Here I had to spend 50 dollars in cigars to smoke in the lounge - I'm a visitor from Another state but I do understand lounges have rules for this cutting fees min cigar purchase etc. I spent 67.00 mins you I have a box of cigars in my car but wanted to sit and smoke in lounge. The next issue I had was trying to buy something to drink a soda a tea and he said we only have water so I asked where can I buy a bottle of soda or tea. His suggestion go down the street buy food at Fogo de chow and smoke outside but I just spent 67.00 he added I don't know I live a hour away from here, but wait you do work here don't you. so I said forget it I sat and smoked but I asked again is there anywhere I can go his answer check your phone sorry he pointed to his phone because he was on it and I was interrupting him. I found a place next door and purchased a tea. I then went to inquire about turning up the exhaust and he's outside on his phone. Maybe it's me but generally don't feel unwelcome even in more upscale lounges. Maybe unwelcome isn't the right word should be more along the line of unprofessional staff. He shouldn't be working here he should welcome sharing the experience in smoking in this lounge. Needless to say if your out of town and he's here I would not give this business my money
