I truly believe she has saved me years of suffering from future health problems. Elsa and her team are there to help you heal, not troubleshoot with endless tests and prescriptions that damage health. To be honest, I was skeptical every step, and every time she was proven right with her observations. When I came in, I took several tests with her. From the Organic Acids Test (OAT) she told me I had a bacteria/fungus issue in my gut and that my liver was struggling to process toxins. We started a protocol but I started feeling worse so I went to a gastroenterologist to verify what I was doing. Another $300 worth of tests at the doctor simply proved that I had Small Intestinal Bacteria Overgrowth (SIBO) and the beginnings of fatty liver. I was shocked and so grateful to Elsa for recognizing this first and helping me treat it. I am also using her protocol to help fight the HPV that is connected to cervical cancer (HPV 16/18). I had a procedure to remove precancerous cells a couple of years ago and I am still worried each time I have to go for a pap smear. Also, some how (I'm still shocked) Elsa and Melvin were able to help me kick my caffeine habit. I'm so grateful! While I continue my healing journey, she has been spot on each step along the way and I couldn't be more grateful for her knowledge and support. If you have noticed ailments and are tired of seeing a prescription pad taken out each time you talk to a doctor, talk to Elsa and see what she can do. Don't get me wrong, I also love that she isn't afraid to recommend a prescription if it is necessary--and she has for me--but I like that it isn't the only tool in her toolkit for health. I wish all of American medicine looked like this. Good luck on your healing journey!

He finally relented when I told him I thought he was lying about having to give my email address in order to make the purchase (and no, not even for any kind of discount. He was telling me that I just had to sign up for a card and HAD to give him my email address just to make the purchase). Never shop at a place where management (this gentleman seemed to be in some kind of franchisee/owner/management position) is unappreciative of your business to the point where they try to FORCE you into buying even more. Is it not good enough for you that I'm willingly buying something from your store in the first place that you feel the need to lie to me and yell at me to bump my bill up even more? You may get an extra few dollars in the short term (except he didn't) at the expense of ALL of my future business in the long run. I don't understand how some people who fail to understand such basic tenets of customer relations are still in business.

Yeah, as others have said, store and customer experience here is spotty, and YMMV as they commonly…read moresay. That said, I purchased the Choco PB flavor of Whey Protein powder (5lb, the large one) online at GNC, and did store pick-up here as I saved about 20%. In that regards, my store pick-up was an overall positive experience, HOWEVER... at the time I came, around 1pm, they were closed and the sign on the storefront said "back in 15 mins". I walked further in to the food court and wasted about half hour there, and when I came back, store was open so was no great loss. Still, I do wish they were actually open during their store open hours, as this is on weekday and I can see how others might lose their patience if they had important calls or mtgs scheduled during that time. All good, made pick up, then realized the chocolate PB one had artificial sweeteners such as Sucralose -- which everyone says must be avoided at all costs! I don't get why they don't use natural sweetener like Stevia Extract. Either way, I had slight stomach upset and felt ill, and realized I was dissatisfied with purchase. I tried to call this store at Dulles Mall three times, but no one picked up the phone. Finally I drove there, requested refund and exchange for the double chocolate flavor, which was the only one WITHOUT Sucralose, which is what I should have bought! As I said, I should have read the labels better. Even in exchange process, I wasted a good half hour easily by waiting for things to go through. The guy at front desk was borderline incompetent and had to call in manager. At this time, the manager started scolding the other guy for not being able to handle a simple exchange, and made me uncomfortable to watch that. All in all, exchange did go through, but because I had opened the lid already and had a single scoop of it, the product was not resellable. Which I felt bad about, but to be fair I did not see that the product had Sucralose as an ingredient, and I am not sure why GNC continues to use Sucralose as sweetener which FDC has already warned against. The exchange costed me 5$ for fair return of unsellable goods, which would either have to be trashed or given to one of employees; I felt that reasoning was fair, but the extra cost still goes against what GNC have promised on their site -- 30-day money back guarantee of goods in any condition, opened or otherwise. All said, spotty service here, no one was there the first time I went and wasted 15 minutes easily, and afterwards no one picked up the phone ever, and the second time I was made uncomfortable by the awkward events and convo between manager and an employee. Also, it took over half hour to get my exchange - what gives? Anyway, I'm being gracious by rating a little higher than I normally would. GNC might suck in their choice of ingredients they use, but they do have a decent enough store here at the Dulles Mall location, and employees here that are courteous enough and know how to assist someone in pick-up or return/exchange. We'll see how the Double Chocolate flavor of Gold Standard Whey holds up, but overall I am hopeful.

After a few minutes I boldly asked if she had taken a covid test to which she replied she was vaccinated and boosted...not what I asked. She followed the response with "I guess I should wear a mask"....then didn't put one on. Besides that, the information on the various proteins was confusing . Finally, when I agreed to join the gnc program for the discount, she asked my email and phone number out loud so all cusomers could hear them. She then told me my email was invalid and I needed to call customer service.....I walked out. I hope I didn't get exposed to covid. Never going back.
