Love having this smoke shop around the corner from me. They have a great variety of all sorts of products. I usually go in for edibles and I am always recommended amazing products. The guys that work here are really cool. Will shop here until I move! read more

The these people are so nice and I found one exceptional mushroom gummy that really works. HiXotic and be careful when shopping around. They need to say "next level" on the package. I did not care for the Hometown Hero brand. I ate all 4 gummies and they did absolutely nothing. read more

Jasmin, zak, and andrew were so helpful! Highly recommend. Their shop smells like tacos read more

Sterling Smoke - Head Shops Near Me - Sterling, Virginia

I've been coming here for about 5 years and I'm never disappointed with the amazing customer service I get each and every time I walk in. I'm always greeted with a smile and a "How can I help you" within 5 seconds of walking in. The atmosphere and vibe in Sterling Smoke is so inviting and chill you kind of just want to hang out there after making your purchase (I don't because I don't want to be a weirdo :) The other thing I have noticed is employees are not afraid to say "I don't know, let me ask...." and they help each other out. They have never steered me wrong on with my vape products and have never pressured me into buying anything I don't need or want. Sterling smoke is probably my favorite retail store in all of Nova. read more

I visited Sterling Smoke for a pipe and tray and I don't think I'll go anywhere else for anything. They have everything you could need. I encountered three different employees and they were all extremely helpful and encouraging, checking in on us periodically. Extremely laid back and friendly. Sometimes small shops make you feel like an odd man out if you're not a regular... not here. They know how to turn first timers into regulars by treating you like you are one. Great selection of incense, trays, pipes, grinders, storage jars... neat styles for every personality. read more

This place is close to my house, i like it for my hookah items. They have wide verity of hookah items which is great. I did purchase glass art from them even tho it is pretty pricy in my opinion compared to other places and online. FYI The location can get a little crowded in the evening. read more

The girl that just helped me was super nice and helpful with a first time purchase. I wish I got her name. I am very satisfied with my purchase. I will be back! read more

Be prepared to be ripped off, or sold $22 defective torches and then be told by the employees of the shop after 4 weeks of being jerked around that the owner is blaming me for his defective product and the best they could do was give me a $6 replacement. I'm sorry but selling customers dangerous, defective items and not giving them credit or equal exchanges and then trying to accuse them for breaking the item? Not cool. We've given this local business over $1000 in sales over the last 6 months. This is inexcusable customer service. It's a shame the amazing staff here has to deal with such a taint of a boss who's too cheap to run a proper business. read more

Been so happy with this shop! We drive 30 minutes to get there because of the vast selection and awesome customer service! The owner is SO sweet and generous and makes you feel like family every time he sees us! Other staff were friendly (greeted us upon arrival) and wore masks/social distanced as appropriate. They answered a lot of questions and made great suggestions that we were ultimately very happy with! Will be back! read more

This shop has just about everything you would need for Ecigs. I don't smoke cigars or cigarettes so I can't attest to those products, however, I doubt you would be disappointed. Customer service has been great and I highly recommend. read more

Trash service. Sold me the wrong juice and wouldn't take it back. They said they'd offer a 10% discount if I bought another one. When I pushed back she hung up on me. WHO HANGS UP ON A CUSTOMER? Telling everyone I know to get a vape store. Wish I could give zero stars. read more

Great spot with all the stuff you need. Been coming here for awhile and hasn't let me down yet. Definitely recommend!

I'm going to be completely honest here. I've been traveling a lot for work lately, visiting a lot of different smoke shops around the country, and this is the first & only one I'm writing a review about. Go visit & ask for CJ!! He's so incredibly helpful!! You walk in and it's so bright and inviting. A beautiful assortment of pieces of everywhere. I wanted so badly to buy one but I was on a mission. I reallllly wanted CBD. I have awful migraines and when there's no other cure, I like to use CBD cartridges, gummies, oil... anything that helps!! I got so lucky when I came into Sterling Smoke. Cj helped me find everything I needed... from oils, to CBD pills (those worked WONDERS for my migraines tysm) to a CBD cream for my grandma (her back felt so much better. so glad I got this one), I got everything I needed here. I visit this area often and I'm about to be a regular. Best smoke shop in the entire area, hands down. Honestly, don't bother going anywhere else. I had just been to another smoke shop in the area (Can't remember its name... dark & dingy & just gross with no assortment of anything at all). They had nothing for me. Some pipes and a cranky guy working who mentioned another employee stealing all the CBD products. I'll stick to coming here and getting the best advice/service from CJ! Great services and affordable prices. Will def be back :) read more

I had went in for two gifts- tapestries and this place is big for all things glassware and smoking devices. Really funny stickers and incense. This place is worth a visit! read more

Friendly knowledgeable staff and a vast selection. It's nice to know they're nearby if I need them.

Over-priced and narrowly focused on artisan glassware that breaks on or at 4th use. lol. But seriously, limited inventory, including virtually no durable smoking apparatus, i.e. aluminum, brass, lucite. If you want a really expensive, pretty, "designer" bubbler that you can't use day-to-day due to its fragility, then this could be your place. read more

Never been before but Stopped in this morning to pick up a battery and some papers since they are near by. I was impressed with the variety of products in the store. The gentleman Zack behind the counter was very knowledgeable in all the products that I ended up looking at. Prices were great as well. I will definitely be going back again. read more

Overall, incredible selection and quality! If it blows smoke, they got it! Home to a few of the most amazing glass pieces I've ever seen and well worth the trip even, if its just to check it out. However, you have to be up front with your level of smoking and your budget if not, they'll up sell you on some stuff that you dont need/know how to use. read more

To all who worked on 5/29, you know who you are! Thank you so much for taking the time to walk me through some different options and also for uniting me with my lovely new gravlabs water pipe! You're my new go to shop and I can't thank you enough!!! read more

I've shopped here a few times and I can say the nicest, easy going staff I've dealt with. They give you so many different options especially when I told them I had a certain budget for glass. Just an overall good spot to shop from. Try some of the juicy brand that stuff flies off the shelf, my man Tony always takes care of me. read more

Got in contact with the shop from California and they were able to help me with my issues super super fast !! It was a very weird question about quartz sizes that most people dont know, I already went to two local shops in California and they were no help at all. However at Sterling Smoke my question was answered promptly and nicely. Very polite employees and always willing to help. 10/10 would recommend. read more

Gabby was super helpful and knew what she was talking about. Pretty good selection of stuff too.

I was very disappointed! Small selection, with way to high prices. I will stick with the smoking head in Charles town.

Not for nothing but if yall complaing about the cost stay cost effective an order online. Convenience of NOW has a price no matter where you go or what business you take an example. Noone braking your arm to buy anything. You have a choice . And if you made a choice to buy you should NOT complain . It was solo your choice you made. Expired items ? In this country everything is off shelf way prior expiration date. Nothing wrong w it still and whoever smoke hooka I'm sure has a bunch of expired stuff . Especially if you switch flavors . Personally I think it's a great shop . Noone got a wide selection of everything like this shop. You find everything you need in this shop. All type of blunts, leafs, papers, pipes ...hookah stuff ..vapes ...gift items , parts . I can't think of anything I couldn't get there yet. You can shop more budget friendly online if you don't mind waiting. But most snokers I know when they need something they need smtng they need it NOW not a week later. You can get it now but you have to pay the price. This is business not charity . Got to make profit. They store millions of items for your convenience for whenever you might needed . If they would work in store with online prices they could close the business . That's why online cheaper. There isn't much resources needed to pay for . No store space no employees in general or minimal if there are employees. The two can't even be compared. convenience always had The Price tag read more

This is one of the best smoke shops around! Staff is very pleasant and helpful. They have a huge variety of selections. Would definitely recommend :) read more

I would recommend not to buy here. They have no exchange/return policy. Bought a vape battery, got home and item was not working. Came next day to exchange and they blame the item not working on me when I didn't even use their item. Money down the trash. read more

Selling expired products: on a few occasions their high hemps Maui mango until they ran out and never restocked so we were stuck with grape ape and lemonade and they too were expired they were crunchy and stale overall they are over priced for the cheap devices and products they are selling. Our vape we bought for $90 is still pretty good pricy but good. read more

Store sold me gavel v2 and said it was v3. Went back and didnt fix anything except say sorry thanks for scamming me out of money

The employees are so nice, friendly, and always know the answers to any questions you may have. They have an amazing glass selection, cbd and have a lot of papers to choose from. Plus they have other cool things like tapestries and pins. Deff. My favorite smoke shop to go whenever I need something read more

Yesterday was my first time going to this smoke shop, I usually go to Arcadia in Manassass but a friend recommended this place as well. As you come in you get a great welcome and asked if you need any help finding anything. All of the staff was very helpful! Nothing is too expensive at this smoke shop and I felt comfortable letting them know I was looking for beginner things. I got a bong, rig, flavored cone paper, and a dry vaporizer all for under $80 bucks. Will forsure go back here! read more

Every time I've gone into that shop, I have been talked to and treated very poorly. Each time it has happened and each time it has been with different employees and all were male. It was a very unwelcoming environment and it was sad lol. read more

This shop always comes through for me! I've visited many, many vape shops. The main reason I've discovered new shops is bc I've never found a place that pretty much always has everything I need in stock like they do. They have yet to disappoint me. CJ is absolutely amazing and he's the other reason I've become a regular at this shop. His passion for everything this shop carries is evident from the start. He's efficient at helping multiple customers and he's very honest about the product pro and cons. He's also SUPER knowledgeable! It's uncommon to find a shop that carries such a large assortment of products yet still keeps up with the latest and greatest and remains knowledgeable about them all. They also have a great loyalty program and I think I even saw a raffle for multiple products that customers can enter to win! You won't regret checking this place out! Just be sure to ask for CJ read more
