Asked multiple times if they were authentic and was told yes. Showed to a friend the next day only to find out it's fake. Painfully fake ‍ The fact the box didn't contain the collectors sticker or card should've been the first red flag. Looking at pictures of real ones confirmed how fake this one actually is (look at the poor paint job on the face. The nose is supposed to be pink, not red) I don't fault the young man working the store, he more than likely didn't know. But buyer beware, these are not real Labubus and all sales are final there. Grab a vape or your vape needs, avoid the Labubus by the register. Not sure I'll be back as I don't like that I was deceived. **I know this is the right shop. This boy was rude and had no manners. Claimed I wasn't 21 because I didn't look like it. I'm 23. He looked at me like I was stupid and started insulting me. I walked out empty handed when usually I walk out with more than I came for. This is the kind of service that makes me not want to come ever again, and I'm greatly considering doing just that. Unless the owner is there do not go in it's not worth the harassment. I would not have this person working for me and driving my customers away while I'm not there.

First the only guy there Saturday gets annoyed when I ask questions about two different brands and just pushes me to make a pick and purchase. Im sorry me coming in bothered him so much that I forced him away from being glued on his phone. I find out that the fronto leaf they sold me was moldy. called to explain that we just left ,his response was that it happens and expect it. We asked if we could just swap a pack not even need a refund since this was full of mold. He flat out refused and said it was our fault and they can't when other tobacco huts have done that. Crazy how the guy in charge Saturday would try and hide away from their store being accountable.

The CBD gummies I got are tasty and super sleep-supporting. I got the plain kind and think I'll be needing to go back to try the sour ones soon! But first! The greeting I got was so pleasant, kind, and funny! The dog who seems to live here is so cool and friendly! There are some really nice, surprisingly soft hemp bags with lots of little pockets inside for whatever you might like to store and take with you, and a plentiful selection of excellent-smelling candles to absorb odours of smoke of whatever kind, be that from smoking or or cooking (and perhaps smells from things other than smoke, too?). I got the evergreen-scented one. Mmm, so good .... I wasn't there long so I didn't get a chance to peruse on the goods but I can tell you the goods here are good! They are useful, and the customer service is stellar! (Tip: If you haven't been to this shopping center or area, there is much munchies-getting available very close by, including in the same building, ha ha!) Oh, yeah, and the parking is easy, too ....
