Last 2 times I went, I got there 15-20 before closing time and they were closed up and lights off. Tonight was no different, and there was another customer hoping to come in as well. I went out of my way to get there in time and its terrible that places can't stay open to the time on their door and website. I've worked retail, you stay open til its 8:00pm on the dot. I walked into the store with no knowledge about vaping or vape equipment. The guy was super helpful and friendly. He went above and beyond not only to set me up with a device and juice, but also to make sure I understood the intricacies of loading and using the device that are not included in the instructions. I've been there 3 times total and he's always there and happy to help. The store is nice, clean, smells good, and has a wide selection. They have a lot more than just vapes. So if you're looking for any kind of paraphernalia this is a good spot to check out. read more

Staff is great. Very helpful and patient. Why only 3 stars? I paid high-end retail for a T-PRIV Kit, 2 sets of batteries, a charger, extra this and that, and juices just a few months ago. The unit is dead, won't turn on. I took it back for a new one and was told it was "my fault for not using it enough." Yes, really. Nice Looking Shop. PROS & CONS PROS: 1. Like look of the shop 2. Huge cigar selection 3. Juice Choices OK 4. Cotten drip vaping 6. Got low ohm wires for DripVaping CLOUD CHASING 7. Got the TugBoat Kennedy 25 RDA, used by Cloud Chasers in Competition. Expensive 130 but it's not any cheaper online CONS: 1. They do not have ANY mods you see on YELP or GOOGLE. This shop has gone downhill and has terrible employees now, used to be a nice quiet place to get all your smokeables, haven't been here in a while since I just got back to town, went in today and the whole place was cluttered with random crap, they were blasting music and I couldn't hear myself think, and they have the worst employees ever! Both employees were sitting talking and playing on their phones with each other, I walked in and they could have cared less, also I kept asking for help or advice and they would reply with "I don't know" or they would tell me to find out myself, and to top it all off when I asked to check out the guy sighed and acted like it was so much of a pain to stand up and walk 10 ft to the registrar. The last item I have to add is that all their cigars are old and dry, I'm not even sure the have a humidor. I WILL NEVER BE RETURNING AND I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU NEVER GO HERE, there are much better shops with employees who actually do their jobs with a smile. read more

In terms of selection, stores size and design, and staff.. I'd give this shop 5 stars. They have a ton of different juices, more than I've seen at other shops. The young lady that seems to work there every day all day is great. She's very knowledgable and helpful every time I've come. However, I have found it a little bewildering that she is literally the only employee there. When there are several customers in the shop at a time, it's impossible to help everyone at once. They need to have atleast 2 or 3 staff members available to help. Otherwise, customers have no choice but to stand around and wait for the single employee to be available to help. As many people are there to test a bunch of different juices, get advice on things to try, ask questions about equipment, etc. having one employee handle multiple customers, regardless of how hard she tries is literally impossible and leaves the customer feeling a little neglected. As their prices tend to be a good deal higher and specials are rarely offered.. I'm left to assume the owner might be being cheap and trying to keep overhead low by only employing one person at a time. This place could be sooo much better if they'd up their game on customer service (more staff) and offer specials like other shops (for example buy 3, 15ml bottles for $30 or buy 3, 30ml bottles for $55). read more
