Highly impressed with the staff, namely Claudia and Brian. First time here and isn't going to be the last. It's literally a hidden gem nestled between neighborhoods, popular biking/hiking path, and decent restaurants to eat. First and foremost, you're greeted by the layout of the storefront before you even walk in! Decor may not matter to some but, the layout is inviting and beckons you to stay a while. Very good use of the space, kind of want to come back and hangout for the SuperBowl! That may not be a bad idea, lol. Immediately upon entering, you're greeted by the staff and owner(s), friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. They helped pick out juices based on my preference for heavier VG base. I have to say, both flavors purchased are a knock out! I came looking for ANML Carnage and NATUR Paradise, two very popular juices but, came away delighted. Prices for juices are fair for B&M, combined with professionalism and a open relaxed atmosphere, it's a win win combo. Looking forward to returning for more juices. read more

Walked in here and immediately felt like I had just spoiled the mood for the guy behind the counter. Dude was kinda rude the entire time when all I wanted to do was try some juices and get some replacement coils. The store also felt kinda pricey. What I thought would be around $60 worth of items ended up costing $80 cuz of their B&M tax. I've now been to this vape shop twice - and I'm still disappointed. The first time I went, I was freshly starting out and wanted some help choosing a starter kit and some juices. I was ignored for the first 10 minutes then treated incredibly rude; the cashier spent all of 30 seconds talking to me whilst texting the whole time. This time I went because I needed a new box mod. I was not offered any advice when I went there, and the cashier treated me like an idiot when I asked for certain types of juices. To top it off, I was given 18mg juices rather than the 0 I asked for. I really wanted to like this place as it's one of few in the area, but the customer service is consistently appalling. The employees are very kind but the products are very very low quality. The last two vapes i bought there broke in less than three months, the second in only two weeks. When i brought it back in they wouldn't even try to help me figure out what is wrong with it and they wouldnt let me return or exchange it for a working one. Liberty Vapors is the absolute BEST shop in NoVA! Prices on some things are just a little high (they do have storefront costs they have to cover), but more than made up for with customer service. The old saying is true, you do get what you pay for, and customer support is part of that equation! They are also one of the few shops I've ever been in that has a "Military Discount" on virtually EVERYTHING (which helps with the slightly higher prices if you qualify for it)! Ahmad and Claudia stand behind EVERY product they sell, from the cheap empty Unicorn bottles to the most expensive authentic mods in the display case and everything in between. They try to support local business as best they can, they carry locally produced juices, mods, and accessories. Everything they carry is high quality. They are my go-to vape shop. CJ is one of the best builders in the area. He is able to build almost any coil you can think of, perfect every time. He is willing to help new vapers learn to build too. Very professional and always willing to share his knowledge. I've been building my own coils for about 2 years now, but I have still learned a few things from CJ. I highly recommend having him build your setup if you have the time to wait for it (he's almost always busy building something). Just remember to throw a couple bucks in the tip jar to show your appreciation for a perfect build! The juice bar is phenomenal and they are always looking to expand with new premium juices. The don't sell any of the crappy, low end stuff you find at other local shops. All of their "testers" are 0mg nic, and they are using the Kanger Subtank Minis for every one of them. This choice of tanks gives you a REAL vision of what the juice is going to taste like in your tank. They will also let you "drip test" flavors as well, so if you like to drip, you will know what it tastes like in YOUR setup, you don't have to guess based on how the juice tastes in the tanks! I can't speak highly enough about this shop or the people in it. No one here will try to "upsell" you on something you don't need. When they recommend something, they truly believe it is what YOU are looking for, based on YOUR needs. I've even seen them talk customers out of a higher sale because it was not the right products for what the customer was looking for. Everyone is truly honest, exceptionally helpful, and genuinely caring. You can't go wrong with this shop. If you haven't tried them yet, you should stop in and see what you are missing! The ONLY really negative comment I can make is that parking may be difficult to find if the plaza is busy, but this is outside of Liberty Vapors control. I was in there with my wife yesterday...we are both first time Vape-ers. The staff is super helpful and friendly and pointed my wife and I in the right direction to meet our needs and wishes. Despite the small size of the location, their selection is amazing. I got Crunch by Teleos(a captain crunch berry juice) and my wife got Empress Penguin(strawberries and condensed milk flavor) both very good. I will definitely make them my go to vape shop. Liberty vapors is my go to vape store for high quality ejuice. They always have the best flavors if you have the loot. The owners are real Cool and are more than willing to help you out. The only issue I have is that the place is very cliquey with friends so it gets pretty crowded from time to time. It gets hard to get questions answered when there's a shit ton of people hanging out. But if you manage to get in there during slow hours, it's the best service and product you can buy for sure. read more

Most of the people at Liberty Vapors are great folks. Very informative and helpful. They have a decent selection of flavors and hardware. They are very friendly. One of the owners rectified a "situation" I had there and I give him much props for it. My wife says it is the only place she will go now. Well, it is very close to where we live, but we went to a place that will remain nameless in Leesburg and their EXPENSIVE selection was very small. Give Liberty Vapors a holler. Been going there for a month now. They even have a loyalty program. 10 visits with at least one purchase will get you a free bottle of e-juice. read more

I found Liberty Vapors through google while I was researching local shops to help guide me in the right direction. I went to Liberty right as they opened on a weekday and was greeted by a very friendly and helpful employee. He asked me plenty of questions to find out exactly what it was that I was looking for a did not try to oversell me on a vape that was far more than I would have ever needed. I ended up with a Smok Novo and two different juices and I couldn't be happier. Their prices are higher than you will find online but that's what you get with a brick and mortar location and the customer service that I received was well worth the difference in price. read more

Went in this week to check out the store as I was in the area. This place is awesome! I am new to vaping and picked it up in order to quit smoking, most of the places I goto they treat you like an idiot and try to get you in and out as fast as possible. Liberty Vapors is the complete opposite! No reason to even have words as I only needed you to do as a machine will be taking over for you soon, to ring something up. If you don't like the way that America does business, and then want to blame the Chinese for products YOU purchased, just leave. I didn't ask you to sell me a defective Chinese product. You were all too eager and happy to pass that along. For peanuts, you ruined a client that had been coming there for over a year consistently. I needed not nor did I need any words with you. Your attitude and actions speak for themselves and when you have to excuse yourself from your own store because you got caught lying and trying to cheat, don't even think for a second you can blame myself. In all my adventures, I have found Liberty vapors selection, service and pricing to be far superior. Love love love Claudia for her sweet demeanor, passion and knowledge for all things vaping. I'm really impressed by her patience every time I stop by to test out what seems like 100 different juices in one sitting (I'm picky). The regular specials on juice are a huge selling point as I've found them few and far between at other shops. I would definitely recommend checking them out if you haven't already. Being so new, the selection here at Liberty Vapors is pretty limited. However, I haven't been in a couple weeks. The owner said he is getting more stuff in, so I'd like to stop by to see what he's carrying now. I'd stopped in with a friend to check it out and like where the place is going. While I prefer Vapor Studio due to the selection and atmosphere, the staff at Liberty Vapors are very nice. They greet every customer with a warm welcome and treat each person as a guest, even if they're not buying anything. Their juice selection is pretty good, but also pretty standard with the exception of Halo tobacco brand juices. Last I'd been, they didn't have any mech mods except I think they had magnetos, but they did have MVPs, egos, and a few other VV/VW mods. Okay experience, staff was not particularly warm or patient, juice is thick and for my purposes clogs up my carts. Limited selection for what I wanted, but they seemed too cool to be open to hearing what I might be interested in purchasing.
