All of the Beyond Hello locations are pretty terrible but this one consistently takes the cake. I've had too many disappointing experiences to keep track of, from horrible product to rude staff, but the most recent thing was this. I placed a delivery order online at 10 AM, even called the store to confirm, and they waited until 2 PM to tell me my order had been cancelled. They also didn't leave a voicemail or send an email/text. I had to call back and wait to speak w/ someone to be told. If this was a recreational business, things like that could be given a pass here and there, though it's still bad customer service nonetheless, but this is a MEDICINAL shop. I genuinely can't wait for recreational cannabis to pass to make businesses like BH obsolete, so businesses that ACTUALLY care about their customers can take their place. Also, at a bottom line, if you're looking for decent product, NONE of the BH locations will be worth your while. You're better off driving into MD. read more

The selection of product is trash. Buds are usually of bad quality and overpriced. The real problem is the store management and some of the staff. A staff member had a fit and threw a bag of product at the patient they were supposed to be helping. The manager must have been so embarrassed at the sorry excuse of a store because instead of apologizing for letting their staff assault a patient, she banned me so I could not access medical majiuana near me. It should be noted that beyond hello corporate customer service is so inept and incapable of doing their job that they refused to even read the complaint brought to them and simply responded with "not reading it because patient is banned, blocking this email"... The good news is, literally any other beyond hello location seems to be better. Better product, the staff seem to be normal sane people. The fiarfax location is the second closest for me and it is wonderfully managed and staffed. You can go in, get your medicinal buds and leave without be assaulted and then banned for wanting to avoid the employee who assaulted you The second there is any other company that can be purchased from in virginia beyond hello is going to get a wakeup call from how poorly they treated their patients when their clientelle all leave for better more competent stores that actually want to help people suffering from chronic pain and other conditions aided by medical majiuana. read more

Went home to open my stuff just to find out they went down in quality and basically scamming people by putting live resin in there hash rosin "house brand " this is just disgusting behavior and should be dealt with by the pharmaceutical board immediately I will be contacting my local authorities read more

Top service top quality guaranteed. On the other hand the prices are insane I mean u can buy 14 grams which is usually considered enough for a discount they still sell for 10 dollars a gram 14 gs 140 dollars. 70 dollars in DC. 3000 mg cart for 185 dollars which is 4 carts. 4 carts dc 120$ 30$ each. They just don't have competition and are farming money off people who are too lazy to drive to dc read more

I have been a customer since this location opened. Most of the staff is polite. They are now allowing their delivery drivers to park in the accessible crosshatchings between the only two van accessible spots. If someone with a power chair, van with a ramp or any mobility aid that takes up some room wants to park and enter the facility, they cannot. I told the front desk staff this and they asked the van to move, but as most people do, they waited for me to leave and parked there again. I confirmed this by circling around the block and found them right back in one of the spots. In addition, one of the delivery drivers was laughing at me for speaking up. For a facility that services disabled people to allow this, it is a huge disappointment. This is a reminder that disability is not an "if" scenario. It's "When". read more

Yes, they are a little slow, but every employee I saw was running around trying to help. I mean, what do u want? They're probably all HIGH lol Decent selection & I thought the prices were good too. We had a good experience there read more

Product is fine but very expensive. I wouldn't go here if I didn't have to though. There is one particular employee who is consistently so rude (but only to new customers?). She greeted everyone she recognized warmly but was incredibly rude to both me and another woman who was signing up. Totally turned me off from shopping here. The rest of the staff is very nice and welcoming. But she alone made me genuinely get anxiety (the thing I have my medical card for) about coming in. Honestly it might just be worth going further away read more

Extremely low quality products and laughable prices. Disappointed. They won't survive with this model. The service and the employees are awesome though. I feel bad for them. Greed is ruining everything. read more

I would rate this store and it's products a -5. The worst.! The c/service was very poor as the 2 vapes I purchased were only half full. I took them right back, the pharmacist stated that there was nothing they could do no exchange no refund NOTHING Then I saw the huge man ,cashier # 50686 coming out of the store I had a quick question, he stated quite abruptly he was on his LUNCH and would not answer me question or even let me ask it!!! We drive over 4 hours round trip to purchase their products and spend over $ 350 each time. We expect to receive quality c/service and products. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS STORE OR THEIR PRODUCTS TO ANYONE!!! read more

Don't shoot the messenger, Everyone knows that medical get served first, except the one who checks you in was a long line, I yelled out anyone medical no one answered. I stepped up because the guard and receptionist wouldn't intervene saying medical comes first. Ask to speak to the supervisor she said she'd didn't know, right I seen her many times. Then the conflict started she slam my phone on the desk ask me for my phone number just to aggravate me, ok we were going back and forth until the guard stepped in told us to stop and I did. I proceeded to pick up my order the Guard and Supervisor started up conflict with me. If you stop showing favoritism and go by the rules this could have simply been avoided. You people cause conflict when it comes down to black and white. Pls don't do that to me because it's going to be a problem. "Equal Rights " read more

This location gets a bad rap. I have been going to the Sterling location since it opened and although I've waited on occasion, the staff is hard working and super friendly. I am always happy with the wide selection BH provides. Also, their edibles are well priced and a good value. read more

Place is getting even worse after complaints, staff is quitting g and they can service the public. Literally had 20 people held in waiting as they got their s%*! together and eventually let them on the floor. I left and cancrlled my order knowing it would be over an hour before I got my pre-order. THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! read more

I'm surprised by the low rating I see. The service has always been very professional and easy to work with. I'll have to read why people aren't happy. I respect that everyone has their own experience and they have every right to share. But wow, my experiences have been 5+. Cara and Ricky specifically have both stepped-up more than once to make the experience better with thorough communication, great knowledge and a genuine kindness. read more

Do you your self a favor and just drive to Tacoma wellness center. They accept Virginia medical cards and will set you up with an order happily even 10 minutes past closing. Just drove 45 min because I tried to pre order at 7:23 but the online system was not taking orders. I get there at 7:50 to be told that I can't place an in order person. Excuse me. Why even be open if you can't take orders in person. I was the only patient in there. Very disappointed they just wanted to leave. Now I am stuck dealing with pain and probably won't sleep tonight. read more

Beyond/Hello - Vitamins & Supplements Near Me - Sterling, Virginia

**long but worth the read** This company sucks. I found an edible product through them that I really liked. When I ran out, I discovered only one of their locations in the area had it in stock. So I went online and ordered two tins of it. And went out of my way to get to the location. Keep in mind these products aren't cheap for what you get. When I picked up my order at the store, I commented to the associate that I was so glad they had it in stock because I've really enjoyed it in the past. I then paid, went home, and noticed a couple things as I went to check out my purchases. 1) The product cost the same, but instead of 20 pieces in the package there are now 10. Same exorbitant price, HALF the product. 2) The formulation has COMPLETELY changed. A dramatic increase in the amount of THC and CBD, and more indica heavy than it was previously. This is NOT the experience I wanted. I went online and was delighted to see the company has a satisfaction guarantee. I never opened the product so I called the store and asked if I could come in and exchange it since I felt duped by the Beyond/Hello app when I ordered. Nowhere on the app did it indicate a new formulation OR a lesser quantity of the product. The associate told me their so-called "satisfaction guarantee" only applies to spoiled or defective products. So it's not really a satisfaction guarantee at all, but basically a bare minimum policy ANY business should have when selling products to consumers. I was basically told, "you're out of luck." $80 down the drain and a lesson that Beyond/Hello does not stand behind their products OR their consumers. I'll be taking my business elsewhere and encouraging my friends to do the same. read more

Love this place! The selection, quality, and prices are pretty solid, and the bud tenders and pharmacists are amazing! Not sure what's with the negative reviews- 4/20 is always gonna be busy at a dispensary lol. read more

You go online, place a pickup order, select a time frame for your pickup, enter the establishment, head back to the pick up your order and wait 30+ minutes! I'm guessing the employees are utilizing the product themselves! It shouldn't constantly take this long to pick up your order. read more

Can I give negative stars??? It's 4/20... I placed an order for pickup. Was given a reservation. I drove 30 minutes to get my order. There was a DJ playing in the lobby.... BUT THEY WERE CLOSED. They literally had me drive in 6 hours after placing my order just to tell me their system has been down all day and they cannot give me my order. They were letting hundreds of people drive in on 4/20 just to tell them to turn around and go home. They didn't update their website. They didn't send a text or phone call. I have never experienced a business so poorly run or that is so inconsiderate. They literally kept the DJ playing even though no one could get products. It was the most absurd comical ridiculous experience I've ever had at a business. This company literally DESERVES TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS. read more

A wonderful kind staff of helpful prime who genuinely care. They have everything a broken down Maybe needs.

Worst selection I've seen at any dispensary. Terrible website too. Nice building, great location. They're losing customers like me, however; DC is getting closer and closer. Suddenly that hour drive is worth it. read more

I was promised a delivery. It was acknowledged by email as receiving the order and it was promised for 4 to 7 pm delivery. It didn't arrive. When I called to get a status nobody picked up the phone for over an hour. When I finally got someone to answer, I was lied to and told that they didn't have a record of the order. I pointed out that my order was acknowledged by 'Jane' through email and the website also confirmed the order. Which means that the order was received by the Dispensary. The manager is a liar and an incompetent. read more

Anything would be forgivable except bad weed, and the weed I got was so impotent that I would have to smoke several bong bowls to treat my condition, and my lungs can't tolerate that much smoke. They don't take returns so I'll probably toss it. The man who met me on the sidewalk to verify my eligibility treated me like a criminal. I was there for the first time, and he needed me to find an email on my phone from months ago, and was impatient and suspicious, despite not being very busy. Some people just like to throw their weight around. I didn't know I needed to bring cash, so I bought the only thing I randomly had enough cash for: pre-roll. Mistake! It came in a plastic container that took at least 5 minutes to open, and it had been in that airy container, drying out, for six months, as I bought it just 3 days prior to the expiration date. It was dusty and flavorless. The interior is stark and sterile. There is a friendlier vibe at the DMV. I've just learned that the dispensaries in DC accept VA MM cards, so over the river I go! I will never get beyond hello, with Beyond Hello. read more

This place is lame. They don't have Sativa and they don't have many edibles. The gummies they do have are weak and you have to take multiple to feel anything, which isn't worth the price. Not all of us smoke, some of us enjoy Sativa edibles. Don't waste your time. read more

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY. BAD PRODUCT, NO CARE FOR CUSTOMERS. They DO NOT care about patients or product or employees, only money. Go to Rise in Bethesda, MD they are recreational!! You just need to be 21+ or better your old dealer! I just want to say first off this review is about the company not the staff bc they have always been great to me. However today I had the worst wait I ever saw at least an HOUR and there were over 15 people waiting the same time. I worked retail before and it's obvious it was bc short staffing. There was only 1 person at the register almost the whole time! The employees looked tired and burned out. I was standing next to another cashier some guy that was running around getting bags and cashiering and I heard them talking to a customer next to me someone they knew well I guess. The guy said that since the girl got promoted to manager she gets none of the tips so he wanted to be honest to the customer if she was going to tip she should know where her money actually went. So when it was finally my turn I asked the girl at the register if she got her tips in her jar, she was way less open about it than the other guy and quietly said she DID NOT! They don't get to take their cash tips home and it's pooled and divided only for certain employees. Even though I saw her doing the SAME WORK as all the other employees got tips for. I feel like this has to be illegal!! On top of that their product is usually low quality, maybe mid at best. They keep putting out new marketing bs but when I try I can tell they're just trying to sell old dry bud and give it cute names to account for the smaller nugs. So watch out they just change the name and up the price $10-$15!! If you look on their site the parent company is Jushi, they are failing and just dying for money. Do not support this company they obviously don't care about their customers people or their product!! They just want your money! Go to MD or even better your dealer and put money in the pocket of someone better than a company just for the profit. read more

Super clean and great quality and prices as well as customer service and urgency!!!!!

I recently visited for the first time. The entire staff was friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. I was offered a consultation with Bob, the pharmacist, and he was a fount of knowledge. He walked me through a wide array of options and considerations, and he answered all of my questions thoroughly. As a bonus, he noted that several of my symptoms are consistent with a condition requiring medical intervention, and suggested I visit my regular doctor to explore that possibility. I just scheduled that visit! I'm a fan of this location and will be back. read more

This place has absolutely no system and employees who just don't care. They have no system with orders so even if you place an order online and go when you're told the order is ready, you will wait forever.
