Pros: Ok selection Cons: Poor customer service: Tried to return a vape pen that didn't work and they don't offer refunds after 24 hours, told him what was wrong, even tested it, still didn't offer a refund or exchange, offered for me to buy a new one with a discounted price instead, why would you even offer for me to buy something again if your merchandise does not even work? Terrible customer service. We always buy Salt Bae juice and found it at this store. One time they charges $15 , when my husband went another time they charge $20 and I called last week and they said it's $25. All this happened with 1 1/2 month so the price variance is ridiculous. I love this vape shop and they are finally open again (since a car plowed through their front back in November)! Great selection of vape products and cigars. Sells associate was extremely rude. I had bought a vape and it stopped working after two weeks. I tried to ask about return policy. He stated that there was a no return policy. He was very rude about it. He then got a call, from one of his friends. After a couple minutes, I told him I needed help to buy another. He continued to ignore me. Came in looking to grab a few Juul pods before heading out on vacation. $39.99 for a standard 4 pack didn't make sense to me at all. I was told that they were "limited edition flavors" and that justified the high price... umm... yeah no. I think I'll try the vape store down the road and if the prices are the same over there, heck, over night shipping is less expensive than what they are charging or I'll just have them delivered directly to my vacation destination.
