Amazing staff, family oriented, knowledgeable, and customer service friendly. Support small business. I will never go back to CVS, etc.

Stay away. Don't go. Walgreens just around the corner. They are not friendly. They charge 19.99 for 3.00 worth of hand sanitizer.

Huge shoutout to one of the absolute best pharmacies out there--Stone Ridge Pharmacy in Aldie, VA!…read more If you're looking for a pharmacy where you feel like family, look no further! The head pharmacist and owner, Satish, is an incredible ally in your healthcare journey. His team is fantastic, and the vibe at Stone Ridge Pharmacy is all about one goal: delivering the most accurate, well-informed, and easily understandable information about your medications. Seriously, they make managing my medications a breeze, and I can't thank them enough! Let me share a bit about my experience. I've got a chronic illness that used to run my life, but I took the reins and decided to make it work for me. I did my research, trusted my instincts, and relied on common sense. Now, thanks to Satish and his amazing team, I'm living life on my terms! I take a whole bunch of medications--13 core ones, to be exact! Stone Ridge organizes them into a convenient monthly pack, with everything sorted by morning and night (they even have the day of week, date, and morning is one color and night is another; really making it hard to miss doses). And it doesn't stop there! They provide me with PRN medications in their own bottles, plus one liquid and one powder. Here's the kicker: they even offer premeasured packets for my powder and a syringe stopper for my liquid meds! Talk about going the extra mile! I'll admit, I was a bit hesitant to have a pharmacy that's 22 miles away as my go-to, but let me tell you--it's TOTALLY worth it! Unlike big national chains like CVS that often run out of popular meds and leave you waiting, Stone Ridge springs into action the moment my prescription comes in. I get my meds in about 12 hours instead of waiting days or even weeks! In the past, I had to juggle multiple pharmacies and struggle to find where to send my prescriptions. Don't even get me started on the headaches with controlled substances! My healthcare provider would spend hours redoing prescriptions just to switch pharmacies. What a nightmare! But now, thanks to Stone Ridge and their committed staff, I always have everything I need, exactly when I need it. No stress, no hassle--just pure peace of mind! If you're not already part of the Stone Ridge family, you're missing out!

I like this location better than the other ones in the area as it is still "newer" and a different area. They are usually fully stocked and carry pretty much everything, which is great. For the most part, this location is well-kept, organized and maintained well. The optical department is friendly as well. There are a lot of staff on the floors putting together pickup orders, so they are more familiar with the locations of certain items. The customer service is nothing to brag about. It's more a process...show the receipt, hand over the item, provide the return reason and get a refund. Done, next. Sometimes it can be a bit of a hassle. When checking out, I prefer to use the self-checkout lanes, which thankfully has expanded with more counters and is on both sides of the store. There is plenty of parking available, dedicated solely to Walmart.

I've been shopping at Harris Teeter since 2020 because of the convenience to my neighborhood. The…read morestore is often very clean and well kept. That was an easy draw for me. I have had a consistent issue with the fruit section. Specifically the red grapes and strawberries. Although this is my first time writing a review, I have been tempted to return the product on several occasions. Last night, my wife and I wanted fruit to compliment our dinner. After looking at the selection and not finding a flaw, I decided on Good4U Bi Color Seedless Grapes and Mathis Farms Strawberries Fraises. I heard my wife scream as she opened the container to find mold covering the red grapes (including the stem). If that wasn't enough, she found molded strawberries just under the ripe ones across the top. This is easily becoming habit forming because I have ran into this time and time again. Your competitor a few blocks away isn't any better so I choose HT. Do I need to now travel to Wegmans to get fresh, edible fruit? What can be done to better my experience so that I can continue being a valued customer? Prices of food are high enough as it is. I want to not put my family at risk by eating molded produce. Thank you for your attention to this matter. On a lighter note. I always have the best customer service experience with manager Tom who assisted me last evening and (Maria?) the cashier. She's a young brunette. She's always cheerful and knows how to bag properly. Great customer service on both fronts. *Pictures are available upon request* Vincent

The parking lot is always packed, as well as the store itself. At night, it is extremely dark in the parking lot....not sure why they don't have more lighting. They have unique offerings that the other locations don't have, such as a small bar, a hot food bar (regular food & Asian food), but they aren't always 100% full when we come. They also have the pizza station, which is offered at other locations. This location doesn't always seem to be stocking their shelves the last couple times we visited. There's a Starbucks inside the store, which is also insanely busy with long lines.

The deli meat and cheese are always labeled with a "sell by" date that's literally the day after they pack it, and they refuse to sell smaller portions. Their bakery bread is often rock-hard instead of fresh. And their prices are consistently higher than any other grocery store in the area. But the final straw was the seafood. Yesterday I bought a pound of shrimp, got it home, opened the package, and was hit with the strongest rotten smell I've ever experienced from seafood. It was completely spoiled. I had to throw it out immediately, and the odor was so bad I had to air out my entire house, in 25 degree weather, just to get rid of it. At this point, the quality doesn't match the prices, and the experience isn't worth the frustration. Despite being the only grocery store in our town center, I won't be shopping here anymore.

Disliked going to the deli anyway because a lot of the employees don't seem trained on how to cut meat. They don't want to slice it thin or they slice it haphazardly, thick and thin from one side of the slice to the other. It just comes off lazy. There's always multiple people back there and you seem like you're bothering them trying to order. I don't really blame the employees, I blame the store.
