Stone Ridge organizes them into a convenient monthly pack, with everything sorted by morning and night (they even have the day of week, date, and morning is one color and night is another; really making it hard to miss doses). There is a staff member who tries to get me to sign up for another reward card (so she gets her quota I guess?) and whenever I decline, she seems a little upset. I prefer to use my existing account to take advantage of the coupons aligned to my account. There is a Minute Clinic in the back. I haven't had much interaction with the pharmacy, except for one time when I purchased allergy meds and the Pharmacy clerk was able to apply all my coupons and I got it for almost half the price!

My prescriptions have always been ready in a timely manner, they could find them and had items in stock. Once I had to go to Urgent Care just across the parking lot and my prescription was ready when I got to the pharmacy! They were helpful finding me a better price than my insurance on my last prescription. Last winter I used them for immunizations and they were very good at that too. There's a private room so your not on the sales floor.

I like this location better than the other ones in the area as it is still "newer" and a different area. They are usually fully stocked and carry pretty much everything, which is great. For the most part, this location is well-kept, organized and maintained well. The optical department is friendly as well. There are a lot of staff on the floors putting together pickup orders, so they are more familiar with the locations of certain items. The customer service is nothing to brag about. It's more a process...show the receipt, hand over the item, provide the return reason and get a refund. Done, next. Sometimes it can be a bit of a hassle. When checking out, I prefer to use the self-checkout lanes, which thankfully has expanded with more counters and is on both sides of the store. There is plenty of parking available, dedicated solely to Walmart.

After looking at the selection and not finding a flaw, I decided on Good4U Bi Color Seedless Grapes and Mathis Farms Strawberries Fraises. I heard my wife scream as she opened the container to find mold covering the red grapes (including the stem). If that wasn't enough, she found molded strawberries just under the ripe ones across the top. This is easily becoming habit forming because I have ran into this time and time again. Your competitor a few blocks away isn't any better so I choose HT. Do I need to now travel to Wegmans to get fresh, edible fruit? What can be done to better my experience so that I can continue being a valued customer? Prices of food are high enough as it is. I want to not put my family at risk by eating molded produce. The parking lot is always packed, as well as the store itself. At night, it is extremely dark in the parking lot....not sure why they don't have more lighting. They have unique offerings that the other locations don't have, such as a small bar, a hot food bar (regular food & Asian food), but they aren't always 100% full when we come. They also have the pizza station, which is offered at other locations. This location doesn't always seem to be stocking their shelves the last couple times we visited. There's a Starbucks inside the store, which is also insanely busy with long lines.

They told me they would not do that service for free. I needed to buy white scotch packing tape and since they had a sale for 50% off second one I ended up buying two. So total cost was 8$ for me out of pocket for tape. I wish I had known that Walgreens won't tape shipping labels for you that you print out. It's a terrible experience, in my opinion. Why do I have to waste 5 min to buy tape and then another 3 min to tape the label to the box myself -- because I have to make sure to tape the top of box lid down, so shoes won't fall out. Terrible customer service. And then I saw the counter guy printing out fedex label for the guy next to me who was returning another box. Wow, why does Walgreens print out sticky shipping labels for some but not for me. Total bummer. Horrible Walgreens location, I've had pretty spotty service from them in past. On top of that they have the gall to charge me for tape for a simple return with FedEx. Well, just not liking this Walgreens or the way they treat customers, is all. My doctor (on her own) sent the script to this poorly run 2-3 man operation. I have even spoken with the owner Ted (who claims to have a PharmD). They have my credit card and SWORE the were mailing my prescription next day mail (and yes, I paid for shipping which is extra) and surprise still no prescription and I was charged. Also, both Ted and Anya at the pharmacy did not want to run my very good insurance to see if my medication was covered. I will never use this pharmacy again and have told my PCP of 10 years to never recommend or send anything else there.
