I've been coming here for about 5 years and I'm never disappointed with the amazing customer service I get each and every time I walk in. I'm always greeted with a smile and a "How can I help you" within 5 seconds of walking in. The atmosphere and vibe in Sterling Smoke is so inviting and chill you kind of just want to hang out there after making your purchase (I don't because I don't want to be a weirdo :) The other thing I have noticed is employees are not afraid to say "I don't know, let me ask...." and they help each other out. They have never steered me wrong on with my vape products and have never pressured me into buying anything I don't need or want. I visited Sterling Smoke for a pipe and tray and I don't think I'll go anywhere else for anything. They have everything you could need. I encountered three different employees and they were all extremely helpful and encouraging, checking in on us periodically. Extremely laid back and friendly. Sometimes small shops make you feel like an odd man out if you're not a regular... not here. They know how to turn first timers into regulars by treating you like you are one. This place is close to my house, i like it for my hookah items. They have wide verity of hookah items which is great. I did purchase glass art from them even tho it is pretty pricy in my opinion compared to other places and online. FYI The location can get a little crowded in the evening. read more

Be prepared to be ripped off, or sold $22 defective torches and then be told by the employees of the shop after 4 weeks of being jerked around that the owner is blaming me for his defective product and the best they could do was give me a $6 replacement. I'm sorry but selling customers dangerous, defective items and not giving them credit or equal exchanges and then trying to accuse them for breaking the item? Not cool. We've given this local business over $1000 in sales over the last 6 months. This is inexcusable customer service. It's a shame the amazing staff here has to deal with such a taint of a boss who's too cheap to run a proper business. read more

Been so happy with this shop! We drive 30 minutes to get there because of the vast selection and awesome customer service! The owner is SO sweet and generous and makes you feel like family every time he sees us! Other staff were friendly (greeted us upon arrival) and wore masks/social distanced as appropriate. I've been traveling a lot for work lately, visiting a lot of different smoke shops around the country, and this is the first & only one I'm writing a review about. Go visit & ask for CJ!! He's so incredibly helpful!! You walk in and it's so bright and inviting. A beautiful assortment of pieces of everywhere. I wanted so badly to buy one but I was on a mission. I reallllly wanted CBD. I have awful migraines and when there's no other cure, I like to use CBD cartridges, gummies, oil... anything that helps!! I got so lucky when I came into Sterling Smoke. Cj helped me find everything I needed... from oils, to CBD pills (those worked WONDERS for my migraines tysm) to a CBD cream for my grandma (her back felt so much better. so glad I got this one), I got everything I needed here. I visit this area often and I'm about to be a regular. Best smoke shop in the entire area, hands down. Honestly, don't bother going anywhere else. I had just been to another smoke shop in the area (Can't remember its name... dark & dingy & just gross with no assortment of anything at all). They had nothing for me. Some pipes and a cranky guy working who mentioned another employee stealing all the CBD products. I'll stick to coming here and getting the best advice/service from CJ! Over-priced and narrowly focused on artisan glassware that breaks on or at 4th use. lol. But seriously, limited inventory, including virtually no durable smoking apparatus, i.e. aluminum, brass, lucite. If you want a really expensive, pretty, "designer" bubbler that you can't use day-to-day due to its fragility, then this could be your place. read more

Overall, incredible selection and quality! If it blows smoke, they got it! Home to a few of the most amazing glass pieces I've ever seen and well worth the trip even, if its just to check it out. However, you have to be up front with your level of smoking and your budget if not, they'll up sell you on some stuff that you dont need/know how to use. read more

You can shop more budget friendly online if you don't mind waiting. But most snokers I know when they need something they need smtng they need it NOW not a week later. You can get it now but you have to pay the price. This is business not charity . Got to make profit. They store millions of items for your convenience for whenever you might needed . Selling expired products: on a few occasions their high hemps Maui mango until they ran out and never restocked so we were stuck with grape ape and lemonade and they too were expired they were crunchy and stale overall they are over priced for the cheap devices and products they are selling. Our vape we bought for $90 is still pretty good pricy but good. read more

Yesterday was my first time going to this smoke shop, I usually go to Arcadia in Manassass but a friend recommended this place as well. As you come in you get a great welcome and asked if you need any help finding anything. All of the staff was very helpful! Nothing is too expensive at this smoke shop and I felt comfortable letting them know I was looking for beginner things.
