Just left buying 3 disposable geek bar vapes. The young African American lady behind the counter was extremely helpful and offered advice and assistance as needed. This shop even allows you to open and examine one of your purchases to ensure it works before leaving which I am not use to back home. I would recommend this business to anyone visiting or from the area. If I was here more often I would definitely sign up for this membership card. They have huge selections of whatever you are looking for and their staff is knowledgeable and can answer any questions you may have. The location is located on the back side of a street facing building and is in an extremely nice area. read more

The most ridiculous, and frankly the worst customer service I've ever experienced, is the "No returns or exchanges" I understand not being able to return juice that has been opened, but not being able to return something in the same condition as when purchased? I bought a t-shirt that was too large and the next day I wanted either to return or exchange but the manager said "we don't do that" WTF? Apparently something happened with another customer in order for them to put that rule in effect. Now why should any other customer have to be told NO because of someone else's idiocy or bad judgement? Those are the kind of actions that precipitate finding another vape store, of which there are plenty around here, that sell the same things. read more

This is the most petty place I've ever been to! Wait until you hear this bs. Six months ago I left a bad review on Google (check that out ) bc they messed up and failed to make it right. Haven't been back until today and the only reason I went was bc of the snow. So I go in, they recognize me, the one employee that's there awesome is a good guy BUT after I select my items and go to pay here's where he told me "Ownership said we can not sell to anyone who put a bad review. If you take it down I can sell you the items". You got to be kidding, way to add insult to injury, what a clown the owner must be to deny service bc he is salty that they messed up. read more

We have been going to AIO Smoke since they opened, always purchase the same product. It was never a great store and they are over priced but convenient to have it in the neighborhood even though the guys are high as a kite every time we go. Well last time we were there they grabbed the wrong flavor juice and we didn't notice until we got home and looked at the packaging. Seemed like something that could be easily corrected, but no. We walked back and then pointed to the juice on the shelf that we normally get and asked to just swap it out. They refused to exchange the unopened boxes of product and even said that they remember we asked for that specific juice - we've only ever bought one flavor...for over a year. They saw it in our order history. The story gets better because they then proceeded to hide the correct flavor of juice from us so we couldn't buy it, even though we have pointed it out when we first walked in...I have no idea why. So I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone and we won't ever be going back there again. read more

I've always found this store to be friendly and welcoming. Their staff are quite knowledgeable and are usually nice enough to remember my name. I had a defective purchase a couple weeks ago and brought it in today seeking an exchange or store credit or at least acknowledgement that the product is defective. The clerk in a NY Giants sweatshirt immediately stated there is no way the product left the store are defective and effectively blamed me for the problem, but grudgingly replaced the item. Listen, I don't need to hear from some kid with a GED that's its my responsibility to contact the store about a defective product I bought two weeks ago, neither is it my responsibility to listen to how carefully you check your product. I'd have preferred if he had just said "I'll take that under advisement, how else can I help you". My point is I came to SPEND money, not leach off you for a defective product and I think my point was lost on the kid. read more

Terrible service they sell expired products and will not exchange or refund. After realizing the goods they are selling were expired they did not pull them from the shelves, and instead told me it was my responsibility to make sure the goods I receive from them aren't out of date. I don't know how this place is still in business selling brown and yellow vape juice and trying to use a shallow google search justify their means. Their is a better vape shop like 5 minutes up the road save yourself the headache. read more

SELLS FLUKE ITEMS WONT EXCHANGE OR REFUND. i've been going to this smoke shop since it opened with no problems. . until recently. i went into the shop to get an item upon purchase i noticed it had a hole in the package. I was still going to use the item until i opened it fully and noticed the whole package was dry and cracked. I returned to the shop not 5 minutes later and they tried to say i didn't buy this item. not only was i in the store 5 minutes prior, my sales clerk standing close by & my receipt was on file. the manager even reprinted it for me. and there is said the 2 items i purchased. they proceeded to tell me i couldn't exchange, get a refund or get my loyalty points back and i was just out of luck" i asked to speak to who was in charge and got nothing. as a frequent customer this is not ok and i will be contacting the higher up about this situation. i ended up paying double and losing all of my points. WILL NOT RECCOMMEND read more

Staff doesn't listen and charged me for something I didn't want. Then refused to refund. Didn't tell me the price of what I ordered until I saw the receipt and saw he charged me for the wrong thing. read more

Was recommended by a close friend to check out this new shop and can honestly say it was the most informative experience I've had. I was looking for a hookah to give as a gift but I know nothing about smoking and the staff was very helpful in explaining the difference between the sizes, materials, even how they work. I was able to get one that my sister absolutely loved, so thanks to these guys I gained points with her! I'll make sure she goes here for all her hookah needs! read more

Great shop with everything you need! Nice long store hours for any schedule! Shop is slightly hard to find but worth it when you do.
