something will not work or go wrong with some people, so an employee ends up having to help out in the end. This store doesn't carry any prestige brands, as it is a smaller location.

The facility itself is lovely and peaceful, which is important during such a difficult time. However, our overall experience was deeply affected by the behavior of one staff member, Shannon Connors. We are a large family, and after feeling pushed into moving our mother to this facility, we hoped for understanding and compassion. Instead, Shannon Connors was disrespectful and rude toward our mother and toward my siblings who were visiting. Her loud, inconsiderate behavior added unnecessary stress and pain during our mother's final days. Her lack of communication skills and apparent inability to interact sensitively with a grieving family made an already heartbreaking situation much worse. Rather than feeling supported, we felt sadness and anger because of how we were treated. We loved our mother deeply, and those last days should have been handled with care, dignity, and compassion. I sincerely hope no other family has to experience this lack of compassion during such a vulnerable time.

I like this location better than the other ones in the area as it is still "newer" and a different area. They are usually fully stocked and carry pretty much everything, which is great. For the most part, this location is well-kept, organized and maintained well. The optical department is friendly as well. There are a lot of staff on the floors putting together pickup orders, so they are more familiar with the locations of certain items. The customer service is nothing to brag about. It's more a process...show the receipt, hand over the item, provide the return reason and get a refund. Done, next. Sometimes it can be a bit of a hassle. When checking out, I prefer to use the self-checkout lanes, which thankfully has expanded with more counters and is on both sides of the store. There is plenty of parking available, dedicated solely to Walmart.
